Niles was our washer tech. Despite all the obstacles thrown at us by whirlpool warranty, he was amazing. Professional, friendly and dependable. Will always request him for future repairs. read more

When you talk about price gouging, they live up to their word. The technician arrived literally to remove and swap out an icemaker 15 minutes and they charge $563.00 With a credit card fee $16.43 for processing. Price gouging at its best stay away! read more

BEWARE! Not a licensed contractor. Guinco came out and "repaired" my fridge from my home warranty. Issue re-appeared after a couple weeks. Refused to come out and resolve the same problem. No honesty or integrity here. read more

For some context, my stove required warranty service, and the warranty department coordinated with Guinco for the repair. Unfortunately, my initial interaction with Guinco wasn't great. The representative I spoke with over the phone was dismissive and rude. I tried to explain the issue with my stovetop, but it felt like she brushed off my explanation and jumped to her own conclusion. That part of the process was definitely frustrating. That said, the actual service visit, the more important part of the experience, went very smoothly. The technician arrived on time, was polite, and got the job done quickly. He was professional, helpful, and far more courteous than the office assistant. As it turned out, the issue was exactly what I had originally described. If it weren't for the smooth service I would have probably rated 2-3 stars. read more

They are a under qualified appliance company that pushes there mess up on to the next person. Tech ruined my fridge day after turkey day and says someone will call you have a nice day. read more

Ali came to our house promptly and took his time to figure out our problem. He was very personable and fixed the issue. He came back a week later to check on us and make sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend him and if I ever need anything again I will ask for him personally. read more

Do not Use !! Poor service. They didnt complete the work. Charged double. Poor costomer service.

Technician came out to my home in February to address 4 issues with my refrigerator. He resolved one issue and one of the parts was not covered under warranty. He ordered a water filter housing door and crisper lid support bracket that are covered under warranty. I called this morning to find out, when the technician was supposed to come out and install the parts. The supervisor informed me no parts were ordered and the ticket was closed out. And to get these issues addressed I would have to reopen the ticket. Why couldn't this been done at Guinco's level? I wouldn't deal with this company if I had a choice, but I'm forced to because of my Whirlpool warranty... read more

Keeping their appointments. Dec 1st texted appointment set for Dec 15. Dec 14th advised appointment has been canceled as overbooked. 1st appointment available Jan 2nd. My washing machine stopped working!!! I asked them to honor original date. No response. They have $100 retainer!!!! read more

Technician was very nice. However, the part and labor that was going to be charged was outrageous. We needed a new water filter housing and was told for part and service would be about $475. I was able to purchase the part myself for $80 and install in 15 mins. The technician was nice enough to let me know there are plenty of YouTube videos online and can be done myself. He saved me a lot of money! read more

Oscar from Guinco in Phoenix was professional, on time, and able to replace the faulty part in our daughter's Whirlpool washing machine in just minutes. He made sure the washer was working properly. We were especially impressed that he came prepared with the part needed. read more

The moment the service person got in the house his comment was "the duck is clog" without even looking at the unit. He refused to prove it to us that the dryer works after we told him that the heating element is dead. Then he provided us with a phone number of his supervisor that doesn't exist. Total clueless and liar. read more

I had a great experience with this company. When my washing machine stopped working, I called Maytag to see if it would be worth it to have my machine fixed or to buy a new one. The gentleman I spoke with was able to answer all my questions and walked me through a few options which were very reasonable. I booked an appointment through Guinco. My technician, John J was great to work with. I was notified when he would be there, he was on time, knowledgeable and was able to get my machine working in about 20 minutes. I will definately use Guinco Appliance repair for future needs. read more

Following up to the December 3 review left by Ashlee M. After speaking with Larry (Technical Supervisor) he agreed to wave the trip charge. One week later, a bill showed up for the trip. When I called back and spoke with Larry, he barely recalled our discussion and after pulling up the notes in the system, said that it was an issue on the billing side but that he was not really comfortable waving the trip charge. He enquired about coming out again to attempt to diagnose the problem and at this point I let him know that we already purchased a new refrigerator, so I simply agreed to pay the fee to be done with it. I would further discourage you from using this company. read more

Service technician came to our home without the information that we shared when scheduling the repair. He came out unprepared, was unable to diagnose or repair our freezer yet wanted to charge us the $145 trip charge anyway. My husband spoke to a manager with the company who said he would waive the charge yet we were still billed. I would highly discourage you from using this company or be prepared to pay for service that you won't receive. read more

