Drinks were on the expensive side, which is kind of expected for the area, but still worth noting. You're definitely paying more for the scene than the cocktails themselves. Overall, it's a cool place to hang for a bit, especially if you're already out and want somewhere with solid music and a good atmosphere. Just don't expect to leave with a full wallet.

There was no clear communication or basic courtesy--just physical aggression that left me feeling unsafe and completely disrespected. If there was an issue, someone could have explained it. Security should be capable of communicating with customers and handling situations professionally. Being responsible for the door does not make treating people this way acceptable. Whatever this place offers in atmosphere is completely overshadowed by how its customers are treated. I cannot recommend spending money somewhere that left me wondering why I had been physically pushed out instead of simply spoken to. Management needs to take this seriously and review what happened, including any available camera footage. The conduct of security reflects directly on the business, and my experience was appalling. I left with absolutely no confidence in how this place handles customer safety or concerns. One star reflects exactly how I feel about the experience. I will not be returning.

His team was not the cheapest but you pay for what you get. I owned and operated an electrical company in Washington state that was very large and i had certain standards. I wasn't sure what the expectations would be down in Arizona. From day one Bob was never pushy, he offered suggestions and ultimately completed our project on time and as promised. A job this size always comes with drywall damage and I knew that going into it. But it was very minor and at the end of the project you literally cannot notice any repairs. This company definitely knows high end home service for sure. Upon completion, the programming team came out to politely show my wife and I how the system worked from our phones, tablets, and more. Not once did our questions get overlooked the team took the time to log us into everything and I couldn't be more happy with the end result. Once we had more time to understand the system we added even more light switches to the program. If you have a large home and want the extra wow factor, and convenience of full automation of would say look no further than this group of professional, patient people.

I emailed and called them multiple times, but I never received a response. Later, I discovered that the phone number in my Control4 to contact them was incorrect, but the email address I used was correct so that is on them. After a month of waiting, I finally reached someone via phone and asked for some programming changes. A few days later I noticed that some of my requests had been completed but not the rest. I had to chase them down to thank them for doing while inquiring when I could expect the rest. What's most frustrating about this whole process is all but one of my emails went unanswered and they responded to me as if I was just saying Hello. A few days ago, I finally spoke with an Ethan was friendly and promised to be my liaison. However, my request to have programming done for my Control4 to include my Marantz receiver has not progressed at all and there has been no communication. I would not have a problem if it took them 30 days to complete the issue, but the lack of communication is appalling. It's been a horrible experience. I happen to own a complimentary business to theirs and unfortunately would not be able to recommend them.

I had…read morepreviously had Jesse out a few weeks earlier to get me a quote for indoor and outdoor audio. Jesse was my second quote and the 4th company I contacted to give me an idea of cost for my projects. Jesse is willing to work with equipment you have or you can purchase rather than trying to force you to buy everything through him. It does though help to purchase some things through him because if it breaks you call him and he comes and replaces it. The job that they did was run 75 ft of direct burial speaker wire to two Niles rock speakers around my pool. I had Jesse purchase the amp and had him set up sonos system which I had purchased. They trenched 3-4 inches to run the line and added a junction box on both sides of the wall. The job was very clean. He walked me through the system and answered all of my questions.

Although if you want to know more about room configuration and damping or if you're really excited, you may want to take a listen to the new $750,000 Wilson speakers that they have on display. There are actually two pairs, and I think they are just the most amazing speakers in the world. Frankly, I simply can't afford them. I have really outstanding speakers, but nothing like that, and it couldn't fit in my room in any event. They carry Burmester and some Macintosh gear, a lot of Wilson Audio equipment, a lot of integrated amplifiers. They also carry Bob Carver's new amplifier systems, which are upwards of half a million bucks if you have that much money to spend. Worth a visit just for the education alone, but my phono preamp went Caput ( thank yiu for going out of business cuz the owner died and didn't give anyone the password, so that beautiful transimpedence cartridge preamp is unable to be repaired cuz even citcuit diaragams are lost. Oh, they service my Linn Sondek and in my opinion they are close in quality to Stan at Shellys Audio in LA. Who is king of Llnn setup in the USA? And, hey, if you've got close to a couple hundred grand burning a hole in your pocket, yiu can get a speaker or even two.
