Thought I broke my screen but it was just the tempered glass. Easy replacement with a lifetime replacement option. Perfect solution and a lot less pricey than I was dreading. Thanks! read more

Repair was fast and affordable. Older iPhone model and had it done in hr. Thanks for the service

Ask about service for a desktop. Alan responded they do not service iphones. Never asked for IPhone service. Still said they are not interested. Was blown off without even wanting to know what they could have done. Very rude customer service read more

David is awesome to work with and provides great customer service for clients of the shop keep up the great work!

I absolutely love this store in Gilbert! I have been searching for a new computer. The one I bought at Best Buy outlet about a year ago has crashed three times and it's just so slow so I've been looking for a desktop iMac instead of a laptop and searched and searched and searched. I found Apple exchange by accident when I typed in iMac financing, I can proudly say that I trust the gentlemen who were in the store. Their items were clean, professional, and they were very confident in the questions I asked about the computer. They did not try to upsell me or talk to me like I'm an idiot. I felt comfortable and upgraded to a bigger screen spare no expense lol. They promoted their work and warranty. I feel confident if a problem should arise, be able to handle it professionally and not rip me off. I am urging my friends and family to purchase products from them and not the big box retail stores. Promote small business screw greedy CEOs, and shareholders read more

The Apple Xchange - I feel old! Lol. Not mad about it hahahaah - Computers Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

I have been in here countless times and not once have I seen anything for a good deal. I love supporting local business so I have tried to buy here numerous times to my own chagrin. Apple offers their own refurbished laptops and not only are they identical in price, apple also provides you a new laptop chassis and a brand new battery to boot. It's also backed by an Apple manufacturer 1 year warranty, rather than the Apple Xchange warranty which may or may not be good (I've never had a chance to try it). That being said, the staff have always been informative and friendly but man, please make it worth my while to show up? Apple products hold their value but when you sell for the same price as the big box, why would I bother? read more

Clear quote provided with potential options depending on what shop actually diagnosed. Repair made quickly and suggested SSD upgrade was priced reasonably. read more

Charlie was amazing! Apple Xchange is a great family store. They went out of their way to help me. They diagnosed my Apple Air and, within 2 hours, fixed the battery and ensured that I had my computer ready for a business trip the same day. They were even ready an hour early and sent me a text! WOW. I felt like I was at an Apple Genius Bar from the old days when they were service-oriented. I am buying my next Apple Mac here -- This is the place to get a fair assessment and great service. Thank you! read more

I went in to get a diagnosis for my computer at no cost. I was hoping for better news - my computer was quickly kicking the bucket. But they were fair and honest about my options read more

They did an awesome job!! They swapped out the HD and my 10 year old Mac was as good as new!! Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would use them for all my Apple needs that are not under warranty or Apple care. read more

Highly recommend this place for any Apple repairs or upgrades you might need. Brought in my older iMac and for a very fair price they got it up and running probably better than it was new. They also have a great selection of iMacs, MacBooks and iPads. Again highly recommended!! read more

Hello, I was upset over my phone not ringing when I'd receive a call... I sent a message to The Apple Xchange and Alan texted back. He was nice, helpful, and understanding... my issue was resolved and he was as glad as myself. Thank you Alan... for excellent kindness. J. Andreyka read more

If I could rate them ten stars, I would. I have taken my MacBook Pro in several times when the Genius Bar couldn't help me. For a reasonable fee, my problem of missing files was solved. Charlie Cammiso is so personable and helpful. He explains things without talking "down" to me. He has mind-blowing knowledge of apple devices and uses them to help when others can't. I highly recommend Charlie Cammiso and The Apple Exchange in Gilbert! Brenda P. read more

I've bought several things from the Apple exchange, computers, tablets, blah blah. But I've also called them with many many questions and they're always so nice to answer and answer politely. I really like the guys that work at Apple exchange. Thank you for not being rude because Granny is dumb with technology. read more

