A vintage-style turntable with a black vinyl record spinning on it is positioned on a wooden surface. The turntable features a tonearm and stylus, with the record's label visible at the center. Next to the turntable, a comic book titled 'Fantastic' with colorful cover art is propped up, depicting a character playing a piano surrounded by fantastical creatures. The background wall is painted pink, providing a vibrant backdrop for the scene.

Guy did a quick repair of my Pro-Ject vertical turntable. They were all very nice and it sounds fantastic!

I emailed and called them multiple times, but I never received a response. Later, I discovered that the phone number in my Control4 to contact them was incorrect, but the email address I used was correct so that is on them. After a month of waiting, I finally reached someone via phone and asked for some programming changes. A few days later I noticed that some of my requests had been completed but not the rest. I had to chase them down to thank them for doing while inquiring when I could expect the rest. What's most frustrating about this whole process is all but one of my emails went unanswered and they responded to me as if I was just saying Hello. A few days ago, I finally spoke with an Ethan was friendly and promised to be my liaison. However, my request to have programming done for my Control4 to include my Marantz receiver has not progressed at all and there has been no communication. I would not have a problem if it took them 30 days to complete the issue, but the lack of communication is appalling. It's been a horrible experience. I happen to own a complimentary business to theirs and unfortunately would not be able to recommend them.

His team was not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. I owned and operated an electrical company in Washington state that was very large and i had certain standards. I wasn't sure what the expectations would be down in Arizona. From day one Bob was never pushy, he offered suggestions and ultimately completed our project on time and as promised. A job this size always comes with drywall damage and I knew that going into it. But it was very minor and at the end of the project you literally cannot notice any repairs. This company definitely knows high end home service for sure. Upon completion, the programming team came out to politely show my wife and I how the system worked from our phones, tablets, and more. Not once did our questions get overlooked the team took the time to log us into everything and I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Once we had more time to understand the system we added even more light switches to the program. The In Groove -- A Place That Respects the Music…read more There are record stores, and then there are places that understand what this hobby is really about. The In Groove is the latter. From the moment you walk in, there's a sense of order and intention. The space is clean, organized, and easy to navigate--something that might seem simple on the surface, but in reality reflects a deeper respect for both the music and the people searching for it. You're not digging through chaos. You're exploring a collection that feels cared for. As you move through the bins, that feeling continues. The records aren't just stocked--they're curated. There's a quiet confidence in knowing that what you're flipping through has been chosen, not just accumulated. For someone who values condition, pressings, and the integrity of the music, that matters. It turns browsing into something more deliberate, more enjoyable, and ultimately more rewarding. Along one wall sits a collection of vintage audio gear--amplifiers, receivers, pieces of history that remind you this hobby doesn't end with the record itself. It's about the entire chain--the system, the room, the experience. Seeing those components in that setting connects everything together. Music isn't just something you own. It's something you build around. What stands out most is how easy it is to slow down here. There's no pressure, no rush--just the quiet rhythm of discovery. You find yourself taking your time, paying attention, and reconnecting with why you got into this in the first place. The In Groove isn't just a place to buy records. It's a place that respects the process of listening. And that makes all the difference

After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!
