We rented a Uhaul for an in-town move and had a last-minute pickup location change to here. James helped with our rental and went above and beyond to make everything smooth and pleasant. I'd give 10 stars if I could. The facility is impeccably maintained, and the truck was in perfect working condition. I already rented a storage unit up the road but will rent one here if I need storage in the future because this is a family owned & operated shop with year-long monthly rate guarantee with customer service that is second to none. 1,000 thank yous to James for his help. I hope to be back and will certainly point anyone who asks in their direction.

And they blamed it on my husband because they said he kept bringing stuff out that they didn't know we had. For one thing, there wasn't that much stuff that my husband brought out. My husband worked hard and getting everything out in the garage to make the load go easy. They just didn't load high to fit everything in. My husband had to go in and try to reload and we still had to leave a few things behind. This was not a move across town, but a move to Seattle. So disgusted.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more This was my first time hiring professional movers, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. We were originally quoted 4-6 hours, but the move ended up taking approximately 11 hours. During those 11 hours, numerous items and parts of my home were damaged, including: * A buffet table was broken. * A Sonos speaker was damaged. * Brand-new hardwood floors were scratched. * A box of dishes was dropped and broken. * Paintings were damaged. * One of the movers used approximately three rolls of my personal packing tape. * One mover took approximately 15 drinks from my refrigerator. * One of the movers arrived late and, during the move, actually fell asleep in his truck for a period of time. The most frustrating part is what happened afterward. The owner required me to pay the full amount and told me that he would handle the damages through the company's insurance and/or figure out a resolution. He then told me he was out of state and would get back to me. Since then, he has stopped responding to my messages. I want to make it clear that the two movers themselves have actually been very nice, genuine, and honest throughout this process. They acknowledged what happened and admitted responsibility for the damages. My issue is specifically with the owner's handling of the situation and the complete lack of communication after receiving full payment. I gave this company the opportunity to make things right and handle the damages professionally. Instead, I am now left with damaged property, damaged floors, and no response from the person who told me he would take care of the situation. At this point, I will be reaching out to 3TV/Arizona's Family On Your Side, filing a formal complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office, and seeking legal counsel regarding the damages and the company's handling of this matter. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to do your research and understand how they handle damage claims before hiring them. I expected a professional moving company to take responsibility when things went wrong. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
