I scheduled an appointment for notary at 4pm I arrived at 405pm but when I arrived there was a long line. Once I got to the counter it was approx 411pm and I was told they could no longer honor my appointment. His excuse was I have other stuff to do in the back and since I did not arrive at 4pm exactly my appointment was not honored. Mind you the appointment slot was for 30min and I only had 1 document which would take no longer than 5min to complete. read more

got there 5 minutes before close to drop a package off. an employee held the door shut and would not make eye contact or even give the decency of saying they were closed early. would have taken less than 2 minutes just just take a package and process it. instead they chose to be weird and hold a door shut preventing entry before close. read more

This is a great place with a team of packing professionals! I needed to freight a filled pallet out of state. Some items were odd-sized, some needed boxing and some were fragile. Normally I go to the store on Mill and southern but since this was closer to work I stopped here, 1 guy working he was not friendly at all and the place was packed no direction for social distancing or directions 6 ppl in the store all looking lost while he looked like a deer In The head lights. I can't believe they have no direction signs or where to stand. I won't come back to this store. read more

After calling to verify that a Notary would be working on a Saturday morning I made arrangements with another party to meet and have documents signed and notarized but the Notary didn't show up at work. Ok stuff happens. 2 weeks later I needed another document notarized, I made and verified an appointment online and again the notary didn't show up. The store employees just giggled and shrugged, I guess this is normal business practices for this lousy store. They won't be getting my business again. read more

So, I'm at The UPS store (2020). And I've brought in this incredibly obnoxious printing order. Like steps and steps for them to help me find paper, pick style reconvert file and the set up printer for this special paper. As a chronic apolgizer I of course start with the I'm sorry for being complicateds and one of the gentlemen, Michael, turned and said, just totally matter of fact but impactfully, 'No, you are not'. It sounds like he was maybe being sarcastic or scolding me, but his tone was more reminding me that I was the customer. He smiled and then he and his coworker worked together, he showed him every step of way with patience and then completed my order perfectly, quickly and the told me they thought it was cool. Mailed certified envelope there . Was told it would be there on Friday. This was on Tuesday. It is now Thursday of the next week. Post office can't find it. They swear it was picked up by USPS. 18 minutes ago Came in to the store this morning promptly when they opened gave a friendly hello to the Man behind the counter which he did not recuperate. No worries. I come up to pay and the total is $2.61 so I give him a $5 bill and 65 cents. 1 quarter 4 dimes. I tell him keep the pennies. He says there will be no pennies I owe him 6 cents. I did the math out loud to make sure I was right and I said no that should be four pennies and he said I don't need your effing help. This completely took me off guard. I told him you have no need to be rude to me you were doing the math wrong not me. He then tells me he has been doing math for longer than I've been alive. I then tell him I want a refund and my package back because I do not trust that he will mail it out. Especially now that I've read all of the other reviews I'm sure I did the right thing. I did tell him he was a grumpy old man and he should treat others as he wished to be treated like we all learned in kindergarten. To top it all off I ask about the owner and he is the owner!! Please do yourself a favor and all the other UPS stores that treat humans with dignity and respect and do not go to this location. read more

Received a note that my package as at this location. I Stood in line for 15 min to pick up my package only to find out that I had to walk next door to pick up my package at the access point. I go next door and they told me the package is on the truck and won't be there till after 4pm. In all I wasted over 30 min plus drive time. Only redeeming quality was that the customer service at the access point was very nice and helpful in every way they could be. read more
