So the following day I decided to go to their office & to my surprise I found myself behind the house yes house talking thru a window to 2 women asking why my appointment was a no show, they had no explanation however they said their technician would be at my place asap...still a no show!! We recently contacted M&M Electronics TV & Appliance Repair to repair our 3 year old KitchenAid Dishwasher. It was leaking, and was beyond my ability to repair it myself. Miguel identified the leak, and first went to buy a new part. He ordered the part, picked it up and brought it back that same day. Unfortunately, after replacing the entire motor unit, Miguel gave us the bad news - that the relatively new dishwasher could not be repaired with the new part. There was actually a puncture in the actual housing and the entire unit would have to be replaced. We were upset, as the dishwasher was new, and relatively expensive. Miguel then said - "I think that I can fix it". He took the entire unit back to his shop, and physically welded the unit to repair the hole. He then ran the unit in his shop, and tested it, before bringing it back to our house and re-installing it. He also gives us a 90 day warranty on the work. The entire cost of the repair was less than half the cost of a new unit. Moreover, he did not charge us for the original replacement motor, as the old one turned out to be functional. It's rare to find an honest repairman who is not only knowledgeable enough to diagnose a problem like this, but also has the ability and willingness to go the extra mile to actually FIX the appliance. Lot of people will replace parts. Miguel actually fixed it, and saved us a lot of money. We will always use him for our appliance I would highly recommend him to anyone. read more

It isn't everyday you can give a 5 star rating for electronic repairs, but M&M Electronics has exceeded my expectations everytime I called. The first time I had a broken TV that was just outside of the warranty, but too nice to get rid of. He ordered the parts, was at my place early and finished quickly. What was broken was not what I thought and he saved me hundreds of dollars by only fixing what was necessary. Today he came back to help me with a broken dryer. It is now heating great. I appreciate his prompt return on calls, his letting me know what is going on if parts need to be ordered, and his open, transparent manner. In short, he is everything a service repairman should be. Very nice people. They came to my house and reset some buttons for me on my 70" flat screen so I could get the volume working. While he was here, he helped lead my antenna wires around where I couldn't reach. It was more expensive than I thought but it was worth it to get my tv working. read more

I had a couple issues - bad pump on a washer and a bad ice maker on a refrigerator. Miquel communicated quickly and timely and was able to resolve both issues within a few days. Parts had to be ordered for the ice maker so it took a bit longer. Washer was fixed immediately. I waited a week to post anything to be sure all was resolved...posting today as all was resolved and working fine. I would recommend. read more

My LG 55" tv has been giving me screen problems for months. M&M came to my house, disassembled the entire back of the tv, ran diagnostics, spent at least an hour of his time, ended up thinking one of the boards was bad and could cost me $400 plus to repair. When he reassembled the tv he took some additional time to review some settings and realized that one of the settings, an auto-dimming feature, could be responsible for the problem. He turned it off and immediately the problem was gone. The tv ever since, about two weeks ago, is now working perfectly. M&M spent a ton of time, drove to my home from Mesa, and charged me $55 for everything. Great service, very professional, and beyond fair. Highly recommended without any doubts at all. read more

I called Miguel early yesterday morning about my TV not powering up. He was very responsive and agreed to come out the same day. I told him that it was an older unit and did not want to invest money if the repair would not give me a fairly good chance of several more years of use. It turned out to need a repair to the power source and a reasonable quote was provided considering the cost of replacement. Miguel felt the repair would allow me 5-7 more years of use. While that is an unknown at this point, I felt it was worth investing in. They repaired the TV within an hour and even helped me hook up another TV to my system at no additional cost. Miguel and his assistant were very polite and respectful to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I will use them again. read more

This company is not good. I originally hired them to repair my appliances. It took them 2 weeks to get to it. When they finally did tell me that they went to meet my Tenant, they said that they were too broken to fix and I should buy new. I agreed to buy from them. It turns out that they lied and never even looked at the appliances. Then they scheduled a deivery for the new appliances and cancelled and rescheduled for 5 days later. I did not know the time of the new schedule and when they arrived, I was not available by phone for 2 hours, I was in a meeting. They tried to call over and over to collect the money due and when they could not reach me, they stayed at my tenants house and then they took the appliances back out. I responded and paid once I got out of the meeting and they brought the appliances back but tied my tenants up for 4 hours. It was a nightmare of an experience and I will never work with them again. read more

Great service and knowledgeable staff. The price was fair and the service was completed quickly. I sent my parents down to get their computer repaired and these guys did a fantastic job. I was out of town and they needed to retrieve some important emails from a computer that wouldn't boot up. I tried troubleshooting with my parents over the phone but you know how that can go. These guys came as a recommendation. I am always leery of sending my parents anywhere because they are always being taken advantage of. Not from these guys. They didn't try and push a new computer on them. They troubleshot the issue and found out it was able to be repaired. They not only did not arrive on time, they did not arrive at all. The appointment was scheduled between 1:00 and 4:00 PM and I waited all afternoon. Finally at about 3:58 PM, the technician sent me a text message to tell me that, instead of installing a WIFI Module in my TV ($150), he would install a new control board for $650. Remarkably, he diagnosed the problem with my smart TV without ever seeing it. And, was not even prepared to install the new control board he said it needed. He was extremely rude and later the manager called to tell me the technician had his feelings hurt and they would not come to service my TV. This must be the worst electronics business in the entire state. They have no sense of customer service, arriving on time as promised, or even bothering to show up at all. If I could assess negative stars in this review, they would receive Negative 5 stars. Avoid this business! read more

