I was already 5 loads behind in my laundry after the weekend so this was super helpful. He fixed screw and hopes that would be it but after I tried my first load I reached back out stating it still was popping off. He said I needed a new agitator. Instead of $470 like LG quoted he charged $208 including tax and did not charge another fee for the second visit either. Machine is working great now! Also, suggested cleaning the back of the dryer for any excess lint that might need cleaning. I agreed because I was hoping it would solve the issue. unfortunately, it didn't make a difference.
