Doug and TJ did an amazing job. They were professional and friendly. They even arrived right on time. They loaded our moving truck without any issues and even finished early. It was well worth what we paid. They made sure everything was secure for our out of state move. Highly recommend! read more

I had old blankets and towels and the handle wrap they did not use the old stuff and did not handle wrap my items except the one I told them because it was white and it even came loose and has a few spots on it also. read more

Chris and Alex were sent to assist us in loading our moving truck before Thanksgiving 2022. They were polite, professional and did an exceptional job. We had so many boxes that we expected all of them to not fit however, Chris was fantastic in packing our belongings and everything fit with a little extra room. We arrived at our destination and once unloaded everything is intact. Five stars Plus. Thank you again for assisting us and Happy Holiday. read more

We had to demo an old 4' x 7' block and concrete water fountain that had become a mosquito nuisance. Doug and his team communicated clearly, gave a competitive price, showed up on time, were polite, and got the job done in no time. Would hire them again. Thanks Doug and Skyler! Erik read more

I hired Skylar before in March 2019 and today Doug and Dennis showed up wearing a mask. Very professional and pleased in how they load and unload. Very Amazing Mover's. Keep up the Great! Work. read more

They guys that helped us move were amazing. I was in awe of the care that they took to pack up the moving truck. And they were fast!! My experience with the company and the movers was priceless and I will definitely use them again! Thanks for everything Doug, Carleigh, Chris and Alex! I will never forget you. read more

I needed two mountains of landscaping rock moved from the street and spread in the backyard. I rehab houses, and the landscaper I usually use doesn't work in Buckeye, so I had to find someone. I called a landscaper who left an advertisement at the house. He answered the phone in broken English. I described the project, and asked for a price quote. His response was "What day?" I said "tomorrow if you can, but how much?" He replied "What day?" I said "No. How much? He said "What day? I said "Tomorrow. How much?" He said "What day?". I said "Thank you. Have a good day. Bye." If I can't communicate with a landscaper about a quote, I'll never be able to explain what I need done at the job site. A few minutes later, his wife called speaking slightly better English. I told her that I needed a price quote to have rock moved tomorrow. Her response? "What day?" I was ready to give up and do it myself when I found Skyler Moving & Labor on Craigslist, and called them. Doug gave me a quote, and said he could be out the next day. When he and a helper showed up, I explained to them where I wanted everything. They finished the job that afternoon, and the backyard looks great. read more

Great experience! The guys were timely, hard working, friendly, and respectful! I would hire these folks again in a heartbeat!!!

Did a great job moving 13 tons of gravel to my backyard and spread it. Called around to different places and tgis company offered the best price by far. read more

they were recommended by a friend, so I hired them. They worked quickly yet took care with my belongings, and they are masters at stacking! Will be using them again for our next move in two weeks, and will hire them for other things, like spreading our landscape rock very soon. Absolutely professional and will get the job done efficiently! read more

They were fantastic! I had rented a mini-skid to move 18 tons of fill dirt into my backyard, which sadly fell through; there was no way I could move all of it by hand, by myself. After some searching I found 'Skyler Moving & Labor,' which was perfect; they arrived on time, charged what they quoted (over the phone mind you), moved it all (even though it was raining off and on), and cleaned up after themselves. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs help in heavy lifting! read more

I coordinated with Doug on fairly short notice. He was prompt and professional in coordinating a 2 man crew to help me move. When my new apartment was delayed by half a day for me to move in, Doug was able to adjust and find me a different crew on less than 24 hours notice. The crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of my schedule change for the new apartment's availability, I wasn't able to utilize the same crew to unload my truck. They loaded the truck so well that nothing shifted or was damaged in transit. I STRONGLY recommend this company. They were also generous enough to provide a veteran's discount. read more

Had them come back a 2nd time to move everything back in. They did a good job of moving everything back, and put together the beds and recliner. My husband was repairing some drywall and they mentioned they can help with stuff like that too. Will remember for next time! read more

I've hired these guys to pack and unpack my house for moves, and to haul and spread 12 tons of gravel in the yard. In all cases they have been responsive, on time, hard working, fairly priced, and enjoyable to work with. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. read more

Thus mover set up a date to move for us, 2 days prior they tell us they can't do it. With this late cancellation I couldn't get anyone to move us. If you need someone reliable DO NOT use them! read more

