Great customer service!! Fast transactions and nice clerks. Always go here for mailing read more

Update, on Dec 23, they emailed mailbox holders that they would be closed the same day, Dec 23 until Jan 5 as they undergo a change in Management. So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust. read more

This place wants to charge you $3 to print the fedex prepaid label. What's the point of a prepaid label if I'm going to pay you to simply print it off and stick it to the box? read more

This place is never open. Nice workers but this mail place serves no value when it's always closed.

When calling for a quote I got pretty much cursed out by someone on the phone, you're making a huge mistake by doing any business with these people. They keep sending me a bill even though I never signed up officially for their service. Huge mistake giving these people my personal information. read more

Mail plus has very quick service, staff are friendly and helpful. I will be coming back !!!!!

I used to come here all the time years ago but it has since been sold to different owners. Unfortunately, these new owners don't seem to know what is going on or the ins and outs of getting my stuff to the right place for a reasonable price. Lots of confusion, computers not working, high drama and lots of time trying to figure out how to make it work, not very clean and sketchy looking. This is very close to my house so it is unfortunate that I won't be coming here anymore. read more

I needed my envelope to get there in three days, with a tracking number, signature arrival verification, for as cheap as possible. Mail Plus got me in and out in less than a minute for $7 bucks. Pros: Convenient location off Southern/McClintock Variety of shipping options Mailboxes available Next door to Back East Bagels Cons: Cash only for less than $5 The only reason for less than 5 stars was that the cashier opened 10 minutes after 9am without much of an explanation or apology for being late. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes, but the customer service just wasn't THAT great. Otherwise, I like these kinds of Postal stores (Postnet, too) as a great alternative to the Post Office or a brand name shipping outlet (UPS, FedEx, etc). read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Cashier was lost and didn't know how to do much. She said she was unable to scan the QRcode and told me to email it to her. Took a few minutes to figure out what the email address was. Took another 3 minutes to tape the label on and then she asked me to pay $6.42. I told her it's a free return and she said she was charging me for the label. I said she should have told me since this has not happened at any other location. She tore the label off .... We went in to mail a package and they were super friendly and fast. We will definitely be stopping in again.

I was just charged $50 for notary services, on top of the $10 I paid for the monthly service. I was told via email that notary services was only $25, but I was charged twice. Not a happy camper. read more

I went in today with three international packages, and four domestic, thinking it was going to be insanely expensive. Turned out to be just $12 after the amazing Tanya helped me out. She was overly kind and even talked me through all of my different options. I will definitely be using them in the future! read more

This is my new go-to place if I need to mail out anything (UPS or USPS, no FedEx though) or buy stamps. Although the nearest USPS on Southern is close enough, sometimes there is a bit of a wait, and the nearest UPS Store on Broadway and McClintock provides indifferent service. read more

This place is very convenient to mail letters and/or packages when you're in a hurry. There are no long lines and the rates are inexpensive. They carry stamps, boxes and cute greeting cards, too! Grab a bagel next door! Best bagels in Tempe! There's a Sprouts in the same plaza as well! This is definitely my go-to place to mail anything! Beats waiting in line at the post office that's just down the street on Southern. read more

The gentleman there was very helpful, and everything I need to get a special package off to it's destination. I went here after walking out of the US Post Office because they just weren't helpful that day, as they've been in the past. ...after all was done...I only paid a couple of more dollars...I hove no problem paying a little more for a lot better service. Thank you. read more

Tried to send a fax from here and it was unsuccessful. The problem was on the receiving end even though the machine here is fairly outdated. Should it have worked it is cheaper than other places. The employee was fast, friendly and helpful. read more

I stopped in to Mail Plus to get a few stamps and was pleasantly greeted by their sweet employee, Z! She was SO helpful & cheerful during the entire interaction; her customer service was impeccable! If everyone had the same kind & helpful spirit as Z, the world would be a better place! read more

Love this place! Have been coming here for nearly 20 years. Always friendly and great service!

