When Jacob got here, he diagnosed the issues that I was having with my home network and wiring, and got to work immediately. He found that the builders had terminated the ends of the Cat5 cable lines differently on each side and fixed that. He made sure that there was signal on each end of the Cat5 lines and when he ran into an issue with a line not working, he figured out a solution and was able to fix it. Jacob completely cleaned up the wiring with awesome cable management and installed my router with cables concealed in the wall. Before Jacob came to my house, nothing worked, and when he left, everything worked perfectly. I would highly recommend calling Jacob for any of your network wiring, home audio/video, and smart home needs!

Apparently the people I bought it from had installed a 10/100 switch, which was why everything topped out at 95 Mbps. He replaced the switch, cleaned up the horrific cabling job that was in the attic, and gave me several new faceplates for a better look and ease of access. His crew showed up at the prescribed time and date, and in relatively short order, started cutting several holes in our walls and ceilings.
