You won't get my business on my move in 6 months and I'll make sure to spread the word. Make things right the first time. After Claim: $430 with of property was damaged. The company wants to reimburse $265 after taking a $175 insurance fee. That sounds a bit off. So, basically: don't pay for the insurance and you might break even. Day After Move: A few items were left at the house and I wanti notified. Three items were broken in the move. One item was reimbursed over the time of the move and two items I'll need to file a claim for and have to wait a period of time to have replacements. I was very clear on how I wanted the office desk wrapped up. There's a lot of work to get things back in a working state. One of the broken items was for the desk. Had I not been so explicit on the need for the desk to be on working order for me to work tomorrow, it wouldn't matter so much. The office speakers are just sad. When I booked my move, I was told there would be a flat fee for the movers' travel and that the rest would be billed hourly. That turned out to be completely untrue. On top of the fees I was quoted, I was charged separately for gas and an outrageous $80 to wrap just one item. Meanwhile, my white couch--left unprotected--ended up covered in black handprints that I had to clean myself. My stainless steel refrigerator was also badly scratched while they struggled to get it through my front door. Worst experience! Do not use these guys. A few weeks ago, they only moved 2/3 of my stuff without letting me choose which stuff would make the move despite charging me for a second truck that they didn't use and refused to pack. I moved from AZ to OH, and the OH All my Sons office was great. The OH office was SHOCKED at how poorly the AZ office packed my belongings, as so much were completely destroyed. I saw good reviews online but now that I'm looking deeper, I see that the AZ office has a pattern of this. I will not be using this moving company ever again. The movers are intentionally slow-paced (as they get paid by the hour), lackadaisical, scatter-brained, and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them when you direct them where to go. The first and most aggravating part of the experience with All My Sons was the extremely slow pace that the movers went. When they first arrived, they told me that I was their only move on the schedule for that day. I immediately thought to myself, "I sure hope this doesn't drag out or slow down the way that they move." Sure enough, it did! It literally took them 4 hours to put my 2 bedroom ground floor apartment (which was already in boxes minus needing to take apart 2 simple beds) onto the truck. When I had previously moved from the same size apartment, it took that moving company only 1 hour to load! I had anticipated a 4 hour total which would include unloading at the new house. It was a 7.5 hour ordeal. One of the movers was constantly on his phone and the 2nd mover would keep disappearing onto the truck after bringing with him only 2 couch cushions. I went out to the truck a few times to see what was taking him so long, and he would just be standing in the truck, doing nothing, acting like he was lost. Once we got to the new house, I had to babysit all of their moves. They were placing boxes that were clearly marked "kitchen" in the master bathroom on the opposite side of the house. I eventually had to step in and start moving boxes myself in hopes to speed up the process. I had to remind them 4 times that my sons bed was still not put together. After I had paid the bill and they were on their out, I glanced in my sons room one last time to see that the bed was still NOT put together. The one mover had told me that he does this job for fun. But he seemed like he was doing everything but having fun. He acted irritated and disgruntled his whole time on the job. Moving is already extremely stressful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company in order to save yourself the additional headache and fortune$$$$$$. read more

I didn't receive the call to go over when they would arrive so called and was told about more fees 15 percent gas surcharge which I was moving less then a mile so thought 15 percent of the drive to me and back and the mile to my new place and told shouldn't be more then 50 for packing stuff and told I was 1st move and I'd get a call between 8 and 930 when the movers were on their way which was a lie I was 2 nd and the movers got to me at 115 PM then found out the 15 percent is 215 dollar 15 percent of the whole total WTF nothing I could do then charge 180 in supplies and 5 hours plus the mandatory hour totally 1562 for a 2 bed 2 bath less then a mile move everything fully packed up 1st floor to 2nd floor. This review is intended to be as bad as I can possibly make. I am gnarled with anxiety as I write this, even 4 months after the move. They were unprofessional. They damaged my property. They damaged elevators in both buildings. They got into shouting matches with other tenants of each building. They angered a total of 6 people, including the managers at both buildings, both of whom called me to complain about them during the move. They had very dilated pupils, kept wiping their noses, and talked at a very fast pace for 7:45a. They ignored policies at both buildings, while they argued about policies at both buildings. I hired All My Sons Moving Company in Queen Creek, AZ, and while the move started out well, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. The team was initially careful, loading boxes into the POD strategically so that everything would fit. However, halfway through, they told me the bedroom set wouldn't fit. I told them to leave it behind and just focus on the boxes. Less than 10 minutes later, they claimed they had made a mistake and said everything--boxes, furniture, and the bedroom set--would fit after all. When they finished, I saw that many boxes and furniture pieces were left out. When I questioned this, the team lead accused us of adding more items during the move, which was absolutely not true. I asked why they loaded the bedroom set if they didn't think it would all fit, and they blamed us. From that point on, they started hastily throwing items into the POD without care. Items were stacked at odd angles and some were