As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

While I am unable to speak to the competitiveness of prices, or customer service, what I can speak to is cleanliness. The facility itself seemed well taken care of. No trash laying about. Doors were not dented. Our door went up easily. The facility was quite. RV, boat and car parking is available. They also sell moving boxes and packing supplies. Free truck rental is available with the initial move in of a space.

All the trucks are 13 feet and even though the clearance is 13.5 feet they won't let you unless it's under 11 feet making moving in an obstacle and take more time. Which sucks especially if you are paying movers. It took twice as long as it should have.

Instead you have to move your items somewhere else (or book another unit with their current sales) Facilities are nice. The associates on site have little to no power when it comes to rates. Mostly there to assign units and schedule move out dates. (Other than keeping facilities clean).

They are an 'F' rating on BBB, no response from corporate on any complaints. The office is unattended most the time, hence kids riding ATVs around up and down the aisles and in between RV spaces. Take pictures of your stuff after parking!!! As you can see in the pictures, it's empty for a reason. They have failed to respond to my complaint after sending it to upper management. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!