I must tell you this has been a pleasant experience. As I have moved 6 times in the last 10 years, and none of them have been enjoyable. But I can honestly tell you, Doug, Dennis and the rest of the crew made it bearable. They showed up on time, were very thorough and busted their butts for 8 hours. I had a crew of 4 and they didn't stop till the job was COMPLETE. If your shopping for Great Movers at a reasonable price you have definitely struck GOLD. These guys are really good! I have another move coming up in about 30 days, and I will definitely be calling them back. Thumbs up to you guys! read more

If you hear they are anything less than amazing, then check the source because these guys are the real deal! I was in a time crunch, on a difficult move. I reached out to get some help and they showed up quick, took great care of my belongings and finished the job faster than I had expected. When I need help Skyler Moving & Labor will be who I call. read more

This place rocks. I'm so mad my review doesn't count! They are a five star company!!! U can read my review in the not recommended list.

They came out on time (little early, but didn't charge), very friendly, helpful, and hardworkers! My previous truck loaders packed wrong and they showed me the damage and what to look for next time (which will be them). They were great with the family and cat. They hooked everything up, and cleaned up. Great experience and fair prices. Thank you so much for helping us. See you next time! read more

Moving sucks. There's no getting past that. But the guys with this company make it so much easier. They were on time, efficient, professional, and know exactly how to pack all my stuff to keep it safe from damage. They take pride in their profession, and that's something to commend! Safe, affordable, and takes the load off of moving. Thank you for that! read more

I am relocating from the Phoenix area to the Midwest, and needed an ABF trailer loaded for a 2bed/2bath. The morning of, the gentlemen were early (7:50ish), courteous, and ready to go. I had Doug, TJ, and Aaron on the job, and they were efficient and handled my belongings with care. The rate was reasonable. They seem to genuinely enjoy working together, and it was a fun morning. Your preparation will determine how much time you will likely need. Everything was packed and wrapped before they arrived, so I only needed them for a little over the 2 hours. The only surprise I had was that I was unaware of an extra charge for moving a piano. Overall, I highly recommend use of this group for your move! read more

The best ever. These guys did a great job and a good price. Plus a veteran discount. If you are moving call them.

Doug and his crew spread over 13 tons of landscape gravel for us. They arrived on time and ready to work. They did an outstanding job to ensure the rock was spread evenly and carefully around our plants. They even took the time to ensure our drive way was clean of the gravel pile debris. Excellent! read more

What can I say... On a one day notice they were able to schedule two movers to assist with my move. Doug and Jeff were amazing. There was no lolly gagging or time wasting. These two were professional and on top of every aspect of the move. Fridge can't fit through doorway? They easily popped the door off and got it through with no fuss. I can't compliment them enough for their hard work and assistance. If I EVER need assistance with moving again I will be using you guys again, no questions asked. The quote process was immediate and seamless too. Great company with amazing prices. Do yourself a favor and use these guys. You won't be disappointed. read more

This company was not a referral. I found this company on Craigslist. First time I ever hired a moving company, but I had furniture I needed moved from one room to the next. One of the pieces was my grandma's old dresser. I was scheduled for 2 hours. Doug and TJ arrived at my house on time. Everything was moved professionally. They did not waste any time. My grandma's 100 year old dresser was moved exactly the way I wanted it to be. No one argued with me on how something should be done. I felt like a queen! These two guys took such good care of my stuff. Very professional. I will hire them again and I have already referred them to one of my friends. read more

The best moving company I've ever hired and it's not even close. The two guys were waiting for me at the house when I arrived and didn't start the clock until I had the car and trailer removed from the back of our 26ft truck. They proceeded to work hard and very fast and did an awesome job unloading, no damage to anything. BTW, it was 115 degrees that day and they didn't even want to take a break, trust me I tried to get them to! Gave a $30 tip each. These guys were pro's. read more

Fantastic work, great price. Doug is smart, creative, always on time, and very efficient. I've hired him 3 times and every time he's been great. Strongly recommended. read more

Doug has helped my family and friends with multiple moving needs over the past few years. From last minute move-out drama disasters to simply moving a few items or an entire place they are precise, careful and reliable. Their pricing is reasonable and a pleasure to work with. read more

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! Matt and John were our Movers not only did they complain the whole time, they were so slow and damaged our Furniture! They also lied to our faces by saying they "moved" everything and weren't even close to done we got 2 Hours out of them and they couldn't even hardly move anything, we even paid an additional Hour and they left! I will never be using this Moving Company again! read more

