Watch your step! If you are walking into the office, there is a high step right at the front door. When I stopped by, I only interacted with Dean & Brent. I had a couple crates to drop off for our mutual customer. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Both employees were pleasant & friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was in and out in a jiffy. I hired this company to move my property a very short distant. In the process they broken an item and despite the passage of several months, they have failed to pay for the damaged item. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have been unresponsive and unprofessional in dealing the situation.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If this is how the company chooses to deal with a relatively small issue, I shudder to think of how they would deal with an issue of greater significance. The best advice I can give is to avoid this company. I had them do a move on 10/10/2025 *if you call what they did* was a move. First off the movers knew they had to pack and move. They showed up with no boxes and no packing for boxes. They had two big waredrobe boxes they brought. I was going to have them move my dress clothes but someone else helped me with that. So they said they could use the boxes to move all my stuff. I asked if they could call to get boxes etc.. They assured me they could do a good job with what they had. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I even talked to someone the day before to make sure they were going to bring boxes to pack. I also wanted a TV box since I have 2 TVs. They did not bring a TV box[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Simply put my stuff was just thrown into anything they could find. For example I found my medication in a laundry basket. I did call and get a claim form filled out. NO CALL back OR EMAIL BACK. In addition I am missing some high value items. They were supposed to have someone come over to look to see if they could find them. NO CALL NO SHOW. Service means everything and they did not do a good job and follow up was not even there. The only reason they got 1 star is because there is no way to post a negative number.. read more

We hired this moving company for our move last week from Tempe to Queen Creek. The movers broke so many of our things. They broke our TV, they ripped several of our vacuum-sealed storage bags, and they shattered so many of our kitchenware items and mugs, including sentimental things we've had for twenty years. These are things my husband has moved with several times over, including between states and cross-country. We spent two weeks packing and wrapping everything, including adding lots of clothes and bubble wrap for cushion. My husband reached out a few days ago and they couldn't care less about the damage they did. They gave some excuse, which is a total copout for taking accountability. This was so disappointing, especially with the high price we paid. I was hoping a local company would care more about its customers and its reputation, but I guess not. I would definitely steer clear. read more

The experience of using these movers (Marcos, Sergio, and Damon, under Dean's leadership, in July of 2024) could not have been worse. Where do I even start? DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. When I called, Albert quoted my move (2x2 condo) for 3-4 hours with 3 guys to move boxes and furniture and included 40 minutes of driving time in that quote. He also assured me they would send "professional, experienced" guys for my move, since my furniture was brand new. Keep in mind - this job was moving from one unit to another in the same condominium complex. The second unit was within viewing distance and maybe 1 minute of walking distance up the sidewalk. Marcos, Sergio, and Damon took over three hours to move my furniture and did not move a single box. I MOVED ALL OF MY BOXES MYSELF, AND I'M A SINGLE WOMAN. They also charged me for an hour of drive time, not the 40 minutes that Albert said they would. When they moved my furniture: 1. Marcos broke a bulb in my vanity mirror, the one piece of furniture I told them all beforehand to handle with extreme care. 2. Sergio broke my desk drawer after not aligning the slides and drawer properly and forcing it in. 3. Sergio and Marcos broke my king-sized bed by severing the wiring to the LED lights that are around the frame. The lights would not turn on when they reassembled it in my new address. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I told them the bed-frame needs to be returned to the working state it was in prior to the move, Sergio asked me why and "if I do live streaming."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING ASKED THIS QUESTION AND THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND INAPPROPRIATE. BY THE WAY, I'M A CATHOLIC WOMAN WHO READS THE BIBLE AT NIGHT, NOT THAT I NEED TO EXPLAIN TO MOVERS HOW I USE THE LIGHTS OR WHY I PURCHASED A BED THAT INCLUDES THEM IN THE FRAME. 4. Sergio and Marcos wrapped my couch with saran wrap after I told them not to, probably in an attempt to charge me more for the move. 5. I did pay extra to have my white, sparkly, mirrored dresser wrapped, but the men still managed to scratch the bottom mirror so terribly that it now looks like its 15 years old. Its two months old. Towards the end of this fiasco, I walked through the unit I was moving from. Toilet seats were left up, bags from QT were left laying around, a giant, empty, cup from QT was left on the counter, and they even forgot to move the steel cover to the fireplace. I had to ask them to do that, after I cleaned up the mess they left at the old place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I called their offices during the move and explained what happened, Dean smirked and said "oh, no, I'm not buying you a new desk" as if I was trying to obtain brand new furniture or money after HIS CREW MEMBER told me they would replace the desk.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Several calls and threats to call my attorney later and Dean did have the men (not Sergio, as he is not allowed in my home) fix the drawer, fix the bed lights, and the bulb is apparently on its way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Dean's team (Marcos, Damon, and Sergio) ended up taking over 3 hours to only move my furniture, and this MESS costed me over $800. Just yesterday, I discovered that they smashed the corner of my brand new desk and scratched its legs on the one side. Looks horrendous. I haven't even mentioned the desk yet, as I just saw this damage yesterday (which is heartbreaking, since again, its brand new), but they also never followed through on making the dresser right like they said they would. I'm posting scathing reviews of my experience on every platform I can think of, because this is WRONG to treat people's possessions this way, and people need to know the risk they are actually taking when they hire this place. read more

