The technician didn't charge for checking my old motor, or for swapping over my pulley. When I got back to my shop and installed it the new motor initially didn't work, and when I called he told me the procedure to check the rest of my circuit. Had it up and running a couple minutes later. (I learned something about 3 phase AC today).