First experience with the Apple Xchange Gilbert location. Dropped off a MacBook in need of a screen repair on Monday, I was told it should be done Wednesday or Thursday of the same week. I called Thursday evening after not receiving any update, and spoke with someone who informed me the needed part had not yet even shipped. Would not give me a timeframe for completion. When I questioned the timeline I had been given on Monday, he offered that I could pick up my laptop from there and take it to Apple where I can "wait 2 to 3 weeks for repair." Very helpful comment! The solution to a customer concern is not to tell them to just go somewhere else. When I asked for an update on the estimated time frame for completion. I was instructed to "just wait for their call." I informed this person that there is now an inconvenience with my academic work because I was told it would be done Thursday; the laptop was functional when I dropped it off with a display distortion (but still working in a pinch) and the response I got again was that I could take my computer to Apple and wait 2 to 3 weeks. I asked when I would receive an update, they said "when it is finished." I get that you're the "Apple alternative" but this poor customer service experience has reminded me that I'm probably better off dealing with Apple. read more

Super fast and reasonably priced. Have fixed multiple Apple devices for us, screens and other issues too.

My son needed to replace the back of his iPhone 12 ProMax not once but twice! They made the process so easy by quoting us over the phone so there were no surprises when we got our bill. We couldn't be happier with the fast and affordable service that Apple Xchange provided. read more

I took my iPhone in for a new battery but the tech who helped me checked the battery and showed me that it still had a lot of life left. He advised me to make some changes that would help save the battery life and said that I really didn't need to purchase a new one. I am amazed at the honesty and integrity I experienced and will definitely bring my phone in to The Apple Xchange when I really do need a battery replacement. read more

Took an older MacBook Pro for a battery replacement. Job was done by next day. They were gracious enough to help with an OS install at no extra cost. The 2 young guys working there are fantastic, great customer service, good attitude. Removed 1 star for quality of customer service when I picked the laptop up. Older guy. Laptop screen was super dusty. They also did not put back the clear plastic protector I had on the bottom of it. Did not notice til I got home. Overall, nice place, I would recommend over Apple store as no face diapers required and probably faster service. read more

Fantastic service! I have come in multiple times to fix my screen and they alway do a great job! I broke my phone the other day and took it to Batteries and Bulbs and they weren't able to fix it and The apple Xchange fixed it within an hour. Phone fixed and works great. Would have been 5 stars but the store closed early when I was on my way to pick it up. Apparently the only employee had to use the restroom and decided to close early. read more

Gentlemen are extremely helpful. The store is clean and very neat. Very quick service too

They did a great job in diagnosing the problem on my iMac and giving me several repair options based on my needs. They even helped me migrate my backup data after the repair. I was kept informed throughout the process and paid much less that I would have with other repairs services. read more

I am a big fan of The Apple Xchange. I am a long time customer of the Tempe location and I am so happy that they opened this Gilbert location closer to my house. I had to bring my computer in over this last weekend because it wouldn't turn on and I didn't know why. I am a Realtor and rely on my laptop 100% to work so I was freaking out. The man working (sorry I didn't catch your name) was so great. I had to leave my computer with them but I received a call only a couple hours later with good news. It was a minor issue and was fixed right away without charge! I have never experienced customer service of this caliber. They truly care about the customer experience and thats why they have my loyalty. I purchased this laptop there and will continue to go to them with all my apple needs. read more

I've been to a few iPhone repair stores for my kids' mishaps with their devices. This store is by far THE BEST in the area. They are experts that get the job done better and faster than expected. If you need iPhone repair/service, definitely go here. read more

I came in with my macbook pro and did not need an appointment they helped me super quickly i couldn't be seen at the apple genius bar until that night and i am a med student so i couldn't wait to find out if it was broken. They serviced a diagnostics so quickly and told me my laptop was still under warranty and i just needed a new charger!!! They also had external hard drive's that would help me back up my work so i wouldn't stress about losing all of my documents! Efficient and understanding 10/10!! read more

