We've had Mark out twice now. Once for fridge and once for washer. Both times he was thorough, fast, timely and a great communicator with fair pricing. We would recommend without hesitation. read more

Called this guy told him my washing machine was having issues he asked me my machine model number on the phone. He showed up at the house didn't even do anything just said the control board was bad and it would be over $500 to fix. Said he sees these all the time doesn't even need to diagnose and has no way to do so. If that is true why the hell do you waste both of our times by coming out? Clearly to charge his $100 service fee. This dude is a scammer avoid at all costs if you value your time. read more

We have used this repair company multiple times now (LG Washer and Kitchen-aide Dishwasher). He has always been very upfront and knowledgeable about our units. Pricing seems appropriate, quality work, and quick. read more

I gave Rhino a call on a Saturday morning because my 2016 Kenmore Elite refrigerator was no longer cooling in either compartment. The owner Mark answered, and based on my description of the problem and the model # of my fridge, he was able to immediately conclude that the compressor died. He informed me the linear compressors used in LG manufactured refrigerators from that time period are infamous for short lifespans, and there was even a successful class action lawsuit filed over those very compressors. Instead of offering to replace the compressor himself, he recommended contacting Sears since the compressor would still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Sure enough, it did turn out to be a dead linear compressor. Going through Sears' Repair Dept. ended up cutting the overall repair costs in half, since I was not liable for the cost of the parts. I much appreciate Mark's quick over-the-phone diagnosis and his advice on how to proceed, particularly since there was nothing in it for him. As far as I'm concerned, Mark's honesty and integrity are second to none. read more

I called this company after reading all the good reviews on Yelp. Mark seemed very nice and concerned on the phone, even offering to squeeze me in should I need for him come sooner than my 11/13/21 appointment, between 9am - 10am. Saturday came and Mark was a no show, no call. Not sure how you run a business like this and now I have to find someone else to fix my washer. Oh well, maybe a blessing in disguise. read more

I can't recommend this guy highly enough. Had him come to take a look at a non-functioning washing machine that we were afraid we'd have to replace and he had it up and running in no time . Since he was here I asked him to look at the dishwasher that had a similar problem. he found a mistake made by a previous repairman and fixed it. But the icing on the cake was when he fixed the ice maker problem. wonderful! Saved us thousands in replacement costs! If you need any appliance repaired, call Rhino first! read more

Mark was able to come out the same day when my refrigerator stopped cooling. Service fee is $85.00 (guessing based on distance having to travel to house)to diagnose it. After he diagnosed it as a bad evaporator fan he was also able to fix it the same day!! My Samsung fridge is back to normal and also he also has a warranty. Highly recommend very nice and professional. read more

I called Rhino Appliance Repair on a Wednesday, they told me someone could be there Thursday afternoon to look at my freezer. They asked all kinds of questions about my freezer and seemed super helpful. On Thursday I left work early because they gave me a time frame of 330-5. At 515 I called and left a message asking if anyone was going to come. I never received a phone call back. Not a reliable company. read more

My 4 year old refrigerator went out on a sunday, forcing us to shuffle around and load up our coolers. I called around and got a lot of voicemails. Some were even full and not accepting messages. Not sure how someone can operate that way but, ok. I finally got in touch with Mark, told him my situation, and he squeezed me in same day. He diagnosed, ran to get parts, and performed the repair. Thank you sir. I'm glad i didn't have to go buy a new fridge! read more

Mark, thanks for the timely and quality service to fix my washing machine! Total cost was on par with other appliance repair companies. Appreciate it! read more

I never used this company, but one of my neighbors has, and when the technician was leaving the neighborhood, they were driving recklessly and honking at another car who was waiting for me to cross the street with my baby. There was also about four or five other little kids getting off the bus nearby. When I called the company, the same person who was driving answered the phone, called me a liar, and hung up on me. read more

I had an appointment scheduled today between 1pm-3pm. NO CALL NO SHOW! What a waste of time! I took out food from the freezer to the garage fridge for no reason! I work night shift and I woke up early for NOTHING! It is past 4pm now read more

Just cannot say enough. He is amazing. Very honest, down to earth, explained everything, and even recommended I get a surge protector for the washer he replaced the board in. Something I would have never thought of - it's a washer! But after he educated me in regard to the technology this washer has I understand now. read more

I called Mark with Rhino Appliance Repair after reading all the great reviews here. We have a 26 year old Maytag that wasn't cooling properly and spoiling food. When he came out, he didn't seem very certain of what could be causing the problem, and did not take the time do perform a thorough diagnostic workup on the fridge which led to a mis-diagnosis. He believed it was a bad thermostat and replaced it, which didn't make any difference to our fridge problem. He refunded the repair cost, but not the diagnostic charge of $75, which he should have refunded also since he misdiagnosed the problem from the beginning. The delay with the thermostat replacement cost us another week without a proper functioning fridge. Rhino Appliance Repair would have gotten a 1 star had he not refunded any of our money. read more

