David did an incredible job setting up my surround sound with no wires showing. He set up a guide for me to follow if I had any questions, and when I did call him with a question about my subwoofer not working, he walked me through how to get it up and running again. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get a home theater system setup. read more

I contacted David for a job with several pieces to it - unmount and remount a 65" TV in a different room, install a 120" home projector screen, and install a ceiling mounted projector, including installation of an outlet and running a balun cable for 4K/HDR video from a wall to through the ceiling to the opposite side of the room. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Creative Touch Home Audio and use them again. They arrived when he said they would and helped set realistic expectations along the way of what needed to be done and why. Initially I was amazed at how fast the TV was unmounted and installed in the second room - the mounting was done with great precision, professionally run cabling, and the drywall patched. They had that whole piece done in the time it would have taken me to just stare at the TV trying to figure out how to unmount it. The second piece with installing the home theater components was more complex and time consuming. They took their time to make sure everything was done right and carefully calibrated resulting in the projector perfectly projecting and filling the full 10 foot screen. This has to be done on the wall to fit above tall tower speakers and between two large ceiling fans. The entire time David was very courteous, professional, and took the time to answer my questions. At the end, they took a few minutes to demo some different videos on the set-up - and shared in the excitement of how great it all turned out. Great experience, can't recommend enough! read more

David Daviss, Jr. coordinates home entertainment systems with your computer. He also knows how to connect your home security system to your smart phone as well as a tablet or desktop computer. It is unusual for someone to be fluent in modems, routers and home entertainment systems, but this gentle man is. Plus he is extremely patient in explaining what to do, once he leaves. He is thorough and his charges are fair. read more

I am very impressed with the work that was done by Creative Touch Home Audio. The work was done at a reasonable price and more importantly, it looks great! They are very professional and take pride in their work. When the work was done, it looked flawless (they cleaned up the mess from the drywall/insulation, and painted). David even gave me his cell phone in case I had any questions or concerns that came up later. I would highly recommend their work. read more

Mr. Daviss made quick work of my complex install. I needed to mount a TV on the outside of a built-in wall unit. I was convinced I would have to build a second wall to move the tv to the proper position. Mr. Daviss smiled and said he had a mount that would come out far enough to remove the necessity for time consuming construction. He mounted the TV with care and made sure all cabling was manicured perfectly. Thank you sir! I highly recommend Creative Touch to anyone that needs a project done. read more

Looking forward to the next step in our process!! Thanks, David and Kyle. You guys made us very, very happy with our choice! read more

I was reluctant to hire someone to mount my TV as Ive always mounted TVs myself, however mounting over my fireplace was a challenge that I knew I needed help with. So thankful for the reviews on Yelp (originally found him thru Thumbtack and Amazon)...it helped me to finalize which company I was going to go with and I have ZERO regrets!!! David was absolutely phenomenal!! He mounted my TV and was patient with me after I changed my mind and asked him to move it (literally) 2 inches down. I exclusively use Amazon Firestick/Kodi and he made it so that I can eliminate the power cord and use my TV as a power source. His price is beyond fair (take it from a frugal, DIY, thrifting couponer like me) and the quality of service you receive is remarkable. Thank you David!!!!!!!! read more

Excellent, professional, extremely knowledgable, on-time and very affordable. David & Kyle did a stellar job. Wonderful experience!! 'Discovered Creative Touch after succumbing to two previous installation nightmares: a couple who spent more time smoking than installing, and another company that sub-contracted the work out and couldn't get system to work. David saved me. He came in, rewired, checked every speaker, straightened the previous company's cock-eyed volume control boxes and checked every component He then sat down and showed me how to run everything. Truly, truly an amazing professional and was a dream to work with. Thank you, thank you Creative Touch!! read more

My husband and I met David Daviss over 10 years ago through Best Buy's Geek Squad. At that time he installed our first flat screen TV--wall mount with surround sound and exterior sound system. He and his assistant arrived in the morning and worked until after 10 pm in order to finish our project. He did a meticulous job hiding all the wires without disturbing drywall or creating a mess--quite an accomplishment in our older home. His knowledge of electronics is unparalleled. David has been back to visit many times throughout the years for various updating projects including computers, security system and Internet upgrades. It would be safe to say that he feels like part of the family--as it is always delightful to see him. I can say with a high degree of confidence that David will exceed your expectations. His rates are also quite reasonable read more

You are incredibly knowledgeable, and there has not been a single question you could not answer. Not only are you an amazing technical artist, I love that you take time to play ball with our dog as you leave. I stumbled across this gem on Amazon. When I cross-checked Yelp prior to the order, I was shocked at the number of reviews mentioning "David" by name. After I used them, now I get it. How could I speak to the service and quality of this service without speaking about David. He is customer service personified. The level of quality and detail, which was way beyond what I paid for, was beyond compare. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend him again, I have about 5-6 times already.