Warranty service. Oscar evaluated the problem with my brand new dishwasher and determined there was a defective part. One was ordered and replaced within 2 weeks. The time promised. Excellent, professional, courteous service. AAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++ business. read more

First of all, they accommodated my request of an afternoon appointment due to my work schedule. Dalton, the service tech, assessed the damage and got on the phone with the company to get a replacement at no cost approved. To my surprise he had a new JennAir induction cooktop on his truck and installed it the same day. Excellent customer service!!! read more

Nine weeks without a working dryer. Three failed visits. A month for the first appointment, then 15 days, then 10 days, now another 10-day wait. Every call means 20-30 minutes on hold listening to ads about their "empathy" and "genuine customer service." The reality? Zero competence, zero accountability. read more

Have a Jenn-Air fridge and the interior lights went out. Contacted Guinco and had a perfect service experience. They called the day before to confirm and provide a 3-hour appointment window. Today, I received a call 15 minutes before arrival, and the technician, Chris, showed up right on time. With zero drama or complications, he repaired the fridge and cleaned everything up. Made it look easy. The next time I need a repair, I will definitely go to Guinco. Thanks for the great service, Chris. read more

Rude, inconsiderate, and 'we'll just have to deal with it.' Even the call to the office where we didn't get to speak to a supervisor or manager unless a full description is told first. Never forwarded & no call back. read more

What a great experience with Guinco! A KitchenAid Fridge warranty issue, and they referred us to Guinco. A call to them, for an appointment and it was set for two days away, Got a call from them a bit later and asked if they could move it to the next day, Perfect! The tech Efrain called in the morning to speak about the issue, so he could be sure to bring the correct part, he showed up about an hour later, with covers on his shoes, and a heavy drop cloth to protect our floors from tools, he listened to problem and got right to work. Thirty minutes later, he was done. Efrain is a very friendly and personable employee and Guinco should be proud to have him represent them. Guinco will be my go to appliance repair company. Only regret is they don't service LG appliances as I need service on a dishwasher. Mark read more

The freezer light went out on our 15 month Whirlpool French Door Fridge so I called customer service to see if it was still under warranty. I was told that our issue was in fact covered through the 5 year Manufacturer warranty and that the repair would be free of charge. I was told wrong. When Leo Padilla arrived for the job, he confirmed that the freezer light was the issue and that typically there would be a $130 service fee + parts and labor. Instead of just saying "sorry, you're out of luck" he went out of his way to call WP customer service to ask if they would be willing to extend the 1 year warranty for a "great customer". The rep didn't hesitate one bit and gave him an approval code for the work needed. He replaced the light, showed us how to do it ourselves in the future and left all the paperwork we would need to order the parts. Leo was helpful, clean, professional, on time and saved us a few hundred bucks when he didn't have to. He is a great asset to this company. read more

I just want to say Guinco Service Appliance Repair's initial service was great & professional. Delphi came out and provided diagnosis of Whirlpool dishwasher and what the issue was. We had purchased a brand new range and immediately had two manufacture issues with it. We had some issues with ordering the parts and frustrating. BUT the technician who was sent to us for each visit was wonderful! His name was Jonner. He was so informative, patient and extremely polite. He talked to us about other new appliances we had just purchased and how to best maintain them. No body wants to purchase brand new appliances and have them be faulty. Very upsetting, but Guinco and Jonner made it a bit more tolerable with their good service. read more

Had issues with my brand new Whirlpool dishwasher not drying properly. Contacted Whirlpool and they sent Guinco service tech Xavier out to diagnose and repair. Xavier explained the issue, ordered the replacement part, and gave me the option of what repair date was suitable for my schedule. Following Wednesday (4/24/24) he contacted me for an OK on early arrival. Xavier made the repair and we briefly visited about things other than the issue at hand. Xavier is a true professional: courteous, respectful, and just an all around great guy! Guinco, please take good care of Xavier - HE REPRESENTS YOUR COMPANY WELL!!! I just bought a new home in a new development and the dishwasher (still under warranty) stopped working. The Guinco tech (Efrain) came out today, took one look at the electrical outlet and knew immediately what the issue was: the outlet for the dishwasher is not a dedicated outlet but is shared with the outlets on either side of the counter, so it tripped when I plugged in a small appliance. He was courteous, kind, and respectful and showed me how to fix this issue on my own. read more