Mark and his son came to our home first thing the next day after we called to address an icemaker/water issue with our older Kenmore fridge. They found that the inlet valve to the fridge was not working, and there was no problem with the fridge filter. They diagnosed this issue quickly and repairs were done that same day at a reasonable price - I will definitely be a return customer. read more

Left a voicemail and never got a response to message - Guess they are not customer friendly

Mark came and fixed our dryer on a Saturday. Very professional and did a great job. Thanks Mark

My front load washer was not spinning to drain out the water from the clothes properly. I called Rhino Appliance and Mark was able to come out same day to look at my washer. He was able to look at my washer, explained to me the problem, made sure the problem was fixed by testing my washer multiple times by running the washer with clothes in it and was able to fix the problem. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future if needed. read more

Not only was mark easy to work with, Fair on price but he also took the time to explain the problem we were having with our refrigerator. He has the heart of a teacher. He also gave advice on control maintenance we can perform. He found a creative solution to hold us over while a part came in next day so our food wouldn't spoil and came back first thing to finish the repair with the part we needed in hand. If I need this type of service in the future I will be calling rhino hands down. read more

I do not recommend using this company. Mark did not show up for the first set appointment. When he finally did come 4 days later he said it would be $245 for an idler pulley repair and up from there even though he did not pull the back of the dryer off to confirm the issue. I could pay $245 to start work or a mandatory $75 call fee for coming out if I declined. The situation did not feel right to me. I called for 2 other quotes and they were $120 and $150 to replace the idler pulley including the service call, parts, and labor. I called Mark to ask for my $75 or a portion back given he missed our first appointment and his fees were double the quotes I received from other vendors. He offered to take $20 off only if I had him make the repair for a total $225 which was still well over the highest bid I had received. read more

Several months ago I had a problem with a free-standing ice maker and called Mark. Instead of just coming out, he talked me through cleaning the coils and doing a couple of other small items, at the end of which time the machine was working fine. He talked himself out of a job! So I will definitely call him if any other appliance needs work. read more

Mark was cool when I had to reschedule my appointment, he calls ahead to update when he's on his way, diagnosed the issue with my washer very quickly and showed me the broken part. Pricing was fair, and he replaced the broken part with a better quality part so it won't break again hopefully. Great service! Will definitely use again if needed. read more

Old school professional. Had a problem with an LG fridge that was only 1 1/2 years old. Mark was courteous, informative, on-time and yea, professional! Easy to contact and schedule an appt - even able to make the visit for Saturday rather than waiting over the weekend. He stepped through the troubleshooting process and explained what he was doing. He was meticulous about not making a mess or leaving one. Blew off the coils while he was in the back of the unit and gave me hints on how to keep the fridge running well. Have found an honest and reputable appliance repair company/professional. Highly recommend him for any appliance repair! read more

Customer service can't be beat! Mark and Tim arrived on time (a few minutes early!), which I totally appreciate. I had a problem with my washer not starting, and they were the only guys who worked weekends from around my area! They were able to fix the lid switch on my washer and the fees were reasonable. I highly recommend Rhino for your home appliances repair needs! read more

Mark was awesome! I called late yesterday and he was able to come the next day by noon. He told me about the fee to inspect the fridge and if we decided to repair it it would go towards that. The fridge was fixed and he did an excellent job. He quoted my husband on some other repairs which we will totally call him to have done. Would recommend him! read more

Mark did a fantastic job! our refrigerator is down on a Saturday morning and we called him 10am. He arrived in the afternoon, did a quick diagnosis, and found out the circuit board is bad. That's not a very common board but he is able to make contact with several suppliers on Monday and get the board shipped overnight. So, around noon time Tuesday, he came again and get the job done!!! will sure to contact him again for any other appliance repair. read more

Called late in the afternoon and Mark set up the appointment for the following day. He gave me a quote for the max amount it would be after he asked what was wrong with my dryer. He showed up on time. And after he checked the dryer out he charged me less than the max amount quoted by phone. Final price was fair. Would recommend him. read more

I scheduled a dishwasher repair with Mark at Rhino repair for the next day. That was a surprise as a couple other vendors I contacted didn't have availability. Mark arrived on time and even called me before he was on his way. Mark was friendly and very easy going. I could tell he was experienced and was reassured with his laidback style that he was someone I could trust. He examined my dishwasher and knew pretty quickly the problem. He quoted me a fair price before he began the work. He quickly left to get a part, installed it and tested the machine. He thought while the fix was complete on the initial problem, there might also be a drain problem. It wasn't urgent as the dishwasher was draining, but slowly. Without hesitation, he took apart a different part of the dishwasher and helped me clean the parts. He also checked the pump. After cleaning, the system drained a lot better. He did all of this without an extra charge. He took his time on my dishwasher, he was courteous, kept everything clean and really knew what he was doing. I hope rhino is in business a long time as I'll be sure to use them next time. You should give Rhino a shot for your next repair and trust the pricing is fair; my experience was excellent! read more

A $27 part for washing machine, was charged twice that amount,, 30 min later the washer was working again, over $200 labor for 30 min,,, that is the rate of $400 an Hour,, I thought a bit pricey for the time spent here, bit I guess the machine is working again !! read more
