    I needed to order a new laptop from Dell for work. It was scheduled to come the Wednesday before…read moreThanksgiving. The Fedex tracking showed it was out for delivery with a driver named Salvador on 11/27 at 5:18 am. Here we are 12/5 and still no package. Fedex claims the driver said his scanner "broke" and he "thinks" he dropped it at the leasing office. Funny fact, my leasing office doesn't accept packages as they have a parcel locker for deliveries. Fedex customer service lied to me multiple times telling me the package was lost, then found, then lost, then found again, but ultimately ended up telling me the shipment was never found and they could not locate it. Clearly the Fedex driver Salvador stole it, or at any rate can't be trusted with expensive packages. This has caused me to miss out on over a week of wages and nobody can be held responsible. All I get is apologies and the run around. The most that Fedex would do is close my case so Dell could re-send. Fortunately, Dell customer service is capable and helpful, and will hopefully issue a replacement but nobody can replace my time or energy spent waiting on a package Fedex "lost." I am so frustrated and upset but Fedex never delivers my packages on time and their logistics are clearly not up to par. I had dish sponges delivered to me with better care from Amazon. I can't file a claim with Fedex for lost wages because only shippers can file the claim. Even though the shipment cost ultimately is paid for by me. I will never ever ever trust Fedex with my deliveries ever again and am extremely disappointed but what can you expect from a huge company that has lost sight on customer service. Salvador, I hope you enjoy the computer. Karma is a real thing!

    Let me start with saying the fedex phone support is absolutely terrible. I was miss informed by…read morethree different individuals who by the way told me 3 different things. I ended up driving to this location in rush hour traffic just to find out I couldn't pick up my package. After being wrongly informed I called the customer support number again in which I spoke to 3 more incompetent employees and none of which were giving me consistent answers or helpful helpful in the least bit. After 30 min of taking on the phone I made zero progress with the support team on the phone. All that being said, the four ladies at the counter (one of which stayed late to assist me) were absolutely incredible. Not only did they understand my situation but they aided me into being able to pick up my package the following day from a closer location. I can't empathize enough how sweet these ladies were to me. Between this location and the help from another I was able to retrieve my package the following morning. My biggest complaint aside from the misinformation and inconsistencies was that no one was giving me any solutions to my problem. I would strongly recommend retraining employees in the call center to better assist their customers. Again, to the ladies that took the time to help me out I can't thank you enough and I hope that someone in the company sees this review and shares it with you all!

    Hello travelers, If…read moreyou're ever in the Phoenix, AZ area and don't like traveling by plane, may i strongly suggest you take Greyhound to your destination. Once you get here, you go straight to customer service to check in and then they inform you which terminal to stand by #1 thru #10 to wait and board your bus. I strongly suggest you either make reservations either by booking through their website or call them at 1-800 231-2222. The bus has a small tight bathroom barely enough space for you to fit in towards the rear of the bus. The bus has A/C, light fixtures above your head and if you need to charge something like your cellphone or laptop there's an outlet below your seat in front of you. Oh one more thing very important, if you have any luggage like a duffel bag or a large suitcase you can store it under the bus but I suggest you label it with a tag as long it's not over 50 lbs. Backstory: I booked my ticket on October 1st for October 14 at 12:00am. On October 11th, I received an email that my trip was canceled and they issued a replacement ticket for October 14th at 01:25am. I was traveling from PHX to LA. My original arrival time was scheduled for 07:20 and with the cancelation and replacement the new one was 09:10am. Mind you this is a Monday and I have work at 09:00. This was an unacceptable choice. Not only that, I had a concert ticket for Sunday night in PHX. So I could not miss work Monday, plane tickets were 300 and up, car rentals 300 and up, so bus was the only option. So I rescheduled my ticket for Sunday afternoon, knowingly that I would miss my concert. I picked 01:40pm and had to pay $40 out of pocket for a cancelation fee. I arrived about 30 min early. Walked into the building and went to the front desk. A girl at the front desk was gossiping and not paying attention. I walked up and asked for the gate. She kept gossiping and turned and said 2. I walked over and stood in line. At around 2:00pm, a man with the uniform shirt, braided hair and cowboy boots walked out. He told everyone on the 01:40 bus that the bus was delayed. He said we might want to contact Greyhound but at 3:00pm he's going home and it wasn't his problem. He stated he would give us an update. I decided to wait for the bus. Around 2:50pm, older gentlemen who were also waiting asked if I changed my ticket. I said no. They said they went to the front and were told to change their ticket. I asked if an announcement had been made and they said no. I walked to the front and waited in line. I got to the same girl and asked if i had to change my ticket. She said yes. I asked when they made that announcement. She said they didn't and she didn't know anything. I advised her of the gentlemen and she repeated she didn't know anything. She changed my ticket to 3:25pm and I went to stand in line. We loaded up around 3:40pm. I sat in my assigned seat. None of the charger ports worked. I was in the back of the bus. Every time the bus bathroom was opened it smelled worse than a port-a -potty. Dirty bus. I got home way later than expected. I contacted greyhound, I tried to process a refund for the $40 cancellation fee. I explained the changes they made unauthorized. They insist since they changed my ticket for free they didnt have to issue a refund for the cancellation that they caused. 1st time in 14 years that I have taken a greyhound and this will be my last. Disregard for people and lack of accountability. Close down please.
