Can I give Reenie 10 stars? Even that might not be enough! I needed an Arizona notary for an Apostille on a document. I'm in California - and was delighted to find out that Arizona allows online notarization. But the services I contacted used notaries around the country - and weren't able to give me an Arizona notary. THEN - I found Reenie. She got back to me quickly, and we set up an appointment for a little later that afternoon. She took plenty of time to understand what I needed, what kind of document it was, what it was for, where it was going and so on. The more we talked, the more she realized this might not be as simple and straightforward as I had thought. With her extensive experience, she was able to give me some very good advice on what we should do. Reenie says she welcomes the difficult or tricky situations - and I would trust her for anything else I might need in Arizona. I got my documents from the Secretary of State today - with their big, beautiful Apostilles!! Thank you, Reenie!! read more

My terminally ill friend needed a Will, Power of Attorney and Living Will and related documents notarized, but was too weak to travel and time was of the essence. I found Arizona Mobile Notary Services on line and after doing the required checks to make sure the company was legit, I emailed owner Reenie Gentile. She promptly responded with a telephone call to nail down the specifics. Reenie was very flexible and scheduled an appointment for 10:00 on a Sunday morning with ease. When she arrived, she was personable and very professional, which made my friend feel at ease. Best of all was the price - for the number of documents involved (5 in all), Reenie was very affordable . She was even gracious enough to answer my notary related questions weeks after she performed the service. I thank Reenie for being there in our time of need. Although my friend passed away on May 1, Reenie made a very stressful situation much more manageable. read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Reenie from Arizona mobile notary services and I am absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism and efficiency displayed by this individual. From the moment I reached out to schedule an appointment, I was treated with kindness and respect. The notary arrived at my location same day and was able to quickly and accurately notarize all of the documents I needed. But it was the extra steps that this notary took that truly set them apart. They were able to provide valuable guidance and advice on the process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure that everything was completed correctly. I have never worked with a mobile notary before, but after this experience, I would absolutely use their services again in the future and I would recommend them to anyone in need of notarization services. Thank you for such a positive experience read more

Thank goodness for Reenie! I needed a power of attorney signed and notarized all that should seem easy enough right? Well my circumstances prevent me from leaving my hospital bed as I am a paraplegic and bed bound and after calling for almost half a day calling around for a notary I was getting frustrated because some mobile notary places wanted anywhere starting from 80 dollars on up! I was about to give up when I saw Reenie"s notary and I thought what the heck it couldn't hurt and to my surprise she was able to come to the facility I was at and so I made an appointment and she was reasonably priced and a very pleasant person to work with! I have some other documents that need to be notarized and I'm definetly going to be calling her again! Great job Reenie! You made things go very smoothly! read more

Reenie was amazing to work with. My mother-in-law is in assisted living in a Phoenix community. We had not done a power of attorney over financial matters, but needed to do so. We live in So. California and needed to get this done. Due to Covid 19 we cannot even see her since the campus is closed. We made arrangements with the director to allow a notary to witness the signing. We also needed to have a witness, but we aren't there, but Reenie had a witness for a nominal fee. The signing happened and she followed up with emailed copies and phone calls and sending the original copies to us. She guided us on her website with PDF downloadable forms to fill in. We cannot give Reenie 10 stars, but we would. Best and stress free notarizing experience! read more
