I sent them model numbers everything I get off my microwave they called it a ghost appointment so nobody came out to take a look at the microwave to find out what parts needed to be ordered so they can repair it in the scheduled visit date. and they came out on on last Friday window of one to stfive 5 o'clock. Office is texted that he was going to be late at anywhere up to 8 PM at night which I feel is absolutely unacceptable but he showed up in the 5 o'clock hour came in and worked on my microwave. I had to supply Miguel (owner)with a step ladder .He came to me and told me that they needed to get a transformer he did not have the parts needed to make my repairand he took my entire microwave out of my home assured me (I have text messages stating again confirming that he would be out today Saturday again between one and five) to install my fixed microwave. He stated that he would be able to work on my microwave after hours and assured me it would be done I have been contacting this company since noon.
