Mitch is such a wonderful business owner and tech guy. In 2021, he gave me a suggestion. I returned the old laptop to Costco and bought Asus. After 2+ years. Asus' cooling fan has been acting up. Just today, I called Mitch. He sent me a link to buy the fan. He didn't find an installation video and recommended DIY and asking him questions if necessary. Mitch's service is invaluable. I'm so glad I called Nu-World Tech! I had an issue with my hard drive and initially called to get a quote on replacing it. I spoke with "Mitch" the owner and after I explained the problems I was having he said I probably didn't need a new HD. Within an hour he was at my door and my computer was running beautifully again. We believe in building long lasting relationships with our customers and providing guaranteed reliable service. We have a No-Fix-No-Fee Policy. We will "Not Charge You" if the PC cannot be fixed.

Established in 2009.

Nu-World Tech was established in 2009 in Chicago, Illinois. In July 2012 we expanded to San Tan Valley, Arizona. We provide same day service usually within 2 hours with all computer repairs. We never ever charge for any type of diagnostics fee whereas big name retailers charge usually a minimum on $169. We guarantee the lowest prices on all of the services we provide as well as offer a 1 Year guarantee on all of our services where big name retailers only offer a 15-30 day guarantee. We provide on-site services as well as mobile services to fit the needs of your schedule. We also offer remote services that will cater to your problem specifically.

Although they can diagnose issues, when they found a virus on my daughters they couldn't clean it off because they didn't have a program to do it. On my neighbors computer, she said she only used it for basic tasks but while they couldn't anything wrong with it beyond being slow because it was old, the guy there helping us said they could build her a custom one from scratch for about fifteen hundred bucks which would be great for gaming. She was there with me at the time and said she's in her seventies and doesn't game, so she doesn't need anything more than being able to pay bills online. He said but it's a deal because she can upgrade it as needed. I suggested she just get a basic laptop from Costco for a quarter the cost. Update: The local district manager reached out to me after I wrote my review this morning. He expressed concern over my review and we discussed the particulars of my visit so that he could discuss them with his team to ensure misunderstandings between store employees and customers are addressed appropriately in the future. It was nice that he reached out and didn't just ignore a complaint but actually treated me like a human being and listened to what I had to say, which isn't something you get a lot of anymore.

I found this place through Google search and thank God I did. What a gem of a place!! My laptop crashed a few days ago and I thought I lost all my important files as well as my school assignments because of a Windows update I installed that made it stuck in a boot loop but Mitch was able to retrieve all my data, fix the boot loop error I had; then he optimized my laptop so now it runs faster and more efficient than it did before. I called Mitch regarding my computer which had died after twenty minutes after turning on. Mitch found the problem, deleted all of extraneous software that I inadvertently had added, and had my computer operating much faster than before. Needless to say I was thrilled.
