It started with a late arrival, an unprepared crew of only 2, and rough treatment of our goods. They ran out of all packing material and one employee kept complaining about being tired. I called to voice my concern about the treatment of our belongings. I was assured that our goods, which we stored with them, would be handled with care. Yesterday, part of our goods were delivered. Not only are there broken vases, dishes, but also large, sturdy items that could've only been damaged from a significant impact. Some of these special pieces are difficult to find items that are no longer in production, which sharpens the blow. I'm so disappointed.

They showed up at our apartment @ 7:12. The driver came in with paperwork and said our total was $800 dollars. We didn't pay. The Christian owner John told them to take our stuff to the yard until we pay. He kept contacting my boyfriend everyday lowering his price. He finally gave in last night and paid him $300 dollars. Our things were dropped off. The thing is that NONE of my things were even picked up from my storage unit. It turns out they stole someone else's belongings from the same facility! They charged us for stealing another person's possessions and held it hostage for payment from us! They didn't even do the job that they were hired to do to begin with!!! This time Brandon sent 2 guys, that appeared professional and promising. I scheduled the move for 3 hours since it was storage to storage as before. Nothing extra added. These guys took 3 hours just to load the truck. At the 2nd hour I was like you're only half way loaded. The young man stated he was not good with how long it would take to be done. So I texted Brandon the owner who said make a decision on whether I want them to go on, like wtf. Was I suppose to pay for incomplete services and then be stuck trying to finish loading and unloading myself? I am not rich like Rockefeller to just give my money away so I was like more hour..these guys were like dragging ass, taking there time as if they were trying to stretch the time for more pay. I had to literally start helping to move this along. I helped finish the load and unload of the truck. I had a broken table and a disarray of stuff in my storage now.
