I bought 18 new water fittings and someone at the shop ruined so many fittings that they had to use all 18 new fittings. I could tell some one use pliers to take the fittings off the old build. This marred the fittings when instead they should have used the supplied wrench with the monsoon fittings. Alex had a very care less attitude about all the fittings getting damaged. Next when I got the system home the computer would not boot. Kept on getting a CPU fan failure message. I called up Steve and Steve did come over *since I did not want Alex showing up*. Unfortunately, I recently had a frustrating experience after being sold a product that turned out to be incorrect for my needs in which their sales human assured was the correct product. When I returned to exchange it, management was not helpful and didn't seem interested in resolving the issue, which left me feeling dismissed. As a result, I lost $40 on a product I relied on staff to recommend. I was also surprised to learn that receipts are no longer accessible after 45 days, which removes a level of convenience I previously appreciated.