I'm a big fan of Mail Plus. They always have friendly service. And I've never had any problems with getting my mail. You can't beat having a box here. read more

Husband took my package in and they didn't look at the address I wrote on box just sent it to an address they had on file-a wrong address and sent to wrong person too So mad won't go back read more

Beware of a mail store ran by unprofessional young adults. Ive had many issues with these guys from the beginning. Every time I come in there, they are hanging out in the back room doing who knows what. Im never greeting in a friendly manner. The place looks like the corpse of an old mail store. Here is why the deserve a 1 star review. Ive had a postal box with them for over a year. I pay on a quarterly basis when they put a new bill in my box. Last month I was out of the country and wasnt able to check my mail for a few weeks. When I came in yesterday, I tried opening my box and the key didnt work. I had to holler for someone to come up and help me (they were hiding in the back as usual). The kid asked me my box number and responded: "oh thats the box that my coworker closed up last week". I asked him why it was closed and he said for non-payment. I asked him why I never received a courtesy phone call or other form of notification about the box being closed and he said "I dunno man". When I asked where all my mail was that was received while I was gone he told me "we just threw it in the trash. There was no need to return it to sender because they would have just done the same thing". Not only is this illegal, but why would you throw someone's mail in the trash after they have been a customer for over a year. No courtesy phonecall, no email, nothing. They had multiple ways to contact me but made zero effort and trashed all my mail because of a past due balance by mistake. Im a business owner and have mail sent to my box for multiple businesses. Im filing a report with the US postal inspector for their admission of trashing my mail. Do yourself a favor and use another mail center. These guys should be working in a tattoo shop, not handling peoples personal belongings. read more

Been coming here for three years and the service had been spot on. They pack it and ship it just in and out! Thanks!

With the kind of quick, friendly, and personal service you get at Mail Plus, you'd be a fool to go to the Tempe Post Office. They are open in the shopping plaza on the corner of Southern and McClintock, right next to Back East Bagels, Monday-Friday, 9-6, and Saturday, 10-4. They have shipping boxes and supplies, padded envelopes, stamps, an awesome greeting card selection, fax services and a photocopier. It is run by wonderful people who go out of their way to be helpful (boxing up packages for you) and accommodating (Joe special ordered the new wedding stamps for me last year). They will mail your items in any manner or speed you need, and will happily give you all of your price options. Never again should anyone in Tempe waste precious time in heinous lines just to get grouchy dead-eyed service at the PO like a sucker. read more

This place puts the typical post office to shameeee! No long crazy lines, super friendly staff and good vibes all around. They're definitely not just "mailing it in" here!!! Come here and have the mailing experience of your dreams, and the dreamiest experience for your mail. read more

Since moving to Arizona in May 2014, I have encountered a ton of frustration and irritation. When I find a person or business who provides EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service, I want to praise them and make sure other people know. Mail Plus has been absolutely fabulous. The Customer Service is fantastic. The convenience is great. Most of all, I have zero frustration, zero irritation and it is a pleasant experience every single time. Now, they even send me sweet texts when I get a package. THANK YOU!!!! read more

Alana is very helpful and efficient. Service is quick and efficient. She was quick to offer better, cheaper solutions. I like that, especially since shopping is so expensive these days! This is right behind Joe's Crab Shack on the north side of Southern. read more

As I am on the road a fair amount with my job, I have used a P.O.Box for years so that mail doesn't accumulate at my residence. However, many companies will not deliver packages to a post office box. So I was in need of a mail box where I could have packages shipped and received. After much research and personal visits, I came upon Mail Plus. Alana helped me set up my account and was a joy. I have since had the opportunity to also get to know August. He is also very friendly and accommodating. In addition to the superb service, the prices are very reasonable. If I were to have any complaint it would be minor - and it is this: Despite my earnest and multiple requests, Jessica Alba has neither been delivered to me nor waiting for me to personally hand me my mail. Still...I highly recommend this Tempe business. read more

We've been coming here since it opened many many years ago. A few years ago it went under management/ownership when the original owner had to sell it. Love that the same quality and service still exist. It was and still is one of those places that makes you feel like Tempe is still a small town. They take time to get to know you and your family. Treat you with respect and care. And the service is always impeccable!! Thankful to see that some places can go through a change in ownership/management and still remain the same if not better!! read more

I own my own business, and it's nice to know that I can get my packages out quick and easy. Every time I go here I am in and out in less than a 5 minutes. They also do faxes, notary, and have mailboxes too! read more

Great pricing and customer service. Saved me a long freeway trip to save pennies per unit.

This Mail Plus location is super friendly, courteous and always efficient. August is always there when I drop in and in a great mood. Mailing is so easy at this location. I've not experienced any delays and it really does beat the Post Office, other nearby locations with similar services. Thanks guys! read more

Great spot. Friendly staff welcomed me right in to open a box. They charged me the cheaper fee at first until I got my business started. They know the deal with process servers too... way better than people knowing where you live!! Highly recommended!! read more

Great service. Just went to send an odd shaped gift to Pittsbugh Pa for Christmas. August even had to build a box to fit it. Very small town friendly and efficient business in Tempe. Other patrons in there said they use them quite often. I will definitely use his services again. read more

3.5 stars. Convenient hours and location, but they charge a steep fee for it. I should've just click-and-shipped my package myself.
