contacted AHS back in late February. Today is March 21. they dispatched M&M electronics. I waited 2+ weeks for them to come out. I sent them model numbers everything I get off my microwave they called it a ghost appointment so nobody came out to take a look at the microwave to find out what parts needed to be ordered so they can repair it in the scheduled visit date. and they came out on on last Friday window of one to stfive 5 o'clock. Office is texted that he was going to be late at anywhere up to 8 PM at night which I feel is absolutely unacceptable but he showed up in the 5 o'clock hour came in and worked on my microwave. I had to supply Miguel (owner)with a step ladder .He came to me and told me that they needed to get a transformer he did not have the parts needed to make my repairand he took my entire microwave out of my home assured me (I have text messages stating again confirming that he would be out today Saturday again between one and five) to install my fixed microwave. He stated that he would be able to work on my microwave after hours and assured me it would be done I have been contacting this company since noon. I have contacted the warranty company have emailed left messages and text messages and nobody has responded to me and of course Miguel did not show up with my microwave as promised and scheduled. I have now taken two days off of work to accommodate their schedule. I will be ordering a $500 microwave this evening from Home be having that at this point they have possession of my expensive microwave . read more

I had a WONDERFUL experience w/ M&M Electronics. Had the notorious LG refrigerator compressor failure. Called M&M and they had Mr. Miguel out the next day. He performed a diagnosis and confirmed the compressor failure. He then took the LG authorization number (part was under warranty) to order the replacement part from LG and immediately put pressure on them to supply the part ASAP. Had the part w/ in 3-5 days and was back out the following week to perform the repair. I now have a fully functioning refrigerator again. I would highly recommend Miguel for any appliance or electronics repair. In fact, I was able to get M&M added to my condo building's list of preferred vendors. read more

I needed an installer for our new double wall oven and reached out via Yelp to 5 different electricians. Miguel was timely in his response and very courteous as well. We had to go through our insurance company and needed the electrician to call the insurance company and get the authorization, etc. All the other electricians were not willing to call or help out much. Miguel was very eager and he was quick to get back to us with an authorization, which is no easy feat since we know how hard this insurance company is to deal with! So we were very appreciative of that alone. Miguel and another guy came much later than their promised time though, because their scheduler messed up the address and he was 40 minutes away from my house! However, when they did show up, they were very respectful in the fact that they obliged happily to my request for them to put on shoe mitts (we don't wear shoes in our house. Gross!) and also they put on themselves, without being asked, new pairs of disposable gloves! During a pandemic, these little things matter! And of course they were properly masked in medical masks as well. Installation took a while, but it was done very well and they took care to make sure everything is in working order. I would highly recommend M&M Electronics! Just double/triple check all the details of your location and contact info with the receptionist when you schedule. We have used M&M Electronics multiple times for our refrigerator/ice maker repairs. Miguel does quality work and has a quick response time for setting appointments and completing the work. I haven't actually done any price comparisons, but the work he does is fair and equitable for the prices he charges. He does have a service fee, but if work is completed, the amount is deducted off the total bill. We will continue to use M&M Electronics for future service and repairs. read more

Administrative office is very unprofessional. I have contacted this office several times regarding my ongoing issue with my refrigerator after the technician left. I have no issues with the technician. He was courteous and did his job to his best ability. However my issue remains. I've called repeatedly, left messages and spoke With the staff and all they do is say they will follow up and never did even after showing pics and videos of my issues. It wasn't until I got my warranty involved and had to escalate this issue that someone decided to take a call! What kind of staff do you have working there? What happened to providing customer service, follow through and communication. I was too upset to remember her name but she was caught in her own lie. Whatever happened to taking ownership and admitting you may have dropped the ball and at least attempt to rectify the situation instead of making excuses? Please train your administrative staff. They lack the basic skills needed to handle service issues and need to learn the power of empathy, taking ownership and follow up. read more

