Thankfully they handled it with no problem. Both moves were smooth, the crew worked quickly, and everything was handled with care. Moving is stressful enough, so it's always a relief when the team you hire is organized and professional. Another reason I'm happy to keep giving them my business is that they volunteer their services for a food drive at a nonprofit I'm involved with. They offered me $39 to replace my TV. Absurd. Might be a rare occurrence for the company to damage property, but I won't use again based on this. Mike and his guys were phenomenal helping us complete our move. They fit our entire 2200sq ft house in a single trip after an impressive game of Tetris. Not only were they professionals but given we spent a whole day together they were fun to chat with as we worked thru the move. Very friendly and fun to work with. Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. Here's what I really think: I had the rare privilege of being able to compare with a nearly identical move that happened two years after the one I had with OnTrack on 1/24/2023. The OnTrack guys packed, moved, and reassembled in 4h 45m, and the other guys did it in 7h 15m. So OnTrack gets five stars for efficiency! Plus the new guys knocked all sorts of stuff around, whereas I think OnTrack only had like one time they bumped something, but it didn't even leave a permanent mark or anything. I am deducting one star though because the head mover pumped me for a review on the spot while we were closing out. I think that's a shady practice and ruined an otherwise almost flawless move.

I scheduled a moving appointment with their receptionist (whom must have been new, as I never spoke to her in the past). I explained I only had a few items I needed moved, that I used their services in the past, and she verified the time, day, and price, before our call ended. Well, only two days later, when it was the scheduled move day, I raced around getting prepared to have them arrive, only to then continue waiting for 6 hours. In- between, I kept attempting to call their business, as well as email them, but no answer/ no show. I suppose I should have paid more attention to the other reviews mentioning the same happening to them. I then got a return email a day later from the lady I had spoken to, saying that I didn't "sign" the estimate. What? Nothing was said about "signing an estimate", it was already agreed to over the phone. It makes me sad to leave anything negative in a review for this company, but this was unfair that I had a whole day wasted simply because the receptionist wanted an email confirmation. Seems really strange to me, and was never anything they had me do the past two times I had used their services. I hope they will reconsider how things are being scheduled.

As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed. If I ever need storage again, I will call Greenway Mini Storage first. And I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.
