After they started the job and it became clear that the slab was 6" thick instead of the 3-4" they quoted, they let me know and did their best to fit as much as they could in the initial load. Needless to say, the additional thickness required a lot more work to break up and an additional load to haul off. Axel provided a reasonable estimate for the added work and got he job taken care of quickly. I'd work with this team again!

I hired James Dietz of Sunset Valley Handyman because he had a five…read morestar rating, but he's lost a bunch of stars with me. He installed two phantom screens on the patio door frames of my small condo in Scottsdale. He seemed to do a good job and I paid him $150 for this limited time. James should have had me look at work before he left, but it wasn't until I took a pic of the front door that I noticed that the screen was put on upside down and the folded screen part was covering the combination lock and handle. I called him and we made an appt., but when I called to confirm appt. he said his wife just had a baby and he was needed. I waited four days and called him back. I have called him many, many times over the last month or two ... even sent a detailed email early last week threatening to give him a bad review. I even sent a message via his "Ask for a Quote" box, but no response. BAD BUSINESS MAN!!! I have now hired a BBB company to come out this week and correct phantom screen position. NOW I have to pay again, for a simple job that was mishandled by James of Sunset Valley Handyman. I also chose him because he had a Scottsdale ph. code of 480, but learned he lives in Peoria, but he does do jobs in Scottsdale, as he asked to come early for my project, as he was just finishing up nearby. I was hoping he would be my future handyman, as my husband is 86 and can't do handyman work any more. You should not be in business if you can't take care of your customers to their satisfaction and all your promo on the websites say that you do please customers and even "we do it right the first time.
