We had Josh, Ben and Brian as our unloading crew. Extremely polite, personable, clean cut crew that upon first meeting represented Rambo 121 very well. They wasted no time in getting into their routine and in 2 hours unloaded our 26 ft truck. They were there to serve our needs and were very patient. Would recommend them for unloading labor. As far as a team to load a truck, we didn't have that need and therefore can't vouch for their skill sets in that area. I made sure to contact the company and give them a chance to make it right before leaving this review. They were unwilling to believe the things I shared with them, even though I even had pictures to demonstrate some of the issues. We requested their service to move a piano out of my drive way and into my house. It had already been wrapped nicely and drove to my house and we even allowed them to back the trailer with the piano basically to my back sliding door. They basically had 6 ft. to move it indoors through the slider you can see in the picture and into place. First of all, the communication was poor, I tried calling and had to leave three voicemails, an email, and text them before they returned my call (and this is after I left a $100 deposit). They also charge you an insurance rate- which basically means they do not insure their work and need you to purchase your own insurance (which makes their quote considerably higher than other quotes I received). Secondly, two of the three movers had never moved a piano before, as the third mover was teaching them and instructing them through it. They got it stuck on the threshold of the slider and even broke the dolly they brought. At some point they were strategizing how to get it in because physically lifting it was not an option for them. My 72 year old father had to help or they wouldn't have made it in, they literally didn't have the right tools or manpower to do it on their own. Once they got it in, I wanted to move the board it was sitting on over and they could not lift it again so now the board is sticking out, I'm still not sure how I am going to fix it. They bumped into my glass case and we are all lucky it didn't break. Then they tried to tell me how great of a job they did before they left. I've had this piano moved multiple times, I can assure you this was the most stressed I have ever been and watched them nearly break the pedals off (it is an antique piano which is why we paid for movers in the first place). I debated telling the company because the two inexperienced movers were not at fault- the company should have provided more training or tools for them. However, I am concerned about them moving another piano and either breaking it, hurting themselves, or hurting a homeowner who has no choice but to join in. When I shared this with the company and asked for a partial refund (at least the insurance fee I had to pay), they said I was wrong and that my account was not accurate. While I appreciate a good boss who wants to defend and protect their employees, I also would have greater respect for a company who believed the customer, especially when they even took time to send pictures. I truly hope no one else goes through what we did. Please save yourself the stress and heartache (and even money) and choose a different moving company. Here is my public response to Oscar message below: It absolutely makes sense that you were the person overseeing the work and the same person defending it. I'm sorry that you feel defensive about your shoddy job and poor communication. I would suggest to you not to take on jobs that have pianos. This is definitely not retaliation, it's unfair that you think anyone who is unhappy with your work and voices their opinion is retaliating. You and I both know you barely got the piano in my house, broke the dolly, and couldn't move it another inch if you tried. As the owner you should have not let a customer help you lift, as you were handing out directions to my father when he was helping. Nothing about what I wrote was inaccurate and there was nothing retaliatory about trying to warn others about your shoddy work. We needed a pickup of a large credenza with shelves that attached on top and a delivery to a home. They got to the business two hours late. There were two very young men who could barely move the items. I had requested they take blankets but when they got to our home there were none. I got a call from the men because they were delivering it to our old address. They didnt disassemble the shelves instead they continued to try to move them the way they were. When I started hearing cracking, I called the office. They had the boss call them. The one man said "I don't get paid enough for this shit". I now have cracks in my shelves and a torn rug. They agreed to only charge us our deposit and not the rest. As far as I'm concerned the damages are more than the deposit. This company has very young "men" doing jobs that are too much for them. To whom it may concern, on July 28th your company came to my house and moved my upstairs furniture downstairs, in the process my banister was damaged. It was not covered and a couch was dragged across it which gouged it and caused the paint to be torn off of it. ONE week before you came out to move my furniture I spent 1000 having my banister repainted. I was assured in the moment that your company would