He performed a diagnosis and confirmed the compressor failure. He then took the LG authorization number (part was under warranty) to order the replacement part from LG and immediately put pressure on them to supply the part ASAP. Had the part w/ in 3-5 days and was back out the following week to perform the repair. I now have a fully functioning refrigerator again. I would highly recommend Miguel for any appliance or electronics repair. In fact, I was able to get M&M added to my condo building's list of preferred vendors.

Leaving people waiting with no explanation is unprofessional and unacceptable.Based on my experience, I can't recommend this company. There are plenty of businesses that understand showing up or at least communicating when they can't. Don't waste your money on this trash dump unless you like trash service. Gary did a great job on my record player, and even fixed an additional issue with the stereo that I knew was present, but which I forgot to mention when I dropped it off. Just check in with him periodically for updates. If you drop something off and then don't call for six months, I can see where your item may get lost in the backlog.

My wifi/hard-wired speeds had been inconsistent and generally very slow. I determined it was likely do to bad cabling from the previous owners, as well as the cabinet having useless, used cables everywhere. I HATED working in that room as it was a nightmare to work with. A picture speaks a thousand words so check out the before and after. He mounted everything in the cabinet very professionally, removed all the redundant and used cables (having to climb through a insulated tightly packed attic) and mounted my router on the outside of the cabinet for easy access and to provide maximum range/efficiency. My speeds on both wifi and hardwired skyrocketed! Even during PEAK hours I was getting well over what my cable company was 'guaranteeing.' Off-hours it is well beyond what is advertised by Cox. He was very thoughtful in his process. (planned ahead and had multiple solutions if he came across any problems.) Beyond the box he checked the Ethernet jacks in every room and re-placed them/tested as necessary. He does full residential and commercial jobs and for the amount of time he spent the price was beyond fair and MUCH lower than I was expecting. I cannot recommend this guy enough!
