They even helped with disassembling some furniture and were very detail-oriented, such as making sure to put the screws and smaller parts in plastic bags attached to the larger pieces. Despite extremely heavy rain and wind on the day of the move, they were able to do everything quickly and efficiently, even making a second trip to pick up what we couldn't fit in the truck initially. I…read morewas quoted $415 for a 2 bedroom with one bed, no dressers, the other room was used as an office. I was quoted a minimum of $415 which included 3 hours and a $40 surcharge. First, the owner never sent me a written quote. They were fast; however, one of the movers whose name was Miles, scared me by yelling to the top of his lungs out of frustration because he couldn't get the bed together because he had all of the screws tightened and anyone who puts together anything would know bit to tighten the screws all the way until those screws are in the correct holes and then you screw them in. I went in the room to give him that tip but was scared the entire time he was in my house due to his behavior. Then when they got done, the paperwork showed that I was being charged an extra hour of travel time when my move was less than 15 minutes apart and I was told that they needed to stop at Walmart to get T-shirts. I made the payment in full along with an additional $60 because I just believe in tipping and always have, besides the other guy was excellent. Great customer service and he was friendly the entire time. Any way, I went through the contract after they had left and noticed that there was nothing in the contract that stated that I would owe a 1 hour transportation fee now was I ever told this verbally. So, a day after the move, I sent the owner a message and he proceeded to go back and forth with me. However the most disturbing message was the one below verbatim: "I'm so sorry you're so broke that you can't pay the movers for a move that they did well for you. Send me your address. I'll bring you cash next week. I would love to meet you." This company is way to green and they need to learn some customer service skills before doing business with the public. Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. I then got a return email a day later from the lady I had spoken to, saying that I didn't "sign" the estimate. What? Nothing was said about "signing an estimate", it was already agreed to over the phone. It makes me sad to leave anything negative in a review for this company, but this was unfair that I had a whole day wasted simply because the receptionist wanted an email confirmation. Seems really strange to me, and was never anything they had me do the past two times I had used their services. I hope they will reconsider how things are being scheduled.

You get a quote on the phone for one price but when it is all said and done, it's double. The largest piece of furniture was a 2-pc sectional. They only had to wrap 3 TV's and use their boxes. A pure rip-off if I can say the least because they aren't even legit TV boxes. At most they're left-over cutouts from other cardboard. Also, we had everything packed up and moved a lot ourselves. I say with any moving company, do your extensive homework and get that price quote in writing. We were all shocked when we heard the price. Again, this is in no way taking away from Brandon and Jordan because they were great.