Beware I paid my Home warranty for a service ticket and they hired this company to complete my repairs. #1 They replaced the fuse in my oven with a fuse that was not correct so it burned out again. #2 They never finished the repair on a burner that was not working properly (they replaced the burner but it was still having the same issue -they said they needed to order a switch-never did closed my ticket so they could be paid after texting me that they would be in touch to schedule another appointment and that my repair was not complete) #3 When I called about the fuse going out again they told me my ticket was was closed and there was nothing that they could do. I called my home warranty and told them the job was never completed and that I am being told the ticket is closed. The warranty place told me that the day I was texted telling me that this company would be in touch to finish the repair on my range they closed my ticket... This process had the repair technician at my house either 3 or 4 times in over a 2 month time frame. read more

The serviceman checks the dryer, he diagnostic my dryer, was told need to order a part, and need the approve from EFG Home Services, been already 3 weeks. Hasn't called me back, so I called them, and M&M electronics said they waiting to hear from EFG Home Services, so I called EFG Home Services, and they said already authorized them to buy the part. PHOENIX, AZ. The only good thing that I can say about this company is that the serviceman, Miguel, was pleasant and on time. I called this company on the advice of LG, the manufacturer, concerning my two year old clothes dryer. It appeared to me that the sensor was not functioning properly. I told this to Carina, the receptionist, who took down all the information. The complaint on the work order was correct about the sensor not working . The workman looked at the dryer and said it was possible that cleaning the vents might solve the problem. I asked that he go ahead and clean out the vent as he said that was easier and if that didn't work, he would replace the part for the sensor. However, he said he would have to return as he did not have either the sensor replacement part or the part to clean the vent on his truck. I asked why not, as my complaint was clear as to the problem. No answer was given. He returned and cleaned the vent (which proved not to be dirty and therefore not the cause of the problem) , but did not have a replacement part for the sensor. He seemed to be unsure which part was necessary to replace the sensor. When I questioned what he meant, he advised meet call LG. After many hours on the phone (No exaggeration), I reached LG and the woman in Tech support explained the confusion. Carina tried her hardest to be accommodating, She set up another appointment for the following Monday. (although I did ask if there was someone more experienced ). Later that day, I got a phone message and text from Carina, cancelling the appointment and suggesting that I have LG fix my dryer. (at an additional expense). I had a problem with my LG refrigerator not cooling, LG customer support recommended M&M Electronics as an authorized LG service co. I called M&M Electronics and talked to Miguel, he just happened to have what he diagnosed as a compressor problem on my LG, so he scheduled me for a next day service call. He and his technical trainee arrived on time the next day with the new compressor. He first diagnosed the LG problem and confirmed it was, in fact, a compressor problem and quoted me a very reasonable cost for the new compressor and installation fee. I agreed to the cost and within an hr. he had the new compressor installed and working and after 24hrs. my LG refrigerator and freezer are cooling like a new refrigerator. Miguel and trainee were very professional and did a good clean job on the compressor removal and install. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!! I have NEVER in my life had such HORRIBLE customer service from any service provider. I consider myself to be a very honest and positive reviewer. M and M electronics was recommended by homeguard home warranty to fix our high quality jenn air oven/microwave. They originally showed up and arrived 3 hours after the 4 hour time window. 2 men arrived that spoke zero English, and left after 3 minutes saying they needed to order a control panel. 2 weeks go by and I reached out wondering if they had received parts. I had to call Alicia 6 times to get ahold of the office. She said a technician would come out and they had the parts in stock. Again I waited 3.5 hours after the 4 hour arrival window on a Saturday. The 3 servicemen once again spoke zero English, took apart the entire oven/microwave unit and said they needed parts. Parts that we waited 2 weeks for already. I was told they had them in stock by Alicia in the office and was promised a technician would be by Monday morning from 8-12. At 4pm my wife reached out 4 times and finally got ahold of Alicia stating the technician they use didn't come into work today. She also stated they couldn't get the parts for the oven for 30 days but the microwave would be fixed the next morning Tuesday 8-12 with another PROMISE they would show up this time. Well it's 4:48pm. I called 7 times and my wife called 9 over the last 5 hours. Finally Alicia called back and said she was sorry the tech didn't show again and they would be out the following Tuesday for the microwave. Once again nobody called to tell us nobody was going to show up. This is the biggest nightmare I have ever dealt with. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Trust me!!!!! read more

