I walked into Staples with my designs and left with business cards the same day. If following up with Mark to no avail wasn't enough, the man is unprofessional and discourteous. Due to an upload error from their site, it didn't accept one side of my design, so there was a comments box, I added notes with dropbox links to my files in case they had an issue loading the file. I had my assistant call and confirm with someone that Friday that the proper design would be printed. My assistant called back Monday to confirm that they would be ready by Tuesday morning. Oh I should note, this is for my call center business, so all my assistants calls are automatically recorded. Imagine my surprise when I show up Tuesday morning and was given cards blank on one side. I was even more shocked when the manager came out to tell me that the whole process is automated, nobody reviews it before print, not a very good response to my question about "what happened to my comments, how come nobody has read them". What was even more disappointing was being lied to my face that he spoke with my assistant and stated that he never promised they would be ready by Tuesday 10 am when we have him saying it in a recording. I asked them to fix the problem by overnighting the cards to Nashville where I was going for my conference (my flight was 2 hours away from when I stopped in). Thursday, 2 days later, they are still trying to tell my assistant that they can't overnight them it's too expensive while it's already too late, I needed them TODAY. I hope the few dollars you saved was worth the lost lifetime value of the marketing company that my wife owns or the lost value of people who wont use you because they read this review. I gave your company multiple opportunities to fix, it's rare for me to take the time to write a negative review but as a business owner, I feel I should share my experience with others and I'll be looking for another local owned print shop in Metro Phoenix that I can take my business to that has better processes and cares more about their customers to make it right.

Stanley's Service is Superb!…read more Here's why: My friend created these awesome journals that he wanted printed. He had been quoted $40 per book. He was frustrated, stressed and annoyed. He wanted the books printed quickly because he planned to use them for a course he organized that would start in less than a week. He needed help and because I make an amazing assistant and love to help people I offered to search for a company that would fulfill his dream. I immediately jumped on yelp and requested a quote from a dozen local print companies. When it comes to print jobs I like to work with locals so I can see and hold the work, plus I don't have to deal with shipping. Windward Graphics was the second one to respond to me. He gave me an estimate and said I could come in the next day by 5pm. Well I didn't get off of work till guess what time... yup 5pm. I yelp messaged him and asked if there was anyway to meet during the weekend. Mind you their office is closed on the weekends, but he said "I will be in for about an hour doing some maintenance work. Can you meet me during that time?" Absolutely! I arrive. He greets me at the door and apologizes for his messy look. He showed and explained to me the work that he can do. I showed him what we wanted. He quoted me $26. I said, "we want this entire thing in color though". He said "yes, I know. I can do that" Me: "AND the artwork on the front and back?!" Stanley: "yes and wire bound like you asked" Hallelujah! We found our guy. I was so excited. I immediately texted my friend the news. A couple days later my friend met with Stanley and viola! The journals are complete. They turned out exactly how we wished for a whole lot cheaper than the other 6 companies that quoted me. High quality low cost, plus stellar customer service, Score!!