We used them to move a couch and recliner from my parents house to our house. They were on time, very pleasant, very reasonably priced, and did a great job for us. I would definitely call them again! read more

After reading all the positive reviews we were excited to book with the company. The guys showed up on time which was really the only good thing that happened. The movers were already in a bad mood as they told me since the owner was out of town they had 2 moves that day so they could only spend an extra hour with us if needed. I was watching from my backyard as they threw my couch cushions into the truck (no one catching the cushions as they hit the ground. Putting this in there as the owner told me they are taught to toss cushions but with someone on the other end catching. That extra 5 steps to put them down was too much). When unloading the furniture, they put 2 nice scratches in the hardwood floor. The owner was nice enough to call his friend who specializes in hardwood floors to come out only to tell me what I had already googled on how "fix" the scratches. I thought he was coming out to actually fix the scratches but it was a waste of his time and mine. He could have called me to tell what I needed to buy. If he needed to asses the damage, he could have assessed it and came back to fix it. I had 2 Uhuals and after the movers finished unloading the one they loaded/unloaded which took them 3 hours and I paid for 4 hours, one went to his car to have a cigarette and the other asked for my payment code as they were done. I still had another Uhual to unload and beds to put together as they said they would if there was enough time. The owner asked why I gave them the payment code if I had more stuff for them to do and thought that was a valid question but when there are 2 guys who did not seem to care about my furniture and were not the nicest, the last thing I am going to do is ask them to move more boxes when they were clearly ready to leave. I figured I would reach out to the owner of the company. I expressed my concerns in the survey I received. The owner did contact me and again, said he would send someone out which he did only to state what google said and he did not fix the scratches. The reason I would never recommend this company and the only reason I am writing this review, the owner is very unprofessional and rude. He told me via text "I'm sorry and they have both been written up and there time worked for your will not be paid to them". I asked who my money was going to and his response "Part of the money is going toward the wood guy for coming out (total waste of time). The rest will go to movers for the work they did do. I would have refunded u some of the money back but with that review that was left will hurt us much more then u paid for movers". So for anyone out there who thinks they are due a refund as they did not complete the job, first get your money back and then write a review. Truthfully, I did not know it was a survey, I thought it was feedback to go back to the company. One thing I forgot, just to go along with how unprofessional they were, before the movers left, they said not to use Uhual to hire movers as they charge a lot more than if I were to have gone to them directly. Slap to Uhual when I am sure they receive a lot of business through them. read more

I had a great experience with Skyler Moving & Laber LLC. Guys did great job installing 9.5 tons of red rocks in my backyard. They did it fast and great. The price they provided was very affordable. They drove all the way from Glendale to Chandler. Thanks Skyler Moving & Labor LLC. read more

I have used them twice so far and will be calling them again. I decided to install laminate flooring and needed furniture removed from the house into a storage container. They were very careful with everything & even wrapped stuff so it wouldn't be damaged. they were quick and efficient and finished in just over an hour. I mentioned to Doug I was going to be ripping out the old carpet and needed to find someone. He said he could do it. When I asked him "how much" he gave me a quote I couldn't turn down. It took them only three hours and all the old carpet, padding & even tack strips were gone! They even swept and made sure every nail was gone. It wound up being slightly more than the original quote, because I forgot to tell him I wanted the tack strips removed. It was still worth every penny. I highly recommend. This review will probably be hidden, because it's my first one, but they were so good I signed up just so I could review them. read more

I had this company spread 12 tons of rock in my front and back yard, and they did a great job. They were efficient, polite, easy to work with, and went out of their way to do things that were a little above and beyond for me. They were very affordable, and gave me the best price quote for the job, saving me hundreds over what landscapers wanted for the work. I would recommend them anytime for this kind of labor. read more

We hired Skylar to do concrete demo work at our home. We agreed that the work would be over 2 consecutive days as a dumpster had to be placed in the street. At the end of the 1st day Doug asked for 50% payment which we paid. Then after receiving the check he said he had to get to the rental store to take the rental equipment back. I asked why and he said he had another job to do the following day. I reminded him that was not our agreement and he basically said, oh well nothing he could do. He then said he would come back the following Wednesday. No call, no show...he never intended to come back. He broke his word and the contract so don't let the ex-military thing fool you. Left the job less than half done and we had to pay for a dumpster that was only half full to get it out of the street. read more