I don't even know where to begin. TV wasn't working and I contacted Miguel. He told me that he thought that a board needed to be replaced. I brought the 60" TV to his home. After a day, he gave me an estimate to fix and we decided to move forward. He repaired the TV and I picked up the TV. After a few days, the TV stopped working again. I asked if Miguel would come to my house so that I didn't have to carry the TV. He refused. I brought the TV back. He stated that the TV worked fine and there was no problem. We brought TV home and after a few days it stopped working again. At this point I demanded that he come to see the TV. He refused and after some further prodding he said that he would pick it up. He gave us a 2 hour window and then was a no call no show. We had to contact him. After many excuses, he said that he would come the next day within a 2 hour window. Again, he was a no call no show. A couple of months ago my TV went out without notice. I watch a lot of TV and didn't have it in the budget to buy a new TV, as many people suggested I do. I dropped my TV off with M&M and in about two weeks I had a working TV back for the fraction of a a brand new one would have cost. I am glad I took the chance and got the TV repaired instead of buying a new one for at least twice the repair cost. **UPDATE** It's been 5 months since M&M replaced my main control board, but now my TV is dead again. Based on my research it is again the main control board. It's passed their 30 day warranty so I have not reach out to them again. I cannot afford another $300 repair that might buy me a few more months. I can't place blame on M&M, but I can't give them the 5 star rating I gave before. Now I will have to save up and buy a new TV when I can afford it. read more

Bottom line - Miguel, owner of M&M, was fantastic in getting our LG fridge back up and running. When our fridge died we suspected it was the compressor so we reached out to LG corporate and M&M was on their list of LG-certified repair companies. Miguel walked us through our options and luckily, we were just within the LG warranty period and got our compressor and circuit board replaced. Miguel was absolutely upfront with the specifics: that we would need to open a warranty case with LG, that he would need to wait on LG parts, and that he had about 20 other customers in line ahead of us. He let us know he had a 2-step process, diagnostic and then repair. M&M communicated promptly via text. We were realistic with timeframes, given the warranty process, and were not disappointed. On the day of our repair Miguel finished at our house at 6 pm and he still had another customer on his schedule, so his company is both busy and dedicated to customer service. read more

If you have time and money to waste call him!!! The reason I contacted this company was because my tenant called me on 06/28 to inform me the refrigerator was not working. I requested a quote via Yelp. I got an email response in a timely manner at the beginning from Miguel P (owner). He set up the appointment for Saturday 06/30 between 9am-10am. I asked on several occasions for him to call me because my calls went unanswered (giving him the benefit of the doubt thinking he may be busy with other customers). On Saturday 6/30 @ 10am, I emailed him to call me. 4 hours later past the 9am appointment schedule, I received an email from him. At 1pm I received an email from him stating, "Hi there, I will later today, I apologize for the inconvenience, today is my sons birthday, and we are not working , I'll call later, thank you", 2 HOURS LATER. HE NEVER SHOWED UP!!! Tenants waited all day for him to NO SHOW. He wasted the tenants time and caused more loss to them because more of their grocery has gone to waste. Tenants have been without a refrigerator for 4 days as of today. I cancelled the service at 3pm. I forgot the repairman's name but he did a great job. I called around: Bob's TV Repair, Sear's, and M&M. I was looking into either replacing the power supply or replacing the mainframe in our tv. He diagnosed it and found a way to solder new connections and fixed the existing mainframe for a quick and cheaper route which I appreciate. Now our tv is as good as new. I was bracing myself for a $300 replacement fix but repairing fix was $175. $45 to come diagnose the issue that would go towards the payment. He was in and out in about an hour. I recently dropped off my 86" LG smart TV for a simple remote not working, I had to use the universal and power it on and off by the physical button on the front. They had my TV for over a month and returned it and said that they could not get the picture to work. The communication from the technician (I use the term quite loosely) was non-existent. I brought in a TV that had just a remote not working and I was returned basically a 86" brick. And they refused to return the money I paid for the repair. So basically i paid for them to brick my very expensive television set. The repair person was such a coward that they refused to speak to me directly and used the front desk staff as his mouth piece. The saving grace was that the staff at the office was so courteous. All in all, I can honestly say that this has been the worst service that I have ever had of any kind and I would advise you to steer clear of the non technical technicians at M&M. If the building was on fire and I had to spit on it to put out the fire., I would swallow instead. Label me pissed and upset, I will own that in this case read more