literally tossed in. In 115-degree heat, we spent 3-4 hours unloading and repacking everything ourselves. In the end, we were able to fit almost everything--including the bedroom set they said wouldn't fit--except for one small bench. I called immediately to file a complaint and was asked for photos, which I sent. I never heard back. I called multiple times and was transferred between departments, given the runaround, and even hung up on several times. Eventually, they offered me a $100 refund--an insult considering what we went through. This was the worst service I have ever received from a moving company. The manager Robert Dominguez at the Mesa Arizona location has the WORST customer service of anybody I have ever hired. I have used this company many times. The movers are great and I've always had a good experience with them Directly. But the management is terrible. For my last move I had called and discussed the scope of the job and the price with Somebody on the phone. I paid the deposit but never got a confirmation. So I called the next day to ensure I was on the schedule and was reassured that I was. I had given my beginning location and ending location but not the storage unit location as I had previously done that when the guys arrived. On moving day no movers showed up. I called to ask what was going on and Mr.Dominguez was so unbelievably rude. He lied and said I had not given him any information but then later was able to tell me the two addresses I had previously given. He spoke over me and was so rude. In the end he charged me $600 extra dollars to get movers to come out. He laughed at me when I asked to speak to his boss and told me "good luck" stating that Mr. Peterson, the owner of the company, doesn't actually care about his customers. Save your money and time and use another company or hire the movers for the minimum amount of time and then offer to pay them to come on their own without this management getting involved. read more

Drivers told me my $100 would be refunded after charging my card the full invoice. When I called to complain, I was told the $100 was entered as a tip. They didn't seem to care when I said that was fraud because I gave each driver cash and specifically spoke with the lead mover about the issue. Despite all the bad reviews, we had an excellent experience with "Mike and Mike" moving our granddaughter. "M&M" were prompt, respectful, friendly and extremely conscientious and competent, taking care to wrap most of the furniture and taking care to work together to get around tight areas with large bulky pieces. As far as pricing, we paid $868 against a quote of " $300- $400" that was quoted to our Grandaughter so this does validate the reviews citing erroneous at best and deceptive at worst) pricing issues. So, at the end of the day, I give Mike and Mike 5 stars for their part but 2 stars to the company re: misleading pricing. Horrible. The two guys disappeared for two hours, supposedly got lost. The storage unit was literally half a mile from house! I tried calling them multiple times and they never answered my call! Damaged a lot of the furniture, scraped the door jam, major stuff marks on refrigerator handles, dented washer, layed a brand new tv credenza on side on patio and scaped up, broke door jam because they didn't wrap it. They are paid hourly and managed to work slow and disappeared. I have time they left storage unit! They have a truck load of moving blankets and did not use one resulting in damage of multiple items. There was no option for negative stars, so I had to give it a 1. Called to schedule a big move 2 houses to move into one big one. Was told $2800.00 and both houses moved in one day. discussed full square footage, rooms and inventory. move was to be pack and move. Was called 3 days before my move after several texts confirming my move. I was told it would be a two to three day move and $9,300.00. had zero choice but to accept their terms if I wanted to move in time. the move turned into a 4 day move, and was charged $11,600.00 each crew was completely blindsided with what the job was, had no idea it was a pack and move according to each crew members. because it was not explained to them what they would be doing, they were not prepped with enough boxes or packing material. Was told they would start at 0700, each crew showed up around 0800. items were packed hap hazardly, not all boxes were marked, some boxes were not even completely closed. first day broke a desk while taking it apart, couple items unpacked broken, but these are things that can happen when moving so I didn't hold them accountable. property was left beyond just a mess from moving, they broke stuff and just left it, water bottles and cans left all over the property inside and outside (HOA not happy). at one property they left stove on, and AC at 69 degrees with 105 degree days in AZ.. all gates to property left open and door to storage left wide open and not emptied. Neighbor said they dropped stuff (three tiered tool box) yet no admission of that. [[HIGHLIGHT]]when complaint made about above, we were told it was our fault for not policing the crew. First, I need to say the 3 men who did our move were very good, professional and detailed. My review is less about them as it is about the customer service. I will say the move took 2x as long as I thought it would but that had to do with the overall care the men showed in handling our items. However - buyer beware. When they suggest paying for the insurance - do it. Despite the overall care taken, the guys dropped our washing machine shattering the glass top. And, even though he fully acknowledged it was 100% his fault, that he should have worn gloves, that they should have used a different door, etc., regardless- we we only compensated based on the $.60/pound that the standard insurance covered. To make it worse, the washer could not be repaired even if we wanted to. So our 2 year old machine was essentially trash. And they generously upped the compensation to a whopping $150. Like I said, buyer beware. My bad for not buying the insurance (I was actually talked out of buying it by one of the guys - who assured me he couldn't even remember the last time he broke anything), but when the fault was SO clear, a little customer service would have been appreciated.
