Frank is reliable, has attention to detail, and is fair priced! We were very happy with Frank's services.

Frank and his team were meticulous, thorough, and absolutely wonderful to work with. He went above and beyond with our old, busted, fireplace removal. Pictures don't tell the whole story, but it's close. Our backyard looks much larger now, and is ready for the new gazebo and BBQ that I'll be building in the coming weeks. Thank you Frank!! read more

I had a sectional couch that I needed gone. Frank and his team did an amazing quick job. I got a quote response within the hour and they came out same week. The rate was fantastic and lower than the rest. They were friendly and fast and had no issues taking out some chairs that I was planning to dump myself. Highly recommend. Thank you so much Frank! read more

Awesome, friendly, prompt service! Frank and his team removed a good amount of dirt from our backyard and helped level out one corner of our yard. All in one day at a fair price. Frank came over about a week earlier to scope it out -- he was really friendly and walked me through his exact plan -- how they would use the equipment, how they would navigate our 6-foot wall to remove the dirt, etc. He and his crew were very thorough in cleaning up the rocks, dirt etc., and I would absolutely use them again. Frank's Demo Grading and Hauling - Demolition Services Near Me

From a nightmare to a dream! My new home had MAJOR water drainage issues on all sides of the home. After a quick search, I found Frank's Demo Grading and Hauling, he had great reviews and his team came highly recommended. They did not disappoint! Frank is personable and made me feel that my grading issues were his issues! He went above and beyond with his expertise and recommendations, even moving a ton of river rock into the backyard for me. We ended up hauling 5 trucks full (~100 tons!) of dirt out and now I have a flat clean yard ready for landscape. (Ask him about that too!) Thank you, Frank, James, and Jose! read more

Franks team came by and loaded more stuff than I anticipated. They took my two engines, scrap metal and aluminum. Then they asked if there was anymore. I had them take some outgrown kids bikes, baby crib and other items laying around in the garage. Will definitely be using these guys again! read more

Highly recommended for demo and landscaping and painting and flooring. Frank and his crew did a complete removal of furniture and carpet in a two-bedroom two-bath mobile home. Removed all the carpet from rat feces and pee, the crew removed all the furniture in the house , it's 100% better looking now on the inside and exterior. read more

Frank's Hauling did a good job for us. Was on time, professional and even took some items we had on hand. Their price was reasonable. Would recommend. read more

Frank and his crew were simply a god-send. After 30 years of babying a very old "lagoon style" pool, it told me it was done. I loved this pool. I had polio as a child and the water was extremely beneficial...swam twice every day in the summer. Frank showed up on a Sunday and in 10 days, the job was completely done. Professional, inventive, creative and kind...one of a kind, in my opinion. He would talk to me about my ultimate design and as soon as I mentioned "tree" or "patio", he said "We'll do it!!". And they did. Never missed a stitch. Reasonable prices, a delight to deal with...what more could you possibly want? read more

5 stars for having the lowest price in town. Fast quote and decent communication. I would call them again for pickup and recommend overall.

I shopped around for quotes and Frank was hands down the best rate for our backyard renovation project. Frank was super responsive throughout the entire process, worked with us on our weird schedule, and was in and out in a day. In the event I ever get bored and want to redo the backyard again, much to my husband's chagrin, I know the first person who I am going to call to help pave and clear the way! Shout out to his team for being so professional and accommodating. 12 out of 10 would recommend. read more

Frank was great to work with. He was incredibly responsive and did a great job. We were able to quickly schedule the work and would definitely use this company for future services. Frank's crew took a few inches of dirt out of the front yard to prepare for rock. The work was well done and very very reasonably priced. read more

I called this AM (the day after Christmas), got a response immediately. Frank and his crew were out within hours. I had heavy furniture, a shed full of junk and some stuff in the garage. He got it all on the truck and was gone quickly. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed to. read more

It's hard to grade this. He responded to my request right away; then didn't show or text or call. After 3 texts to him, he did respond and apologized and offered to pick it up next day for free- which he did. So I appreciate his apology and the free removal! But it left me wondering. It may have just been a mistake on his part. read more

