Title company totally lied to us saying they would do promissory note, but 4 days before closing on a Friday night is when they let me know that their legal department would not do it. I was stuck, and ready to move cross country after COE. Stressed to the max, I saw Sherlyta's reviews on yelp and requested a quote, decided to use her and she really got me out of a pinch. By Monday afternoon I had my PN in hand and legal approve so there was no delay in closing. I cannot thank Sherlyta enough, she was professional, prompt, considerate, and communicative. read more

I moved from CA to AZ and have no idea how anything works! I sold a car to another private party and at 7:30pm, realized the title had to be notarized! I called a couple places, but Sherlyta was the only one who answered. She said she could come to us within the hour, and as promised, she did! She took precautions with a mask, she chatted and visited with my family, she was so nice! And she helped with tips on things we did and didn't need to do with our paperwork since we are new to AZ laws. So very thankful to have found Divine Notary at the last moment! read more

I cannot comment on the actual service but the price was wow-$65 for a 1 page passport document? I guess for the convenience of coming to your home? Possibly might try if I really have to use it. read more

I rarely need notary services but when I did, Divine was there for me in a flash. I called and under 20 minutes or less, did I have a very courteous notary arrive at my home to complete my document. Ms. Hazel was very polite and did well with my two kids trying to ask her a million questions and talk to her. It was a great experience, I got my document completed faster than I thought, price was fair and I did not have to drag my kids out in the heat and drive to wait in line for a brick and mortar notary. I will definitely use them again! read more

I was refinancing my vehicle and needed to get a couple of documents notarized. I contacted Divine Notary and Sherlyta was quick to answer, professional and friendly. I was able to quickly get a quote. I needed 3 documents signed and she quoted me $40. I thought that was reasonable for a Saturday afternoon and in short notice. We scheduled for the next day, Sunday morning. I stopped by her place, got my documents notarized and was on my way. She wore a mask and accepted a variety of methods of payments. The process took all of about 15 mins. If you're in need of notary services, check her out. I definitely recommend! read more

Where do I start? I contacted this company August 24th to schedule a mobile notary to notarize 2 Wills for both my parents in Buckeye AZ -- the time was confirmed between 11:00 AM and 11:30 for Aug. 25th. By 11:40 AM , I called Sherlyta and asked what her ETA was as we had 2-non-related witnesses there waiting. She appeared to have forgotten from the quick silence and said she will call me back. Well 25 minutes later I called her again and she appeared to say she had an emergency. My parents are in their 90s waiting with witnesses -- this was totally unacceptable and inexcusable without even the courtesy of a phone call. I discontinued with her service in search of another notary. Sherlyta contacted me an hour an a half later as I was searching for another notary stating she could have another notary at my parents' house no later than 2:45 pm. I decided to give this service another chance. I informed her that 2:45pm was the absolute deadline as the grand kids had to be picked up from school. Well, at 3:15 PM there was no notary. I contacted Sherlyta again (twice) but no answer. I left her a text message and voicemail message venting my frustration and to contact whomever she was sending to cancel his trip because it was far too late. Instead this notary decides to show up at the house at 4 pm and was politely turned away by my sister--a far cry from 2:45pm. Actually, I'm quite glad it turned out this way because she was charging me $150 to notarize two individual Wills when other services I contacted were charging me half that amount (b/t $45 and $75). Essentially, I was able to get my parents' Wills notarized the following day for far less from a more liable and punctual notary service. Personally, this company wasn't deserving of the one star I gave it. They wasted my whole entire day. I rate them as awful!!! read more