I moved in January 2023. Hired this company to pack my household goods into a moving truck (semi trailer). I was charged a $600 deposit for the moving blankets used. Was told I could turn them in at the destination for refund (Lie #1). Due to poor packing, I also sustained moving damage to two large items, so even at $0.60/pound the damage is several hundred dollars. I filed a claim for the damage. Submitted photos of the damage. Had the moving company at the destination verify the damage, as they took the lock off the trailer on arrival and opened it up. I found out there was no "All Service Moving" branch AT my destination (they knew this). Company then told me to "ship the blankets back" to get my refund. !!!!! These are HEAVY blankets. 30 of them! I drove 30 blankets from central Florida all the way back to Phoenix and turned them in, because this company stated they could not process my damage claim until they were turned in. They were turned in in May. it is now late September. No claim paid, no blanket refund. MANY, MANY, MANY phone calls to both the Phoenix and Beaverton offices, with MANY, MANY, MANY excuses why I have been ignored, promises to remedy the situation, but ultimately still ignored. I see no option left but to leave this review. Next step is legal action. NOT an empty threat; I'm an attorney. I just don't like to sue people unless they deserve it. This company is doing everything in their power to prove to me they deserve it. read more

I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. However, this guy can be trusted to perform what is agreed upon with just using text messaging. He is also very careful with fragile pieces; taking great care in delivering them in one piece. Some movers suggested shipping our boxes. However, this is not an inexpensive option. Plus ,unlike Brandon, who carries your boxes out of the unit and into your destination ( we have three levels ); the usual shippers require delivery to the store and drop off at the eventual destinations front stoop. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Her positive attitude is contagious. She helped me with my storage needs. She was very thorough. She walked me through the property. The property is very nice. It looks brand new and extremely clean. It is centrally located, and unlike most climate controlled facilities. That one is actually cold inside. One of the things I noticed while touring the property was Renee knew all the renters that were on the property by name. I thought was wonderful. Throughout my three visits to the property to Renée was on site. One thing I will mention is being a store manager. I seen her personally with the cleaning cart and gloves on cleaning storage units cleaning as well as the facilities. As a manager myself, I thought her leading my example was amazing. She also checked on me to make sure I was doing OK because it was hot outside while unloading my U-Haul unit. She's very hands-on. She has a great personality. This store facilities is a very lucky to have her. I would highly recommend the facility based off of how clean it is, how well kept it, it's very centrally located in Phoenix. And of course, because of Renee.

They just don't accept plastic or glass bottles here. This place looks like a dump but the customer service is very fast and efficient. Most of the workers here are Spanish speaking so hopefully you can make out what they tell you. My Spanish is Sykes rusty so I only understood 5% of what they said. All in all, this was a pleasant experience. Obviously, you're not gonna get rich by recycling anything but it does give you some pocket change to maybe buy a lottery ticket or two. I don't recall what the exact redemption value was for bringing in your unwanted cans for cash but I got around 50 cents for maybe 1.5 lbs of soda cans. Almost enough for a $1 lottery scratcher. The workers here will unload your trunk for you and weigh it all and than give you the proper amount of money. Fast service and you don't even need to lift a finger besides opening your trunk that is. I'm from Hawaii and back home, you can actually pay a utility bill or cell phone bill with your recycling money. Not here in Phoenix, it's a totally different process here so I'm gonna start trashing all my recyclables instead. Hope this helps my fellow planeteers!!

I cannot express how grateful I am for JJ and Terrence and their incredible service during such a difficult time. I had to leave unexpectedly for a family emergency and couldn't fit everything into my car--including furniture and deeply sentimental items from my late mom, like her stained glass, Christmas decorations, pictures, and clothing, blankets, etc. I was devastated at the thought of losing them, but JJ & Terrence went above and beyond to ensure they were handled with care and safely transported. As I am in another state currently, they called multiple times, sent pictures afterwards as well as the items they did take. Not only did they help preserve my most cherished belongings, but they also assisted in responsibly disposing of the items I had to leave behind. An absolute must for your move! I can't recommend this team highly enough--they were incredible. They arrived early, communicated clearly and professionally, and tackled a big job with ease. They moved three massive 10-foot cabinets, doors, desks, large credenzas, and over 50 boxes quickly and efficiently--even up and down multiple flights of stairs--without a single complaint. As a woman managing the move alone, I felt completely safe and confident that my belongings were in great hands. Even when a flimsy IKEA-style piece ran into trouble, they calmly came up with a solution on the spot. I booked two weeks in advance and they accommodated my preferred date and time without issue. Douglas and Gavin were absolutely fantastic. They arrived right on time at 12:30 PM and immediately got to work. I was on the third floor with no elevator, and they had everything moved down efficiently and carefully in about an hour. Once we arrived at my new place, they again jumped straight into unloading and bringing everything up with the same level of care and professionalism. They handled all of my belongings very carefully, disassembled my bed, and put it back together perfectly. The entire move was completed before 3:30 PM, which was incredibly impressive. Both Douglas and Gavin were super nice, personable, and very respectful, and they made what could have been a stressful move feel smooth and easy. I truly appreciated their efficiency, attention to detail, and positive attitudes throughout the entire process. All Service Moving took care of all my moving needs. I scheduled to do a vault visit to take inventory of what items I needed taken out of storage. They were extremely efficient and very accommodating. Once I selected my items they returned everything back to their vault storage and loaded their truck. Had my home loaded up (including removing TVs and mounts. taking apart beds, plus awkward unpacked items) quickly and carefully. Wrestled large pieces of furniture up a tight staircase with 180 degree turn and placed everything exactly where I asked them to no problem. No damage to my items nor the homes themselves.