take care of it. That I wouldn't be able to tell it happened. With this assurance I allowed your company to come back and move my furniture again on the 30th where I was again reassured that my banister would be fixed and I wouldn't be able to tell. Well it is now AUGUST 17 and my banister is NOT REPAIRED!!!!! One of the movers came out and slapped some paint on, said yeah this looks worse, PEELED THE PAINT BACK OFF and said I'll be back to sand it and repaint it and WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING AGAIN! We have reached out to this guy directly and have heard NOTHING. Frankly this is ridiculous and I expect to be reimbursed at this point for the damages done as well as our waisted time and energy. I have been very reasonable and patient but damage was done to my home with a promise of a timely resolution and that has not occurred. I expect to heat back promptly. I have included pictures of areas that they attempted to repaint, then, peeled the paint back off when they realized it looked worse. As well as areas that had been gouged that they simply covered in paint in an attempt to cover the damage. First update: on 08/17/24 I was able to reach the office manager, she seemed very upset and told me that this is the first she is hearing of the damage. She asked for time to speak with her team, it has been 2 days since we spoke and I'm hoping to hear something soon. I appreciate the reply to my review however I am looking for a resolution to the damages, I do hope that you will fix it like I was promised. read more

I spoke with them on the phone and I was surprised when the owner himself showed up to give me a quote. Not only do I love the fact they are a small family owned local business but talk about being detail oriented!!! I am huge on organization and they made sure to keep all room associated items together and properly label everything. They were reliable, fast, professional, friendly, reasonable priced, clean and careful! Everything made it to my new house in one piece with no damage and they didn't just set it all in the garage. If you want a fair quote, outstanding communication and transparency, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Most UNPROFESSIONAL moving company in Arizona! Oscar and Becca charge a 5% fee to use your visa, why "because they can" I paid over $11,300. dollars to move a trailer full my things from Oregon to Texas. My stuff showed up in two different moves on two different dates. It took them almost 3 months to get my things to me. When my stuff finally showed up, my furniture was beat up, missing hardware on the furniture that they took apart. Boxes were so smashed that several boxes of dishes were broken. Antique pieces are no where to be found. They actually delivered a queen size mattress and golf clubs that are NOT mine from an entirely different move that was not mine!! They broke my glass desk top, a coffee table and several boxes of dishes and threw them away with out telling me because they do not take personal responsibility for destroying and losing your property! My cloth bar stool was drug through gravel and tore up! Rambo121 could careless about anything other than taking your money! They could careless because the "contract" says they will only pay .06 cents per pound on your move if stuff is damaged. "Fun Fact" Becca says she will personally call you with all the details of your move, that never happened. No 24 hour notice when my things where going to be delivered, no inventory was taken, and they refuse to tell you where your things are being stored. They hold your personal belongings hostage until you pay in cash for the balance of the move. This company is worst example of a professional moving company I have ever experience! What a fabulous service that Rambo 121 provides! I called on a Wednesday and they were able to come out that very next day. The company texted me when their technician was on the way and arrived well within the agreed upon timeframe. When I originally called and spoke with a fabulous woman to give the basics of what I needed to have done. Within less than 15 minutes I received both an email and text version of their quote. You can either confirm or deny. If you aren't happy with the quote, you can call to discuss it. I was very happy with the quote and had no reservations at all. You don't pay 100% upfront, either. It was appx 20% down to confirm the appointment and only after the work was completely done to my satisfaction, is when I received the invoice for the remainder of the quote. No hidden fees, no changes, just a straightforward deal that was honored perfectly. Both employees that I dealt with were phenomenal; extremely polite and both guided me through every movement they were making. I'm beyond grateful for their removal service of dirty junk wood with nails in every piece that the prior homeowner left for me. I finally have my backyard looking so much better due to the removal of that unsightly wood! I would never hesitate to use this service again in the future. I reached out to Oscar for a quote, which was very reasonable, considering I had four very large pieces of furniture that needed moved! Sunday morning, when they were scheduled for the pickup, Oscar contacted me about an hour before the scheduled pick-up indicating that he and his assistant were on their way.
