Since I retired and my I-phone was connected to my work PC, I needed my I-phone to connect to my home laptop and Microsoft with regards to the calendar and contacts. He did resolve our email issue, but after he left, there were problems with our contacts and calendar. This was nearly a 3-hour appointment. It can take a while to find the right fit for the problem as IT techs have their different areas of expertise. While I do some updates myself like a power unit, memory, and GPU; when I have to deal with HDs and…read morea Motherboard I like to have a professional do it to make sure no data is lost and no conflict with Windows arises as I have seen some funny things arise during updates. My new GPU was slightly too large for the case I had so it was time to move things over to a new case. Jay was on site within an hour to pickup the old tower and the new case as well as the new GPU. The new case had only so much space for my old HDs as it was better suited to SSD drives. It also did not have space for a disc drive so I opted to just go with our external drive when needed. Jay went over all the HD options and I decided to get a new SSD set and make the jump a bit sooner than planned. I had the new set sent directly to him and he had my data moved over. Usually when I get a PC back after updates there is work to do in order to get back games, drivers, contacts, links, or e-mails. This was not the case as the system was ready go to the moment I fired it up and the speed increase of the SSD was very clear to see. The communication along the way was great and the price was very reasonable.
