I bought a PC from Meta a few months ago. Overall the PC a great and I've had ZERO actual performance or hardware issues. I gave them money and I received a working product. Am I upset it was about $1000 more than doing it myself? Extremely, but I specifically wanted professionals to construct my PC correctly, so I gladly accepted the expensive luxury. My PC was plug and Play. I turned it on and everything worked almost perfectly. There was a tiny minor issue of one of my legacy hardware Randomly deciding now is the time to start enabling a metrics overlay. Once I finally got overly annoyed with this issue and couldn't figure it out myself, I gave their customer service a call and was greeted with one of the most helpful friendly man I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. It took a couple calls because this issue is stupid and all the "gaming " software wants to do this for some reason. Meta PCs came to my rescue by systematically disabling all the things on all the nonsensical bloatware that every computer component has to come with nowadays. You're my hero man. Had a lot of issues with this pc. The pc would black screen during Ai work, gaming and through benchmark tests. I tried to ddu the drivers in safemode and reinstall the drivers, re seat the gpu, swapped out and upgraded it, reseated the ram, took out the gpu and re padded and thermal pasted it but I would still have black screens and crashes. After taking it in Cooper did everything possible to isolate the problem and we came down to it being a bad riser cable and a motherboard issue. All of this was able to be fixed within a days time! Also my cable management was very bad and the way they fixed it looks amazing to me! Very happy with my experience and will 1000% recommend them to everyone that needs fast pc fixes! As a gamer with a busy schedule and little computer knowledge these people were great. I believe Conner and Dominic helped me out in diagnosing, replacing and upgrading my PC after my power supply died. I record games like Beatsaber with mods, Overwatch, and Apex legends on my new Ember Frost. The location was clean and provided water and soda. They were very polite and would answer my questions in a lingo I would understand if I asked. They're semi-accessible, no bathroom but a mobile aid user can enter/exit and they will help you carry your PC. Overall very accepting and helpful! read more

everyone here was super nice and extremely knowledgeable! I visited this site on Val vista with a concern for my pc, and Marcus helped me right away! he was super fast at diagnosing and coming to a resolution, it was like only 15 minute! Marcus even explained on what I should do and how I should do it in a very easy and understandable method. I recommend this place 100%!!! I'd first want to say Kyle has been a tremendous help with my first PC build with dealing with the lights that popped up on my PC to helping me download drivers that I needed. If you're looking for someone who can inform you on PC parts he's the guy. If you need help booting up a PC or fixing it Kyle has it all. I was in there quick and easy. Customer service is amazing. I was searching for a PC store that would help me with getting a part for the final stretch of my first PC build. These guys went ABOVE & BEYOND to find the exact part I needed. Even though I might not be the typical customer coming into their store because I wasn't looking to buy a PC, they didn't treated me any different. Finally I have a computer place close to the house and the fact they are high speed and friendly is the icing on the cake. I was working from home and had an issue with my Second monitor and my laptop and Kyle and Dominic got me taking care of in a matter of minutes! I'm not a gamer. Just an ordinary home computer user. Had some problems with my laptop. Wasn't sure if META PCs was the place to go for help, but I took it to the Gilbert location to see. Lucas met me right away, listened to my problems, and took a look at it right then. We determined to leave it with them to fix. Lucas fixed the problems and my laptop runs like a new machine! I made a Google review a bit back but wanted to make one here too when I saw the location! In terms of knowledge of PC's, I have none-with that comes the fear of negative conversations/experiences. However, they are the sweetest, and most helpful people there! They are more than happy to work with you, they have finance options and can order them online too if you need it. My 7- yr old laptop hinges were loose. Over the phone, Wyatt told me to bring it in to their store. When I arrived, he remembered the issue & immediately took it apart, found a screw had fallen inside & replaced it & tightened all the others.