We used Franks demo grading and landscaping for our backyard. They did a phenomenal job. It took them 1 whole day of labor to complete but Donald did not let us down. I really appreciate them coming out and finishing the job that they weren't able to complete the first day because it got too dark. Their services were fairly priced and they definitely worked hard to make sure we were happy. Thank you guys! read more

Frank and his crew came out twice to pick up our junk. They were all friendly and did a great job. Thanks Frank

I never write Yelp reviews, but Frank and his crew were so helpful and professional they really stood out to me! We used them for a pre-grade for our pool and under our patio for pavers. Frank was very responsive via phone/text, and his pricing was better than any of his competitors for the same project (and he could get us on his schedule within the week, which was super quick during the COVID labor shortage!). He makes a point of cleaning up and making sure not to damage the driveway with his equipment- he even replaced our fence for us after they were finished hauling away dirt! He looks out for his customers and I'm very happy we used his company. read more

I reached out to 5 different companies that seemed able to complete the demo and haul away service I needed. Frank came to check out the job on the same day, provided a quote on the spot, and scheduled the work for only a few days later. On the day of the job, his crew arrived early. Frank texted status updates. His crew was friendly and worked quickly to complete the job. I'll definitely call Frank first next time I need work done. read more

I called Frank after seeing his Yelp reviews to come out and give me an estimate on demolition of a patio and grading my backyard for paver installation. We walked the job, he seemed knowledgeable, and said he would send a quote later that day. I never heard from him again. I'm guessing it's because I pressed him on whether or not he was licensed and insured. I will not hire anyone to work on my property that isn't. When I mentioned I would call 811 to have utilities marked before digging he said I didn't need to do that. Well, it's the law, at least in Litchfield Park. Some of the digging was exactly where there are utility lines. I also could not find his DOT number or company listed in the US Dept of Transportation database. I was actually glad not to have heard from him and got the job done by a licensed, insured person. read more

Frank and his team SAVED THE DAY! We ordered the wrong style of landscape rock and it was in a pile in our driveway (our own fault). Luckily we found Frank and he took away the rock and got us the correct rock, spread it and the yard looks fantastic!!! He knew exactly what to do, where to go, and he had the manpower and tools to finish the job within hours!!! We were so pleased with his "can-do" attitude, professionalism, punctuality, and "no-nonsense" approach to handling our rock crisis!!! Don't hesitate to call Frank for grading/hauling jobs, he's a PRO!!! Thank you Frank and the guys, you did a great job even in 117 degree heat!!! read more

I have a backyard approximately 20 x 20 That had way too much dirt and stone on it and wanted leveled, graded and the excess material removed. I contacted a few vendors thet claim to be able to handle cleanup and Haul away of this material, but either got no or little response. When I called Frank he was very attentive and interested, and texted me back saying he would be there within the hour to look and see what could be done. He took a look at the job and gave me a fair and reasonable estimate. He arrived on the agreed to date, with his assistant Vince. They offloaded the bobcat and after some unforeseen disassembly of a gate for access, Frank got into the backyard and commenced with his magic. It took some hours to get all of it removed but when it was completed it was a great job. The area was well leveled and they did a great job of cleanup as well. All in all to accomplish what he did in a few hours would've taken the crew many days with a shovel and wheelbarrow. Frank is very nice and easy to work with as was his staff, And they did a great job! Highly recommended. read more

Frank and crew did an excellent job helping me grade my brutal back yard that hadn't been touched in 30 years! They brought in a ton of clean dirt, even trimmed one of my trees that we wanted kept, yanked out 5 stumps and busted up 120 sq feet of concrete for an amazing price. Back yard is completely flat, compact and a blank slate thanks to Frank's bobcat skills. Very hard working crew and can't wait to use them again! read more

Frank removed a bunch of rocks and brought in some new ones or me. They were on time, courteous, and did a fantastic job.

Frank removed part of our block wall for us when we were remodeling our back yard. We were very happy with his work including the clean up.

Frank and his crew removed a large amount of brush from my yard and removed my lawn. They left it a blank slate ready for the pool company. They did a great job and were very professional. He went above and beyond by moving rock around to where I wanted it and basically saved my back by removing some large stumps for me with his bobcat. I would highly recommend Frank for any hauling/demo/grading needs you have! read more
