I had the bad experience with this company. I wanted a high end water cooling build. Alex was extremely rude and ruined some parts I purchased. I bought 18 new water fittings and someone at the shop ruined so many fittings that they had to use all 18 new fittings. I could tell some one use pliers to take the fittings off the old build. This marred the fittings when instead they should have used the supplied wrench with the monsoon fittings. Alex had a very care less attitude about all the fittings getting damaged. Next when I got the system home the computer would not boot. Kept on getting a CPU fan failure message. I called up Steve and Steve did come over *since I did not want Alex showing up*. Steve could not resolve the issue. So my nephew an I had to resolve the issue on our own. It was an absolutely horrible experience with this company. The only reason the company gets one star is because you can not give it a zero star rating. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC HERE!!!! Beware! My son found this store online and due to reviews we gave him a try. He spoke to the gentleman who stated that he could do optimization to make it faster. It was a 24 hour turn around. My son picked it up eveything seemed to be fine as we tested it in the store. We secured it in the car in its original packaging and drove it home. When he plugged it up. He got the recovery message. We have done factory reset and all. But get an error saying a file is corrupted. So he did the command prompt and codes to run the scans manually and even with scans complete and factory reset. Still the same error. I immediately told him to call the gentleman. He called and the man said it worked in the store! He would charge him to fix the issue. His 3,000 gaming PC is no longer working. What a RIP OFF! If you decided to go him record every interaction while there. Record walking the pc in your house, record how you secure it, and record when you start it up and turn it on. He Literally accused my son of doing something wrong. I am in finance IT professional by trade and my son is pretty computer savvy. We are looking at small claims court to resolve the issue. PLEASE RECORD IT ALL FOR YOUR PROTECTION. HE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. read more

I wanted to find an amazing deal because I wanted to upgrade to a decent gaming platform for less than most places are willing to build a budget gaming PC. They pointed me to where I could by a great as-is computer for super cheap, and they upgraded it for a great price. The service was amazing, and I ended up with a huge upgrade and a PC that games well because of their recommendations. I'm very skeptical when it comes to computer repair places, but these guys are extremely knowledgeable and service oriented and helped me stretch my dollars much further. If you have more money to spend and want an awesome looking system as well as performing, this is definitely the place is recommend. They have it all decked out with all these fancy custom rigs. If you're into gaming or playing networked games, this is your place. One of the best things about this place is they are friendly too and not intimidating or pretentious at all to talk to. They are very good with people too, not just computers. What an awesome spot! I went to their soft opening on 10/6. The setups are very clean and comfortable and the ambience is very soothing with the black light and electronic music. I haven't come across a gaming/LAN center like this in the valley before so it's awesome to have one now! They offer very reasonably priced hourly rates and snacks.
