I facilitate workshops and retreats for a living. I've used this FEDEX and the one at its old Location across the street to print my manuals, nameplates, handouts, etc. for the last 10+ years. I've always been able to send the files over my computer and generally speaking they would call me a couple of hours later and say that the job is done and come pick it up. That's worked really well for me. At this new location I bumped into people that I'm not seen before. Maybe the old regulars left. They were pretty good. Last week I tried to send a print job at about 3:30 in the afternoon. Their system kept telling me I'd have to pick the job up the next day which was no bueno since I'd be on a plane out of state with those manuals. I finally copied the file to a USB and drove up there to see if I could get it printed so it could go into my suitcase. One guy offered to help me while the other one was playing with his phone almost the entire time I was there because it was so slow. I told him I couldn't figure out why if they're not all that busy it was pushing my print job to the following day which would not work for me. He told me it was likely that their system at a certain point in the afternoon just pushed everything forward. They got it done for me but when I was paying my bill I noticed that they added a $35 priority fee that I've never seen the last 10 years. I put the manuals in my car and went back inside and ask about this fee. The guy who was playing with his phone stopped long enough to tell me it was because the job was done the same day, a rush job. That struck me as quite odd since there was almost no one in there the whole time I was waiting...and he was standing behind the counter playing with his phone the whole time. I said if you're going to tack on a $35 rush fee then you should let somebody know that before you print the job. His only question was 'well if we had told you would you still have needed the manuals?' I said of course And then ask myself WTF? I guess he thought he had bested me on the $35 fee that I had never heard of in over a decade of printing there. I miss the old regulars. Hope they're doing well out there someplace. read more

This is one of the nicest Fedex print and ship stores , it's clean and organized. Has its own workstation area with free Wi-Fi. The employees are helpful , they also do passport pictures you can do two for $16.99 and an additional $5 for two more. The store manager frank is great. we were in and out in no time. I had an issue with a product and the team was very quick to assess the issue and provide a solution for the win.

Store was clean and organized when I went inside both times, but an employee named Johnny wasn't exactly brimming with friendly customer service when I went there. He was short with his questions and instructions. Not one smile. Didn't look happy to be there. Didn't really even say a meaningful "bye" in the end both occasions. First time, I was willing to let it go and ignore it. Second time, I knew I had to say something. If the manager at this FedEx location sees this, please have a sit-down with Johnny and remind him about how vital it is to exude friendly, sincere customer service. Thank you. EDIT: It's been almost two weeks later, and the store manager still hasn't followed up here on Yelp. Shows how much he (or she) truly cares about customer service, I guess. Incompetent Fedex employee didn't ship my pair of shoes in a box separate from the shoe box. I paid for a box to have the shoes shipped in and she just taped up the shoe box and slapped the shipping label on the box. The winner of the eBay listing no longer wants the shoes due to the condition of the box. I'd advise using a different FedEx location or a different shipping company altogether. read more

Many good experiences bringing printing projects here. I always bring a usb drive and they are quick to pull it up, print, make any changes. Whether it's a quick b/w show flyer or full color creative project, the staff has been friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The printing is not expensive, but they will still take a card payment for low dollar amounts. They have quality paper cutters so I can trim things how I want. Also, they never forget to give me my usb drive back! read more

Good quality, quick, friendly and accurate service. Not terribly expensive either. Plenty of parking too. I walked in needing a simple multi-page scan done on a printed out power point. The clerk was obviously very busy but he let me know he recognized me as soon as I came in. I told him what I needed and got it done. My flash drive was broken and he tried to 'repair' it by formatting it. I ultimately had to buy a new flash drive (thank goodness they had one in inventory I could buy). I was in a hurry to catch a flight and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Done. I recommend going here if you need a simple service done. I can't speak for more complicated deliverables such as printing. read more

Most Fedex places don't receive great reviews for their customer service, but I had such a great experience with their service I just had to leave a 5 star review. I was having trouble with the printer and without me having to ask Nancy came up and offered to help me. Thank you! I came to use their laminator, printer, and fax machine. They also have plenty of pens, glue stick, rubber bands, post it's, scotch tape, stapler remover, staplers, and three hole punchers. I walk in to pick up a printed binder of notes I ordered online and am greeted with; "what do you want" "My book" "Well who are you" "Name" "K bye" It was printed wrong too so their equipment must be crap as every ten pages or so it isn't double sided like I wanted but has print on the front side of one page, then the back side of the next which is annoying as hell. 0/10 will not return. This Fedex Office is smaller than most, and is mostly geared for making copies for students (it is near ASU). It also gets pretty busy with foreign students shipping off all things Stateside to their foreign friends and relatives, like ASU T-Shirts so their friends and family can look cool and the student can try to prove to his/her parents that he didn't flunk out and is still enrolled. Place is a little cramped, but the staff is knowledgeable and efficient, if not pleasant. read more

