Communicaton was terrible. Waited over two weeks for glass screen to come in. No one ever answered the phone when I tried to get a status. When the part finally did come in and I dropped off the phone for repair, I was told it would be same day. Turns out it had to be sent to a different location to be repaired. When it was finished and ready to be sent back to my location for pick up, that store emloyee had left early and was not there to receive it. I was told they would courrier it to my house, but that never happened. I had to call back repeatedly the next day and finally drove out of my way 20 minutes to pick up at the other location. The manager there didn't seem to care about the lack of communication or the inconvenience this caused me. Do Not use Cellaris! read more

Nice clean place, Top notch customer service, I was greeted by Nice Technician Over-the-counter, They have the Best prices in town on cell Phone repair, so I decided to drop off my phone to get a New battery replacement , They were fast and efficient, they went above and beyond to make my phone New again , they cleaned my charging port, put on a new privacy screen protector and replaced my defective battery and it was amazing! You guys Rock, I highly recommend this place over any phone repair shops, They will take care of you like they took care of me and saved me lots of money from upgrading to a new phone ! read more

We went to get a phone fixed but they didn't have the part so we ended up buying a phone from them for 180$ come to find out they sold me a broken phone so we went back everyday for the past month and they said i had to wait for a manager, I then got ahold of the manager and he said I couldn't refund it but they could buy it back close to the price they sold it to me. I just got done and they offered me 40$ for the broken phone THEY SOLD ME for 180$ the manager Daniel wasn't any help and now I wasted money so I wouldn't recommend getting anything done her.. either they have no parts or they will sell you a broken phone and not even refund you. I would give them a 0 star but that doesn't seem to be an option. read more

A regular visitor from CA. Last time I was in Walmart were Cellaris is, I saw then there shop up front of the checkout. Visiting again and having a bad time with the charging port on my phone. Thinking what's the worst that can happen...your phones not fixable! Went in at 10:00 and he was just getting around to opening up, in the few minutes that I waited I wondered the shop. It was well stocked with phone stuff as you could imagine. He called me over to check out the problem that I was having. He asked a couple of basic questions all the time working, looking and poking at the phone. Telling me all about what happened and how to keep my phone running a couple of more years. Plugged it in and "BAM" it charging! Hands back my phone and said to "try it "...sweet. No change! ...sweeter still. If you need anything to do with your phones. I'd go here first.
