I ran every diagnostic and optimization application I could find. I had the Windows Auto Update button clicked on and was getting updates. So the next step was going to be to blow my brains out! Fortunately, Rob came to the rescue. He remotely took over my computer and began working magic. First, although Microsoft said Windows was up to date, it was actually years behind.