I scheduled an appointment when my ice maker inside my refrigerator wasn't working like it should. They came out and replaced the ice making unit. The price for the part seemed fair, but maybe a little high on the labor. After a few days the ice maker was producing the same amount of ice as before. So I notified them and they came back out. They replaced a few more parts and the unit seems to be working again! They didn't charge me for what they did the second trip, which made up for the cost the first time. Overall, I'm a happy customer and would recommend. If they don't get it right the first time they correct it! read more

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT trust Miguel!!! This company is NOT legit! I called SERVIZ back in early May 2017 and they called this joke-of-a company out to fix our 2009 GE fridge that wasn't staying cold and the freezer was defrosting when temps got warm in the house. Miguel came out and spent about 2-3 hours opening up and inspecting things in the back of the fridge. He stated he can't fix anything that evening but he'll come back the next day with the part. He came back the next day and spent about another hour or so and came to the conclusion that our fridge needs to go back to the shop so he can replace some part and weld something back up. The price for his work kept going up and he kept saying he'll call his"brother-in-law" to see what he can do for us but of course the brother in law said there's nothing he can do about coming down on the prices. So we were given an option of taking it back to the shop and having the work done for about $300ish and we'll get the fridge back in two days or he said his brother-in-law has a refurbished fridge for $350 that we could get that day. I couldn't afford to loose more food from our fridge so we opted to purchase the refurbished fridge. Miguel had me sign that I was going to pay SERVIZ for the diagnostic fee since the work wasn't being done by his company then hand wrote a receipt written "30 day warranty", the amount charged and dated it with a phone number but no business name, no name of the tech that replaced the fridge. Exactly 32 days has passed, temps are going up as it is now June 4th and guess what!!?? We come home to ice leaking from the freezer all over the floor once again!!! What!!?? The same exact thing our old fridge was doing!! I called in hopes they could still help without charging us more even though we're 2 days outside of the warranty. Miguel answers his phone and said he'll call his brother in law to see what they can do since it's outside the warranty. He calls back and says they will come out to look at it but it'll cost more money. I told Miguel there's no way we're paying more money on a fridge that we just got from them 32 days ago that should last a long time because it should be fixed!! He said he'll call him back again to see what he can do. So, an older gentleman who barely speaks any English (Spanish speaking) comes out, opens our fridge and asks us what seems to be wrong? We told him and he points to the temperature dials and says that they need to be replaced and that he'll be coming out next (we thought we heard him say Tuesday but with the language barrier, guess he was saying Thursday, in two days). So, we aren't home Thursday & get a call from Miguel saying that they are there to fix the fridge but we're not answering. I told him we thought the guy said next Tuesday. Miguel quickly got annoyed & said ok then, we were going to fix the part for free but now that you're not home, we have to charge you the $50 for the part if you want us to come back. I yelled at him & told him not to send techs out that don't speak English then proceeded to tell him that I now don't trust him & I won't need their services any further & hung up. It's now June 25th and temps in our home fluctuate due to turning off and on the AC to save money. But now we have learned that we cannot let the house get above 78° or else the fridge gets warm and freezer starts to defrost. I thought last night to Google why our fridge is doing this and it said it was the thermostat and thermostats are only between $35-$55! Then suddenly I was putting together the puzzle pieces!! Miguel ripped us off!! He knew it was the thermostat all along but he can't make money off of a $50 part so he lied and said it was a different problem that was going to cost us $300ish to fix it or buy a refurbished for $350!!! I've been texting Miguel off and on since this month then he texts me back saying to "call Norma at ###-###-###, she's the business manager, I have nothing to do with this, please stop texting me." So I did and guess what!? .... she was clueless and shocked! Stated she's not the manager and wasn't aware of the situation. I told her everything. She stated that her company is not related to Miguel's and that they are not related, not family but only that they know each other. Norma apologized and said there wasn't going to be any $50 charge for the piece to fix and doesn't know why Miguel said that. Norma said they will come back out to replace the thermostat for free next week and apologized on Miguel's behalf and stated that's not the kind of business she wants to do business with. Then I put more of the puzzle piece together and figured out that I was ultimately dealing with THREE seperate companies: SERVIZ who I originally called and they called M&M electronics who sent Miguel out to service our fridge, then Miguel has ties with AMC appliances who we got the fridge from! Really shady! No room to type more but there's more unfortunately. read more

NOOOOOOOOOOOO don't do it!!!!!!!! Total scam artist!!!!!! They took my tv and a check for 150 half of what they said it would cost to fit it. Two weeks later says it will take over a month to fix. I told him I want my tv and check back. He said NO to the check. Now he's returning my tv unfixed but said he will only return half of my money!!!!!! What the heck???????
