Dorothy decided to up the price by an extra $183 when the program was less than $500 and then got nasty when I told her that mark up was way to high. She lied about our conversations to make it look like I was verbally harassing them, when all I wanted was an answer about our new computer. I ran every diagnostic and optimization application I could find. I had the Windows Auto Update button clicked on and was getting updates. So the next step was going to be to blow my brains out! Fortunately, Rob came to the rescue. He remotely took over my computer and began working magic. First, although Microsoft said Windows was up to date, it was actually years behind. He changed settings, deleted unneeded programs and processes, and pretty much did major surgery over the internet. My computer is running like new! The cost was a very reasonable $75.00.
