I go in person and ask again how long it'll take, "around one hour". okay perfect, got told TWICE it'll only take one hour, I drop my phone off and go on my way. 2 hours pass, not mad just wondering if everything's okay so I call, "hey is there an estimate on how much longer my phone will take?", "uhh 3-4 hours" you said ONE hour to start with, TWO hours with no call pass so I call and ask and you add FOUR hours onto what's already been an HOUR over what you said? okay sure. 3 and a half hours pass and I call again, "hey no rush but when would my phone be ready" "30 more minutes" Okay cool. 30 minutes pass, no call. an hour passes, no call. So I decide to go in person. I called at 3:20pm and I get there at 5, an hour and 40 minutes after I called after he said 30 minutes, and he pulls out my phone. "How long has it been ready for?" I ask, "uhh like 30 minutes..." he says "did you not call?" I say after not receiving a call for my phone being ready?? "no because you called and I said 30 minutes" he says, "I called an hour and 40 minutes ago?". and he just looks at me. This is the rudest encounter I've had because he didn't even apologize and tried to laugh it off? you just wasted SO MUCH of my time and had the audacity to not even call when my phone was ready? A good company under promises and over delivers, if its gonna take 7 hours to do a service you promise the paying customer that it'll take 8 hours, so that you have room to mess up and room to impress when its done early, you NEVER say it'll take you 1 hour when it'll actually take you 7. It is so unprofessional and rude. I would never ever come back here or recommend it to anybody, oh and not just that right when we were done he went outside and started vaping, so that easy service that should've took an hour took 7 because instead of working on my phone and doing what he should be doing there he's sitting on his lazy bum and vaping. I am so disapointed by this experience and I hope something is done about this rude time waster.