I purchased a DVD external drive for my laptop . They were just great! Helped me set it up and install additional software to optimize its use. Tested it out and transferred an old dvd to my lap top. I'll be using them for all my Apple product needs! read more

The case of the curious kitten, the diet Coke and the MacBook Pro laptop...I carelessly left a diet coke next to my laptop and went off to an appointment. When I returned, the laptop was sitting in a pool of soda. My AppleCare expired and I had $$$$ signs floating in front of my eyes. I found the Apple Xchange on Yelp and figured if they had a location near ASU, they repaired a lot of MACs. Long story shorter...dropped it off at 11am and had it back by 2pm same day! Cost to fix was around $150.00 plus a new charger. To say I am pleased with the service, the speed and the price - is an understatement. Big thanks to Charlie who talked to me on the phone and took care of the repair. Super impressed!! read more

It is so nice to have real people to help with my Mac and Phone! Great prices. Timely and helpful. It is worth it to stay local and support this business. My daughter will be super happy with her iPhone on Christmas! And I'm happy knowing that it will work! read more

Nice layout and fully stocked, was able to pick up a nice Ghostek case for my new iPhone 12 pro! Employee's are friendly and knowledgeable.

I bought my laptop from the Apple Xchange about a year ago at the location off of Power road and the 202. It's worked great! After an outage, my computer wasn't connecting to the Wifi. I probably messed up the settings. I brought it in, and he reset everything in less than 5 minutes. No charge. I love this place! Thank you! read more

I brought my laptop in to get the battery replaced. It seemed like the battery was not holding a great charge after the work was done but I thought maybe it was my computer draining it because they battery was brand new and I was assuming they tested the work they did before giving it back to me. I went through and deleted tons of stuff of the computer hoping it was something that was just draining it really fast. Finally after the 3rd month my laptop wouldn't even hold a charge for an hour. I took it back in and they said that I was 10 days past their 90 day warranty. I am shocked that a company would only warranty the parts they used for 90 days when almost every online place to buy computer batteries are 1 year. They tested the battery and confirmed that the battery they put in was bad but said they could only comp the labor to put a new one in because it was 10 days past the warranty. It seems impossible that a battery could go that bad in just 3 months unless they put in a horrible quality battery or a used one to start with. I'm extremely disappointed that I would have to spend another +$100 for a battery that they put in that didn't work in the first place. If you want work that lasts and is actually guaranteed past a few months then I would go to a place with a better warranty policy than here. read more

This place rocks! Thank you to Alan (not the owner) for your help with my 27" iMac. You were quick and even though we couldn't reproduce the problem, between the ESET software uninstall and cleaning up the hard drive the machine is running like a champ again. Thank you for your time and effort, I will recommend this place to anyone who needs help with the Apple product. read more

Oh my! When you are not so computer savvy having someone like Charlie walk you through the process, guide you in what is needed and hand you back your computer just as you needed it to be. Charlie, you are a gem and I'm so appreciative. Thank you for helping me with my crash and upgrade. read more

I would not go anywhere else when I need Apple repair or Accessories. Always great service and reliable.

The bluetooth function on my Macbook Air just suddenly stopped working yesterday. I walked into the new Apple Xchange on Power Road and Charlie immediately made me feel better. He said he would check everything, but that it probably was an easy fix to replace the wifi chip. Several hours later, my computer was fixed and he even gave me a break on the labor cost! This is my new go-to place for all things Apple. read more

I would highly recommend the Apple Xchange. My Mac was updating to the Big Sur update when it got stuck. I spend over 7 hours on the phone with Apple support and everything we tried wasn't working and couldn't fix anything. They sent me to an Apple authorized store which wasn't able to do anything except tell me 5-7 business days and a $95 fee. I needed my computer for a school exam so that was not a solution. I called another place and they were booked solid. Sole was about to wipe out my computer. I am so glad I looked up this place. I called and they said bring it on it. I brought it in at 12pm and they were able to save everything and had it ready that same day to pick up!! read more
