Quick & easy! I found out about the Mailbox Shop while making a return. There is plenty of parking out front. The shop owner was very friendly during our interaction. I received an email from the retail company where I was making my return about two hours after I dropped off my package. The Mailbox Shop is just like any shipping center - boxes, packing peanuts, scales, and tape. I've been here 3 times, mainly to get boxes to ship stuff since I don't exactly have a plethora of different sized boxes. They did the measuring and box selection. Cost seemed reasonable for boxes and packing material. I did get the feeling that I was more picky about packing than they were - they were content with just tossing in whatever and so be it whereas I wanted to make sure the item didn't shift, etc. So if you're shipping something you value (or valueable) you may want to pack yourself. read more

Met a music producer in Tempe Az for a meeting on debut Cd. I slipped up royally and left Cd in hotel room. Stopped by the Mail Box Shop to ask if they could burn my Cd from my flash Drive. Shazam, he goes to his car and lets me burn my shiznits over his copy of Mackeveli.(2-pac) Hold up, wait a minute. Playboy straight showed me love. He didn't know me from the man in the moon, but saw the rookie look on my grill and helped me get I second interview for a record deal. John, the associate that helped me, was very patient, diligent and dedicated in trying to help me track a package that I sent 7 months ago. Tracking this package was crucial to my credit and John took the time to go through the different mail carriers since I had very little information that I could provide. He eventually found my tracking number and emailed a picture of it to help solve my dispute. Thank you, John, for all of your help. Think twice about this place. I should have trusted my gut in the first place. The store was very small and kinda cheaply put together, and the mall it is located in is not very savory, but the lady was very friendly and that perhaps put my mind at ease. I started a box for my personal mail and got such a great deal I also opened one for my corporation. Of course I paid for a full year, and used my card. However, my cc would not process and the owner told me that they have had problems all week long so I hit the ATM at Circle K and paid cash. Low and behold a week later my card was charged, but they did take care of it with a cash refund right away. Now comes the big problem, several months in I couldnt get my mail, it was not in my box (almost 3 weeks now). Several other customers have been in the parking lot also with problems. The owners are never there and the landlord has been no help. Oh yea I have contaced the Post office and they have been no help in fact the supervisor at the post office say that they no control or information because its a private company but they will contact the mail carrier to ask if he has been able to deliver (week and a half still oe response) (maybe post office should become private industry - but thats a different story). Apparently they recieve mail from the postal carrier and put it in the box's themselves, big problem when their never there. You will be better off if you pay the extra $ and go to chain place like UPS store or some place similar. Hope other people dont get taken advantage of like the rest of us........Oh yea thanks for doing it durring tax season!!!!!! read more