I have come into this location before to have packages shipped and have had a mediocre experience. They simply helped me ship the item, the lines were kind of long, but what can you expect? It's in a busy area etc. Tonight though I just left and a young man (didn't catch his name, he had gauges in his ears) went above and beyond to help me. I came in right before closing thinking I could print some posters off for my recital by myself and get in and out without bothering any employees. I frequently close at my place of work and know how annoying it is when people come in right at closing. I was unfamiliar with the technology at this location though and couldn't print off the posters. When I went to get help from the man at the counter he stayed almost 20 MINUTES after closing to print off my posters for me. And he wasn't rushing me or anything. He gave me different paper options etc. I can't believe how much he went out of his way to help me. I will definitely be calling his manager to tell them what a great employee they have. read more

This place was really fantastic. My friend had to ship these bicycle frames that he sold on ebay. It was a pain in the ass, man. Seriously. I don't drive a car anymore, so we had to bike over there and pick up these boxes from Tempe Bicycle across the street and lock up our bikes and carry the bicycle frames with the boxes we got for shipping. It was sort of logistically confusing to think of how we were going to get everything together. Luckily, we were not hungover or high so it went pretty well. Our initial plan was to go to the UPS store and ship them out from there. So we walked across the street and to the UPS store and the goddamn place was closed because of light rail construction. Ordinarily, I'd have been pissed. Ordinarily, I would have screamed, "Fuck!" For some reason, I didn't. Something clicked. I told my friend, "Hey dude, remember when I used to do market research a couple years ago? Well, I did a study on how all Kinko's are changing their names to Fed-Ex Kinko's and, though I'm not entirely positive, I'm pretty damn sure they all do shipping too because Fed-Ex bought 'em out." Huzzah! They do indeed do shipping. And it was awesome. The ladies working there were helpful and nice. The cashier ringing us up forgot to charge us for all the bubblewrap that we used and she said that she'd just comp us on it. Free bubblewrap! Yaaaaaayyy!! They let us use the screwdrivers they have for sale too; we just used them and put them back. About six months ago, I also printed my résumé out here and was indifferent because it was nothing special, certainly not yelp-worthy. We went here last night at 9:00pm to get invitation cards for my daughter's birthday party printed up. Service was courteous, fast, and we got exactly what we asked for. This is one of those cases where I really can't write an elaborate review. What I can say is that we needed a facility that could print a professional quality job for us off of a flash drive late at night. They came through and neither my wife nor I have any complaints. I am shocked to report that I had a pleasant experience here. All Kinkos used to be hell holes with rude, incompetent staff. Remember the Dave Chappell skit? Youtube it. Wow. I needed some marketing materials printed on the fly, so I strolled in to FedEx Kinkos at 9 p.m. and ordered them from the most intellegent Kinkos employee I have ever met. She was smart and funny, and if I wasn't married, and she wasn't a lesbian, we would have rode off into the sunset together. Or at least that is how I felt after expecting to have to cut off a part of my penis to get some copies made, (with the way Kinkos used to be). Well, thanks Fedex Kinkos, you really made my day. However, I can't give you the fourth or fifth star because you are WAY too expensive. If I wasn't in dire need, I could have had these printed for much less elsewhere. read more

I recently went to this FedEx location to get two booklets printed out and spiral bounded. First time around, the booklets came out with streaks across the images. The staff was very kind and apologized for the mistake and reprinted them for me. I left and came back to pick them up the next day. The second time around, some of the colors were off. I pointed out that the light greys came out blue and greenish. The staff was very unresponsive. We pulled up the file on the computer to show that indeed the grey is not supposed to be blue/greenish in color. I also had him reprint one to show that it is not suppose to be like that. He reprinted one page and the greys on the newly printed page was indeed grey. There was likely a problem with the printer and he told me he would reprint those pages affected. So I left and came back the next day. The third time around, they blue/greenish color was fixed on most of the pages except for one page. I pointed it out to the staff member and she told me that there is nothing she can do about that. I press the matter that it is not suppose to be blue/greenish and that I paid over $100 for these two booklets and that I will not settle for poor printing. You guys are a professional printing service and printing something off color is not professional at all. Only after pressing the matter did she state that the machines need to be serviced and it will not be available for 4 days. So now something that should have only take 1 day is taken over 7 days! I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and level of competence in the service and the staff at this FedEx location. Not only was the print job poor, I wasted a lot of time revisiting the store because the printing wasn't done correctly. I would give this place zero stars if I can. read more

How does this location stay open? Lines are not that long and it takes forever to get up to the front to pay. There's always issues with the printers downstairs. I've come here a few times and it's not good for my blood pressure. I went here once to get my resumé copied on their paper and my printer had skewed the printing due north a bit. The dialogue at the counter went like this: ME: Can you move the print down? HER: No. ME: You can just cut and paste on a new sheet of paper using whiteout tape. Can you do that for me? HER: No. ME: Can you do anything? -a customer to my right starts laughing- I wound up using the whiteout tape myself and made copies. Then I had to wait in line 10 minutes again just to pay. I was tempted to just walk out. Other locations are way better. read more

