Be careful. They moved me as promised but were EXPENSIVE. I'm 65 yrs old and partially handicapped. They left parts of my BBQ GRILL at my old house and when I called him (Joe) he admitted it was probably by the outside house then told they "don't take those on the truck"....as in defending his actions and then I contacted the new home owner and it was there. BE ON TOP OF THEM. Joe was constant claiming he was Joe's brother. I call that lying. He looks exactly like Joe and sounds like Joe. Probably taking steroids/drugs/meth. I paid a bunch of money $2,000. I was in pain and on pain killers; not capable of thinking straight at the time so that's why my review is 2 months old. Rude and Unprofessional! Joe Avila or Steve...whatever his name is. Charged me over $700 for a half of a job. Then referred me out to another company called Elite Movers they charged $800. I thought I hired Aaron Movers then he said the other movers will be here later. 5 hours later a different company by the name of Elite Movers who the driver Aldo came with his crew. They broke my mirrored dresser and my mirrored coffee table. They left one of the tables in the garage because he said he didn't want to move it in the house because he didn't want to be reliable for it. Aldo said he would get back to getting it in the house, but that never happened. I'm seeing all of these Bad Reviews about them...they need to be stopped so no one else will have to go through what we all went through! Need a Class Action Law Suit!!! Booked this over a week in advance. $300 flat rate for 2 hours. No one said I needed cash upfront or disclosed any extra fees/surcharges if using a card. Guys arrived to point A on time and loaded couch no problem. Arrived to point B and they all of a sudden forgot their professionalism because the service we were given will ruin your business alone. " A stress-free move" would be the last thing they can guarantee you. The guy comes in to evaluate the path and collect funds before even completing the job, he then proceeds to say that he doesn't think the couch will fit through the doorway. So they begin to bring the couch in, which is 4 pieces total, they brought 3 pieces in, no problem. The 4th piece was a bit larger than the other 3 but the guy said he wasn't even going to try to fit it in because he already knew it wasn't going to fit. He was very dismissive and continued to say "Its mathematics, sweetheart it isn't going to fit" in a demeaning tone. And then they left. They left the 4th piece of the couch in our breezeway and suggested that we take the pegs off then try. But that wasn't part of their job. They claimed they finished their job. But really, we finished their job. We were able to bring the couch in. It was a little tight but definitely fit right in the home.... Manager won't answer any messages or calls because he says "they did the best they could". It's just pure laziness to not want to finish the job. Would not recommend for any help. read more

The morning of we're told they're having truck issues, I explain no problem I'll go rent a U-Haul oh well we don't have anybody to drive the U-Haul's, OK we can drive the U-Haul's we just need help loading excuse after excuse they never bothered showing up we ended up hiring another company which didn't even crazier job than what they would've apparently. Appointment was at 8am and they never showed up. Called to find out where drivers were and was told they'd call me back. Never got a call. Scheduled this 3 weeks ago. Waste of time, nothing moved, not even an apology. Drivers call finally at noon and all they can say is not our problem, they don't write the schedule. We booked 3 people with a truck to move us and 2 people with a trailer showed up. It took TWELVE HOURS to move patio furniture, boxes and one bedroom of furniture to a location that was 10 MINUTES away. Additionally, we had to help them finish just to get it done. DAMAGE was done to our concrete patio furniture. Contacted the owner 5-6 times, and he either didn't show up or cancelled the appointment to look a the damages, so of course, NOTHING has been or will be resolved. read more

This is only a review about how their movers drive and nothing else. Got on the Ray Rd. on ramp today and suffice to say, I'll never use this company. The driver merged onto the freeway without using his signal and once on the 202, proceed to speed and cut across lanes without using his signal. This was by far the worst moving experience we've ever had. EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF OUR FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED OR COMPLETELY BROKEN. Not to mention multiple items went "missing" including one of my purses. When we reached out to them about it they played dumb like they never even moved our stuff in the first place. He didn't give me a receipt the day of the move but I did take a photo of the copy he kept for himself and then sent it to him, then he ghosted. Unless you want a thief for a mover, I wouldn't bother. Plus they charge an outrageous amount of money. We had no options at the time because we were stuck in a bind because of another bad moving company. I would give zero stars if I could. Below are just a few pictures of some of the damaged items. Called them on Wednesday and was able to schedule delivery for Friday morning to move our daughter. Joe and his team was excellent. They were very professional, continuous communication on with plenty of notice prior to arrival. Fastest move ever. They had plenty of moving blankets, had the truck packed in 10 minutes and unloaded to her condo in 30 minutes and it was on the second floor. The guys were not only quick but very nice. I would also like to point out that their driving is beyond dangerous and reckless. Today while on the I-10 one of their drivers cut across at least three lanes of traffic, drove through the gore point nearly colliding with us, to reach an exit. Disregarding their lack of concern for anyone else driving on the freeway, I would hate to see the condition of the items in the large trailer they were towing. I wouldn't trust them anywhere near my belongings. read more

Watch out for these guys in a parking lot. Kids are crossing and they drive around before kids finish crossing. Anyone who has kids knows how unpredictable kids can be. If kid gets away from mom and runs back towards store that kid gets hit because that truck is not stopping in time with that big trailer. Slow down. Your time is not that costly. read more

BEWARE!! Needed someone to unload my Ubox's (2 of them) from a cross country move and called and spoke with Joe. I was greeted with a very eager sales pitch. He called me sweetheart a number of times during the call and was oh so nice boasting about his guys and how they don't milk the clock like other companies that pay their guys hourly. Well, when 4 guys showed up, I thought that the time of 2 hours quoted for 2 guys would be cut in half but it still took these 4 guys almost 2 hours to unload. The owner insisted there were only 3 guys on the payroll! He didn't seem to care that a fourth guy, not on the payroll, helped unload my worldly possessions. Why is this important? A couple days later when a very important keepsake that belonged to my deceased son turned up missing, I called the owner to discuss my concern and was met with a foul and very defensive attitude and he argued with me about the integrity of his movers. He was rude and could have cared less that something of value was missing from my belongings! Not a kind word at all!!! I hadn't accused him or his guys of anything but that response to me indicated all kinds of guilt! Why wouldn't you listen to the concerns of a customer without getting extremely defensive and downright nasty? Wouldn't you want to know as an owner of a business, that your employees are above rifling through possessions that are entrusted to their care by people who are trusting them to be honest!!!!??? He basically told me to go pound sand before I hung up on him. A police report was filed. I'm still trying to figure out why I was charged $380 for a $150/hr job that took about 1-1/2 hours. They get paid by the hour but you wouldn't know it, they don't milk it and move with a purpose. They are very experienced and everything arrived safe and sound. I had a new 60 inch bathroom vanity I needed to move from from my first floor to my second floor. The vanity weighed 260 pounds and I was not able to get it up the stairs myself. I called Discount Aaron Movers and they came the same day and hand carried it up for me for a great price. Their price was way more reasonable than any other moving company I spoke too. We were steered to Aaron Movers by our storage facility. I thought, "Great! I've heard of them!" Not great. I confused them with Aaron's Moving, a national company. My husband was sent for more blankets right towards the end of packing the truck. Four guys sat for 40 minutes and refused tp do anything until more blankets arrived. Then only a few were used. They did help themselves to most our own very nice quilted moving blankets - which disappeared into their personal stash. The back end of the truck was poorly packed, and resulted in numerous items being destroyed or noticeably damaged. As another reviewer said - the crew was nice, but Joe is a shyster.
