I went to this shop to get a U.S. flag for my vehicle. Sales rep. was very courteous and prior Marine, gave me a great price. After that, it all went south. Receptionist was very rude and had a hard time with her trying to keep the schedule the sales rep had agreed with me. The installation was very poorly made. Looks like beginners did it. I just had these guys make some signs for the trailer of my new business. I also had their design department spruce up my logo a bit since I had made it in Microsoft Paint. :) The design process was SLOW. Took about 2.5 weeks total time. That being said, right off the bat I told them to not be worried about rushing the work since my trailer would not be done for 2 weeks. I just think they got really busy or put me off since it was such a simple design. The printing was wicked fast and my signs were done in 2 days after the design process. The signs turned out great and EXACTLY to the dimensions we agreed on and the logo is HIGH QUALITY. I am super happy with my new signs and with the quality of their work. THANK YOU A&M GRAPHICS!!! A & M is the absolute BEST!! Took my brand new 2021 Escalade in for a wrap on the roof. Took it in and they were not going to let me take it home unless it was PERFECT!! Where some people might get pissed off, I was sooo appreciative for their perfection and honesty. They took off the first wrap and ordered new material. I went home with no wrap but they got me back in a couple days later and IT IS PERFECT!!! I get more compliments on my car than I would have ever imagined!! The staff is amazing! PERFECTIONISTS. Wow I am so impressed with this company they not only do exceptional professional work but their customer service is the best I had my sons FJ Cruiser roof wrapped back in August it looks so great they met all of our expectations. The quality and the attention to detail was spot on. I actually had to return and get another piece of the roof wrapped again because I needed to replace the windshield they had me in-and-out in 45 minutes. Wow... talk about bad service; where to start? First, I had a 2020 company truck wrapped that now has the "texture" of the factory bed graphics behind my new wrap. As a "sorry" I was offered a new logo on another company vehicle. When the existing logo was removed the "glue outline" was not cleaned off, so I now get to look at that. When I brought it back they said that they could clean it up within an hour... 6 hours later it still isn't all cleaned off and I was told to leave. Never, ever, use these people for graphics... btw... same rates as other companies... not near the quality!! I only wish I could give them zero stars!! read more

I lived in Az. for 1yr. and while there I bought a black 2009 Mercedes c 350. of which I had A & M apply a reventon matte grey wrap. I received almost 100 compliments in the 3 months I had it after I was in Az. Then moved back to my home state of Ca. of which I've received approx. 3-5 compliments per day since iv'e been home (Nov. til now, march2015). and I doubt its my 19" Rohana rc5 wheels or my c 63 amg body kit. Because job day has said anything about them. everybody compliments the wrap. Thank you A & m graphics. After getting over this detail I decided to inquire for another quote to wrap new fleet vehicle. A week later no one knows what is happening and they don't have any info.... I raised my concerns and was told to get a quote somewhere else. If you are ok with putting up with empty promises then go for it. Stay away from this place. They'll gouge you. I have a 1949 Plymouth 2 Door Club Coupe & called to get an estimate on installing my vinyl on my inner window garnish moldings. I sent photos of them and told her (Maria) that I would remove them and drop them off. Also, keep in mind that i was furnishing my own vinyl/wrap material. A few days later i got an email from Maria with an estimate. This is her reply: "looking at your project i would have to charge you by the hour ($85) it may take more then 8 hours. please let me know how to proceed". According to my math, that comes to $680. That's ridiculous!!! a well established heart surgeon gets $90 per hour. There's not much effort involved because I did my dashboard with the same vinyl. It's just that due to my physical handicap (Vietnam Vet), I can not stand up for very long. I was able to do the dash because I had the front seat to sit on. P,S. By the time I contacted Maria, I had previously talked to another girl and gave her all the info but I never received a reply from her. read more

Long story short my wife has a crippling disease and her dream was to wrap our truck/ boat to raise awareness. She is also restricted to a wheel chair. Today we went and met with Andrew and the team at A&M to discuss ideas and graphics. All I can say is wow, the customer service was amazing. They took time to sit down with us and go over design ideas, they were so patient and included my wife. They treated us like family, you can tell that is how this business operates. They were ordering lunch and even asked if we wanted anything, to never meet someone and be treated this well is hard to find. I met with Andrew and was very excited about what he had to say. I wanted to put racing stripes on a mustang, he was helpful and very nice. The design process was very very slow, took over a month to receive the 4 proofs that were wrong. Proofs were sent to me 5 times before they got the very simple stripes correct. I called Andrew to see the status on the stripes and he told me that he did lots of mustangs and he did not remember me, but said he would check into it and would get back to me. He never did get back to me and was rude on the phone. I stopped by the shop hoping it would help the process. It did not. The designer told me that when they did get to the installation she had no idea when it would be, they were very busy. Andrew told be that it could be up to 2 weeks for design and installation. But in reality it was over a month and the design was not even complete. The 5th proof looked correct so I asked for an appointment to install the stripes before I gave the final ok, because the disclaimer says that you have to pay if you approve the proof. I did not want to commit to this. I did not received any callback or correspondence. I wanted to find a quality shop to do wraps for my company vehicles, this is not it. I wanted to start with a simple job and see how it went, It has not went well at all. I am very disappointed in the process and how I have been treated. I guess only the big jobs get attention. I do not recommend using them. read more

My experience with a&m was less than acceptable bad communication I left a deposit came back to go over design. I was told they would call me in a week we went back and forth a few times. It took so long I went somewhere else and had my wrap on before they called me. They kept my deposit this was a lesson learned. I hope anyone else has better luck read more

Called for a quote. They said they needed dimensions of my truck for a quote. So, later I stopped by, the lady in the office would not stop answering the phone long enough to help me, so I wrote down all the information for her and told her to call me with the quote when she had time. She never called. A week later I called back and gave all the information to another woman who was surprised no one had called me, and she would was going to get me a quote, and call me right back. NO CALL. So I called again and talked to the first woman who actually remembered me, but, had no clue about my quote, blamed someone else for not following up. What a way to run a business. Terrible!! Called and got a rough number for ss stripes on my chevelle. I believe I spoke to Jen, she was nice. Made an appointment to bring it in to see it, when I arrived Jen wasn't there but another gal, I believe Maria, asked to help. She looked at my car for 2.3 seconds and immediately informed me that the price would be 6-7 hundred. Then she tells me that its because I'm wanting more work done, (more vinyl) when I showed her that she was wrong about that, ( showed her the pictures of the stripes) then she thought she would call Jen and throw her under the bus. Terrible customer service. It was like they didn't want to do the work or something. I even saw Jens not on the desk with all the info, (ALL OF IT) the prices, the car, my number, ss stripes. the whole bit. What a waste of my time, don't waste yours. read more

Andrew had my car wrapped for my law practice and his crew did an outstanding job. I later needed 2 changes to the wrap and he got me right in and squared things away for me.