Becky did a great job coordinating the service for my KitchenAid refrigerator, thank you very much. When I was told from the manufacturer that the part is on back order and could take weeks for availability, Jeff ( owner) did not accept that answer and personally contacted me to let me know that he would do everything possible to get the part expedited. He definitely came through, It was promptly delivered within a couple of days and replaced/repaired. Guinco employees are very fortunate to work for a "5+ Star" company with great ownership who cares for customers. Jonner (technician) was very professional and courteous. He also did a great job and gets my vote for "Technician of the Year". Thank you very much Guinco read more

Originally, I requested an appointment online for a warranty service on my washing machine and the person who called on the phone to make the appointment was great. He was clear, precise and called back as promised. A+ They emailed a confirmation with a window of time instead of my appointment time and I attempted to email back 3 times without any reply so that is a F-. No local number was left, only a number for a robot call line to confirm this window appointment. F- Why offer email communications IF YOU REFUSE TO REPLY!? The service tech they sent (Efrain) was awesome! He gave me a courtesy call when he was on the way and explained the issue clearly. A+ Unless they call you, you cannot get through to a human. ZERO COMMUNICATION. All in all it turned out OK but I was panicked in the morning because I have to work and they gave me a window appointment instead of the actual time that was promised. I would not use again if I have any choice just to avoid the stress of not having a human to consult with. I'd call The Appliance Guy instead. A real person that is local. read more

I have all Jenn-Air kitchen appliances and Guinco is the local repair service used by Jenn-Air's national call center. In the past 5 years Guinco has been out to my house 3 times; each time they have had excellent communication regarding the appointment and the service technician has arrived when stated. The last two times I have had Efrain who is so excellent, I plan in future to ask for him by name. Not only does he come prepared and is able to quickly diagnose and correct the problem, but he is really helpful in explaining simple maintenance tasks such as cleaning the dishwasher filter that just reading the owner's manual eluded me. I would definitely recommend this company and especially this technician. read more

I had a technician come out and review my issue and he stated that he needed to order parts and that he would be back the next week to complete the repair. We agree on Friday March 8 which is today. I just called and now I am being told that he scheduled me for next friday March 15 which I would not have done as I will be out of town on vacation. The gentleman on the phone really didn't care what I had to say and when I said that the technician didn't know how to schedule correctly he then stated " I am going to end this call now" and then hung up on me. Now I am without a dishwasher for another week and will have to make arrangements to have someone at my house. This is some of the poorest customer service I have ever received. read more

My extended appliance warranty company send this service company out to help us troubleshoot an intermittent sassy noise coming from our Whirlpool refrigerator. Junior was our service tech. He put on foot cover booties at the door and was wearing a face mask. I think that is very thoughtful and I really appreciated it. He was fast, friendly and detailed. He troubleshooted what we hope is the source of the noise. He said just to call if we have any more issues. Definitely great professional service. read more

Can say enough good things about this company. As a mother with 3 small children, a working washer is vital. The office staff understood my situation and was able to get a tech out to my house the next day. I live in the far west valley and alot of companies dont service this area. Greg showed up on time and was able to fix my washer in about 30 mins. He stuck around to make sure the problem was actually fixed. Couldnt he happier or more appreciative to have my washer up and running. Would definetly use him again in the future. read more

I have a brand new whirlpool appliance this company was assigned for the repair, I have been trying to call them I can't say how good or bad their service is but the first appointment they had available to fix my brand new appliance was four weeks out and when I call all I get is put into a permanent holding pattern I spent over 4 1/2 hours on the phone today with no response, I'm not blaming them for the failure of the appliance but they need to have a more responsive team for customer service 4 1/2 to 5 hours on hold nobody will do that, my phone went dead and I still hadn't talked to anybody, they gave an option to text I sent a text no response on that either... I hope when they come out for the repair that they're better at fixing appliances than they are at answering phones or responding to customer inquiries read more

I bought a commercial washer/dryer unit for my home. It wasn't working and I called around to so many other appliance repair places. NOBODY works on the commercial stuff. These guys do, and they did an excellent job. I paid a fair price for the repair, the parts came in earlier than expected. The gal that set up the appointments was very communicative and very thorough. The technician Greg came out, he knew what he was doing, he was very professional.
