Even worse, I wasn't given a phone call, text, or email letting me know there would be a delay. When your refrigerator is broken, time matters. Food spoils and it sucks to not have ice. The absolute minimum I expect from a service company is basic communication and respect for my time. This company failed at both. If you can't make an appointment, let your customers know. Leaving people waiting with no explanation is unprofessional and unacceptable.Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company. There are plenty of businesses that understand showing up or at least communicating when they can't. Don't waste your money on this trash dump unless you like trash service.
