Just to see, I spent a day calling around for quotes. Some places wanted nearly $300/hr plus a long laundry list of hidden fees, and I thought there was no way it was worth it. But the last company I called was Sterling Interstate, and wow--what a breath of fresh air. We had already dealt with a lot of stress while closing on our first home, and we just needed a reliable team to cross the finish line. The moving industry doesn't always have the best reputation, so I was praying they'd be good--and they turned out to be the absolute best. Not only is their hourly rate very fair for the quality of work, but they also don't hit you with random fees. My husband and I had our home 95% packed and stacked, leaving them to navigate moving everything down a flight of stairs and prepping/packing the larger furniture. Since this was our first time hiring movers, we were blown away: they wrapped and packed everything like it was going cross-country! Even knowing it was only a 15-minute drive, they took zero chances with damage, and everything arrived completely untouched. I am terrible with names, so I've already forgotten the exact crew who came out, but they were AMAZING. On a brutally hot and humid July day in Arizona, they hustled nonstop for 6.5 hours. They took necessary breaks, but they worked so hard, all while cracking jokes with us and keeping the mood light. By the time they left, it felt like saying goodbye to old friends. Pro tip: If you hire movers in the AZ summer, please be kind--offer them cold water, sports drinks, and maybe some Rice Krispies Treats to keep them going! They saved us so much time and left us with the energy to unpack and settle in half the time it would have taken on our own. We are so thankful we went with Sterling Interstate. I don't even want to think about moving again, but it's a relief knowing exactly who we'll call when the time comes. 10/10 recommend!

I needed to get my household goods out of their storage quickly to stop the situation from getting worse. Just-In Time Moving was gracious enough to fit me into their schedule last minute. Their office was communicative, their estimate was thorough and clear, and the final bill matched what they estimated. The crew showed up on time, communicated throughout the day, and was professional, careful, and kind. This was not a simple move. They had to unload my furniture and belongings from storage crates, unwrap items that had been wrapped by the prior mover, take care with everything, rewrap my furniture, load it, transport it, and unload it into my new storage unit. They completed the entire job in 7.5 hours. By comparison, the prior mover had tried to bill me 16.5 hours for the move into storage alone. Just-In Time Moving did a fantastic job, and I am extremely grateful they were willing to help me on short notice. After the experience I had before them, their professionalism, clear communication, and honest billing meant everything. My advice to anyone hiring movers: read all reviews carefully, do not take online ratings at face value, check whether the company is listed with moversaz.org, review BBB ratings, and read how the company responds to 1-star and 2-star reviews. I wish I had done more research before hiring the first company. I am very thankful I found Just-In Time Moving when I did.

Movers didn't shrink wrap the mattress, didn't unscrew nightstand legs which are now broken, and the tv stand is damaged because movers asked to add items inside even though I had it empty. Their way of helping was refunding $150 to get a temporary mattress from Walmart and told me the claims department would be in touch in 3-5 business days. In the end they only compensated me $900 despite the thousands of dollars of damage. In addition to the damage, one of the movers the company set up for the CT delivery made inappropriate sexual comments to me while I was alone (I'm a young female). Do not use them!

Day 1: Packing -- Enter Bryan, Antonio, & Johnny These three walked in like absolute professionals -- calm, respectful, not fazed by anything -- and immediately took control of the situation in the absolute BEST, most important way possible. They wrapped, sorted, labeled, and boxed my entire life with more care than I give my own children's artwork. They checked in when it mattered ("Do you want to keep this here?" I had used Skyler Moving two years ago. I had been very impressed then and I have not been disappointed upon using them again. They were on time and very professional. The truck I rented was not nearly large enough for everything I needed to move and they worked hard to get as much stuff as possible for me in just one trip so that I would not have to pay extra for a second load. In the end they were successful in loading everything that I would not be able to load myself later in an additional trip. I also had not mentioned that on this move I had a piano included in my move which normally includes an additional $50 fee. The piano was included as part service since I was not aware of the charge. They they took excellent care of my 70 year old vintage Acrosonic piano as well as all of my other furniture. They were pleasant and hard working. I called Skyler moving and he was down to earth and very helpful. We had a mover lined up and they did a no show on us. So we where running around going crazy trying to figure out what to do. Then we saw this add on craigslist and called Skyler Moving. I have talked to a lot of movers that day but something about talking with Doug made me want to try them out, very personable, and down to earth. I am happy we did, because not only did they show up on a short notice but did an outstanding job to boot. He also gave me a Military discount, I thought that was cool being I served many moons ago. I wish more people offered discounts to vets. He did us a great job and highly recommend him to anyone that needs to move, we made it safe to WA. without anything being damaged. After already moving from CA to AZ we decided that we didn't want to do the hard and labor intensive task of moving all of our items out of storage and into our apartment (upstairs). I was able to book them on a Monday for service on Friday. I was provided accurate updates, several calls to confirm, and the men showed up ON TIME and finished the job in 1 hour less than expected. I do not recall the name of both movers (one of them was Rick), but they maintained a positive and upbeat attitude for an otherwise crappy situation. But All N All Moving was phenomenal. Best movers I've ever used. They helped with our move this morning. I booked them only a couple weeks in advance. The process was very easy. Prices were just about what others are charging, but just slightly less which I appreciated. I asked that the movers call me 15 minutes before arrival which they absolutely did. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They emptied my storage unit and loaded their truck in just under an hour. We were so impressed. They quickly made it to our new home, unloaded the truck, and moved our belongings into our 2 story house. 117 degrees and they handled it like champs. I got the best crew today. They were quick, friendly, and followed instructions (like what to put where) without issue. I'll never use other movers again. Just these guys moving forward. They do excellent work.

Here's what I was told: they were on time, efficient, priced fairly, and safe with all their valuables. So I thought I'd give them a shot. We were just moving our small apartment to our new home in Arcadia. Jeff was early to the job which was helpful, and communicated exactly what was needed prior to him showing up. He had these super helpful boxes (picture attached) with a little rack that you could keep clothes on the hangers and just hang them inside the box! Everything else was exactly as advertised: on time, efficient, moved with caution, and priced well! It was also a super quick move so we could get started unpacking fairly quickly! I'm glad we hired them and look forward to using them in the future.
