When I arrived at the store, a man was finishing up his transaction. He was obviously pleased with the service he had just received and kept saying : "You're the man!" I was no less happy with the help I received. I was returning a fragile item to Amazon via UPS. Since the item came with packaging, I couldn't see sending it to the landfill and asking for new. I brought the packaging with me, but I still expected to pay something for the service. The store's bills still have to be paid, right? But the man on duty (I wish I had gotten his name) insisted that there was no charge. He put everything back together and sent me on my way. Great service! I'll be a loyal customer. read more

I recently went to Mail plus to get some documents notarized and send some important documents. The staff were amazing! They were all very helpful and very nice. They gave me all the information needed about mailing and all the services available. I don't believe I have seen businesses recently who are more helpful than these people. My only problem is the location, it is so out of my way and the only reason I went there is for getting my documents notarized. I do wish they were located closer to the university. All businesses should learn a thing or two about customer service from them. read more

Today was off to a horrible start until I came to Mail Plus!! I was trying to get a simple document notarized by my bank. For whatever reason they said they could not do it. It was a legal letter addressed to a government agency with my signature on it!!! I have had to provide similar documents before and have NEVER EVER been denied notarization! Upon leaving my bank (extremely angry that they have done identical items before yet would not do this one) I used Google to find a notary nearby. Google suggested Mail Plus which is right by my bank. I went in and the two men who helped me were very understanding of my frustration and within 5 minutes of being there my document was notarized and I was on my way home!!! They even assisted in making sure i had the proper postage as this was a very important document and is time sensitive. Now I don't know if they knew I needed it sent asap but I am sure they could tell how important it was to me!! I failed to get their names to give them proper acknowledgement but I guarantee I will be there again and again for all my postal and notary needs!!!!! The final gesture was the one that hit my heart, as I was leaving the Man who actually notarized my document came out of the back and simply said " I hope your day gets better." Those simple words truly made my day better!!! Once again Thank You Mail Plus for not only helping me but making it feel like my issue was as important to you as it was to me!!!! read more
