I will say, she did go out of her way to make things right and I truly believe that this was something that happened while she was not there and as the store manager, she was not happy to hear about. (This is not how she / her store does business, nor is it the reputation she wants) Due to her going above and beyond to address this situation, I'm changing the rating to a 4 star. If I need anything in the future, I may consider this place again. (Provided Breanna is there) *Other businesses should take note of this as well

So we talked about the options I had on the types of screens I could get for my MacBook with the M1 chip. Of course I went with cheap option and of course it didn't work. The team at the shop negotiated with the vendor and got the brand new more expensive option for me. They diagnosed both issues quickly, sourced the parts I needed without delay, and replaced the damaged screen on my MacBook with zero hassle. Their communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They also repaired the HDMI port on my PS5, and the turnaround was way faster than I expected. The console came back working flawlessly, and the quality of their work really shows.
