TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!! They arrived 4 hours late with 2 different excuses. within 30 minutes, on my cameras, I caught them, literally throwing a bookcase and a chair, knocking over our bikes, damaging my basket, then knocking over my electric scooter over, seeing they did not not picking it up. Two employees were playing hacky-sac, then they played catch, then someone spilled water and they left my lamp shade and a new shiatsu massager in a water spill. They had the audacity to say it was already there. I explained it's over 100 degrees and it would've evaporated if I'd done it in the past. I wasn't anywhere near there until I went to take a picture of their disrespect! I'm which they accused me of "just wanting a discount" They stole over 2/3 of my tools from my tool bag, They threw my expensive costume collection into trash bags even though I supplied boxes, I was sexually harassed 3 times. That didn't mark boxes at all, after I requested they mark all 4 sides, and they said they would. They dragged my $600 faraday bag with my generator etc in it, down the driveway after I told them to leave it in the garage and not to take it. which they agreed they wouldn't. The 'boss' peeled out down my driveway, after turning on the wipers and parked diagonally in the street. Asheri ended their job, approx 30 minutes to an hour after they started, because of all the damages, The 'boss' intentionally slammed a box down to the ground, super hard, inside his truck, which I caught, simultaneously while he was saying "whoops." They got in my face yelling at me after I ended job. They continued to state the new still was already there. The owner wanted videos, I sent them to him. Then he pleaded Don't write a bad review. He didn't offer to make this right. He only offered to send other workers and he'll "take the cut, so I only have to pay the workers $24/hour each instead of the $240/hour he charges for the 5 employees. He said, "They will continue to work on your job until I'm all moved." Well only one worker showed up, On his arrival, he verified I'm paying him directly. I said no the owner said I could pay him on my credit card and he'd pay you. He was concerned. So we called the owner together, in which the owner was supposedly unable to pay the worker because he didn't have Venmo or zelle. So I was going to have to spend my cash. He worked 2 hours then was going to return the next day. He was a no show the next day. He's didn't respond to my text or call until 10:12pm. He said, "The owner told me not to return because he needed me to help with heavy lifting on a different job." The owner NEVER offered to help financially. They put fuel stabilizer in a box with clothes and it leaked out ruining the inside items and the box also. They didn't even fill the boxes. They got in my face after I ended the job yelling at me that the water spill was already there! I even have a video of the owners daughter grabbing another workers private part as they approached my home. The 'boss' on at least 3 occasions, tried to 'hook me up' with the heavy set guy on the crew. UNPROFESSIONAL (This was TRAUMATIZING and I'm left scared to hire any other movers, and totally screwed!!!) THEY NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO LIGHT! I don't know how they have such high ratings on google!!! The 'boss' peeled out in my truck, as he was backing out of my driveway, to move it. He parked half in road, diagonally! Oh ya, the worker said he had just answered an ad requesting a mover. So the employees are NOT being checked out/interviewed/or giving references. ZERO PROTECTION FOR THE CLIENTS! THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY EXPERIENCE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD!!!!!!!!
