I loved the experience everything went so smoothly, I would strongly recommend this place to all my friends and family

5-Star Review for Technician Daniel Segura I recently had my iPhone repaired, and I have to give major credit to Daniel Segura for delivering one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. From start to finish, Daniel went above and beyond to make sure my phone wasn't just fixed--but fixed properly, thoroughly, and with genuine care. Right from the moment I checked in, Daniel showed a level of professionalism and confidence that immediately put me at ease. He didn't rush through the process or brush off my concerns like some repair places do. Instead, he took the time to listen to every issue I was having with the phone, asked smart follow-up questions, and did a full, honest assessment before touching any tools. I could tell right away that he really knew what he was doing. Throughout the repair, Daniel explained what was going on in clear, simple terms--no tech jargon, no guessing. He made sure I understood exactly what needed to be fixed and why. When he opened up the phone, he took extra steps most techs never bother with: checking for hidden damage, cleaning internal components, and making sure everything was aligned and sealed the way it should be. It wasn't just a repair; it was genuine craftsmanship. What impressed me even more is that Daniel refused to cut corners. He tested the device multiple times, confirmed that every part was functioning perfectly, and didn't hand it back until he was 100% confident it was working like new. That level of attention to detail speaks volumes. After the repair was done, Daniel helped me choose the absolute perfect accessories to complement my newly fixed iPhone. He didn't try to oversell me on unnecessary stuff--I could tell he recommended items that actually protected and enhanced my phone. Thanks to him, I walked out with a great case, a screen protector, and other accessories that I'm genuinely happy with. It's rare these days to find a technician who combines skill, honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service the way Daniel does. He turned what could have been a stressful repair into a smooth, easy, and even enjoyable experience. I left feeling confident, taken care of, and honestly grateful. If you need your device repaired and want it done right, ask for Daniel Segura. He's the reason I'll be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. read more

Communicaton was terrible. Waited over two weeks for glass screen to come in. No one ever answered the phone when I tried to get a status. When the part finally did come in and I dropped off the phone for repair, I was told it would be same day. Turns out it had to be sent to a different location to be repaired. When it was finished and ready to be sent back to my location for pick up, that store emloyee had left early and was not there to receive it. I was told they would courrier it to my house, but that never happened. I had to call back repeatedly the next day and finally drove out of my way 20 minutes to pick up at the other location. The manager there didn't seem to care about the lack of communication or the inconvenience this caused me. Do Not use Cellaris! read more

We went to get a phone fixed but they didn't have the part so we ended up buying a phone from them for 180$ come to find out they sold me a broken phone so we went back everyday for the past month and they said i had to wait for a manager, I then got ahold of the manager and he said I couldn't refund it but they could buy it back close to the price they sold it to me. I just got done and they offered me 40$ for the broken phone THEY SOLD ME for 180$ the manager Daniel wasn't any help and now I wasted money so I wouldn't recommend getting anything done her.. either they have no parts or they will sell you a broken phone and not even refund you. I would give them a 0 star but that doesn't seem to be an option. read more

A regular visitor from CA. Last time I was in Walmart were Cellaris is, I saw then there shop up front of the checkout. Visiting again and having a bad time with the charging port on my phone. Thinking what's the worst that can happen...your phones not fixable! Went in at 10:00 and he was just getting around to opening up, in the few minutes that I waited I wondered the shop. It was well stocked with phone stuff as you could imagine. He called me over to check out the problem that I was having. He asked a couple of basic questions all the time working, looking and poking at the phone. Telling me all about what happened and how to keep my phone running a couple of more years. Plugged it in and "BAM" it charging! Hands back my phone and said to "try it "...sweet. No change! ...sweeter still. If you need anything to do with your phones. I'd go here first. Last words...smart and thank you. read more

I brought my phone in to get fixed. The guy took 2 minutes and fixed it for me, then showed me how to fix it in the future.
