My laptop (asus rog g16) updated once I shut it down last night. When I booted up this morning, windows would not accept my Face ID or pin for sign in and I could not get into my computer. Angelo was aware of the issue I was experiencing & confident he could fix it within about 2-3 hours. I was able to drop it off as soon as I got off the phone with him & he had it cleaned out with windows reinstalled in an hours time so even faster than his original quote. I'm currently downloading a couple of the apps I need for work then ill be able to clock back in, only missing a half day's pay. The service cost $150 & he was able to take my business credit card for the expense as well as provide an E-receipt which I prefer. This so-called representative or IT specialist from Mason geeks, Angelo, will not leave me alone as I had reported him on yelp for being an awful so-called professional that came to my house to help me and did not help me as he's just constantly calling me names and yelling at me instead. Won't give me my money back because I took too long to try to take down the initial poor review as I am not tech savvy like him Therefore, that's why I turned to him to help me in which I so regret now because he messed me up more. He blamed me for being the reason that I did not get my problem resolved, but he left me there with things to do and then blamed vERIZON for messing it up more. He's a typical NARC since we're calling names now, as I have lived with one for 30 years, and I will not deal with him any longer. So no reviews sent back as this is supposed to be a for review not name-calling and blaming. I was in the Customer and leaving my final post and review for Angelo from Mesa Geeks. I do not recommend him as hasis a very, very strong and nasty. personality disorder or something because I've never had a professional person or experience like this calling me names when I did nothing wrong and should actually be refunded for all the problems he's put me through. But instead, he's blaming me for my emotional issues that I had and never took out on him once. So I would like to be left alone, and not even requesting anything back from him at this point. I have an iMac 2019. It was starting to run VERY slow. After doing some research I assumed it was my Hard drive that was failing. I called around to some computer shops but they didn't wanna do the work because it was an Apple product. I called Angelo here at Mesa Geeks and he had done this work before. He upgraded the RAM on my computer from 8GB to 64GB. He also swapped out my failing Hard Disk Drive, for a 1TB Samsung Solid State drive. I took my computer home and started laughing because I couldn't believe how FAST it was now. This dude literally breathed new life into my computer, I was considering buying a whole new iMac but I'm glad that I didn't. I will probably get another 5 more years out of this machine because of Angelo. This guy is f***ing awesome. I tried replacing the spinning hard drive in my laptop with a solid state drive and ended up damaging the ribbon cable that connects the hard drive to the motherboard.
