Tom is a super easy person to work with and he does a very good, through job. If for some reason…read morehis technology can't help you, he will refer you to someone who can. He saved my skin once (Oh, about 6 or more years ago) and when I had another glitch, (two months ago) I wasn't so lucky and more extensive damage was done than he was capable of repairing. He did refer me to another organization that was able to help retrieve some information and we touched base speculating after. Bottom line, he is very fair and professional. I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thanks Tom!

So you need computer help huh? But seeing someone about computer help is like going to see a…read moredentist or a mechanic, they can tell you something's wrong or what needs to be done but do you really trust they are looking out for your interest and not theirs?! Are you worried it's gonna take ages to get in to see them?! Are you worried about making the mortgage payment AND paying for the computer repair. So if those are your concerns you should take your trust issues and not walk but RUN to go see Tom. He has been helping me out of sticky computer situations for probably a decade now - I trust him implicitly and he will not only go the extra mile but will straight up tell you when you passed the last mile and it's time to just give up. And mourn the loss - of data or documents or computer - with you. Not enough stars to rate Tom, he is one of the good guys. (And if you need a therapist for those trust issues, let me know, have a good one of those too!)

He stayed with in the budget discussed and gave me additional services, free of charge. Once the work was completed, he thoroughly explained all of his work and gave advice on how to properly maintain my gaming machine. He was always polite, respectful and demonstrated high levels of expertise. I would highly recommend him.

He agreed to repair it under warranty, but after multiple weeks, and additional expense, they weren't able to fix it. When I lightly pushed back about the delays the owner threw a tantrum and told me to come get my machine but he was only giving me back half the money. I'll spare you all back-and-forth details but scroll through the reviews here and see how he responds to negative feedback. He's dismissive and lacks maturity. That's him. That's what you get. If you're cool with that type of behavior, have a computer issue that's easy to solve, and lots of time to get it solved, then AIT could be a good fit for you. If you want a professional that can confidently solve your issue in a reasonable amount of time, then you might consider other options. Edit: Look no further than the owner's rambling response to this review for evidence of my points above. Zero accountability, its always someone else's fault he wasn't successful.

I had called another repair shop beforehand and was quoted almost $300, which made absolutely no sense considering I bought my laptop open-box for only $400! Luckily, I found RAD Computers and saved a ton of money. Great service, fair pricing, and someone you can actually trust. I strongly recommend coming here for any computer repairs.

He spent so much time trying to find me a good deal (and we know that in business, time is money). I was so surprised at the price he was going to charge me that I insisted on maying 33% more (people that go above and beyond deserve to be fairly compensated). I know enough about the computer hardware business (having done it a bit in the 90s) that I can tell he has the highest ethical standards. For those that don't understand troubleshooting and technology, unethical folks could talk circles around clients to take advantage of them. Mark is 100% the opposite of this and is how we want everyone who does work for us to treat us - with integrity and at reasonable prices. Hopefully, in our work this is how we all treat our own clients and employers. If we want to see more good honest workmanship in the world, we need to recognize it when we see it and share it with others... as I am doing here.