Had a great experience here with the Gabe. Sent groups of students to have full color posters printed using our account. The process was very smooth and Gabe was very accommodating. We made all arrangement through phone so I didn't even have to leave the office which is a big PLUS in my book. He saved me tons of time. I couldn't ask for more more professional courteous service. The posters were beautiful and nicely packaged so they would not get damaged. When we discovered an error on the invoice, it was quickly rectified. Will I use them again? ABSOLUTELY! read more

So I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel the need to offer a few suggestions for improvement, since I've been to this FedEx Kinko's many times over the last several years. I'd like to mention straight out that the employees have almost always been nice to me. This is great, of course, and it's one of the main reasons I've returned to this location so often. However, since I don't own a printer, I often send small print jobs via email, and I'm clear in my directions regarding choice of color, paper, and number of copies. About 50% of the time, my directions weren't followed. It's never wound up costing me much money, though, so I haven't complained. (For example, today I picked something up that should've been printed in black and white on regular paper, and I arrived to find it printed in color on heavier paper.) Also, I feel that service has almost always been extremely slow. I will sometimes send in a one- or two-page document the day before I need it, and when I arrive the following day, I sometimes have to wait more than half an hour to receive the prints, even if no one is in line, or there are enough employees present to engage with several customers. Both the delays and the wrong printings have caused me to be late or unprepared for appointments or otherwise compromised on several occasions. I would like to see employees focus on faster service while also improving accuracy. I am likely to keep returning to this location due to its proximity to my home, and if their practices improve, I'll be the first to write a positive review. read more

My company in New York Cory needed overnight printing and collating of a series of similar-looking research documents that easily could be confused visually. They were to be used in Phoenix and time was tight. The folks at this FedEx location were extremely smart, helpful, patient and willing to take on the job. I received clarifying phone calls wherein the FedEx printing technician clarified important details pertaining to the complicated printing and was really on top of it. I have tried this location twice for custom print work. My two star goes to the terribly unhappy woman that works behind the counter. And this locations lack of attention to detail. Honey, for Pete's sake, be nice. You have lovely manicured nails, nice skin and a you stand with a strong presence. Why do you have to be so pissed off looking? It makes your customers uncomfortable. Team, small things, like cutting a straight line along the edge of a print job. It goes a long way. They were invitations to a party, not some cheap flyer! Customer service is HORRIBLE! My mom and I have repeated issues with their computers and printers and they just brush us off as we are stupid people who don't know how to work computers but don't offer to help! This morning my mom was having an issue with a document and they just told her that it was a new technology and treated her as if she was stupid. She pointed out that it''s the same technology that the FedEx Office on Camelback uses and there was no issue before and asked if they would help her. The employee did not help her and replied that the fact that it was new technology. My mom then said well something must be broken to which the employee replied in a sarcastic condescending tone, "Oh thank you! We'll get right on it!" Most of the staff here is rude and has no sense of respect or customer service except for the 2 managers there. I went in and had a new guy tell me to not come in without pre-made labels anymore and made me wait 30 minutes until the store was empty to help me ship 5 boxes I had... last time I bring my business to this store. It also seems that they fired the red head in her thirties that would always sigh when I came in and would appoint the old lady in her late 60's to help me carry heavy boxes as some sort of punishment. I shipped a cell phone back to LG with this fedex today. The workers (Ethan and Tonya) made the process as painless as possible. They printed everything I needed and taped the box up real good and even put the LG logo on the box. Both of the workers were extremely nice and knowledgable. Its good to see that they have a "cell phone box" that is already made for shipping phones safely. They both answered a ton of questions that I had. I appreciate their patience and excellent customer service. This is my first time ever mailing a cell phone so I wanted to make sure I did everything right. I've given this place too many chances because it's conveniently located close to my house, but the location is the only positive factor for this store. The employees here apparently hate their jobs showing from their annoyed faces right as you walk in. No hello, no smile just a glare. God forbid you ask a question about how to operate their equipment. Attempting to scan a photo became too much of a burden for the blonde at the front and I was brushed off with, "try it yourself." She kept giving me quick excuses and had no real intention of trying to assist me. She alone made an easy choice to never come back here again. Consider yourself warned. read more

I send a lot of color print jobs to this location since it's close to my store. I'm super happy to have contacted them for a banner print. I was trying to get the cheapest paper option available for a last minute event. I spoke to Kate who gave me suggestions on alternate materials and styles available for almost the same price. So now I have a killer vinyl banner to use over and over again. It was done very quickly and saved day! I would highly recommend using them read more
