I am BEGGING small business owners DO NOT use this company. THINK HARD before. Omg. Chace is by far…read moreso unprofessional and lacks communication. He is the worst I have dealt with in my start up. He will not make you feel comfortable or safe. 8/20 I reached out. Was told I'd have my order within a week or two. Common sense by allotting time for design. Chace tried to take it upon himself and design my business card and made me think it was a designer. Chace has delayed the launch of MY BUSINESS by 5 weeks now. I have missed 3 events because I don't have business cards for networking and marketing. Now the owner is giving me the run around the last 2 weeks. Pulling those fake empathic texts while still delaying. The owner acknowledged my concern and did nothing about it. I expressed how upset I have been and the massive delay to my business he didn't even offer me an expedited time frame. I now have to spend another two weeks with a new company. I firmly believe he was going to STEAL my 341$ and not complete my order. This owner is a narcissistic man. Sure many good reviews but I am an HONEST one. I would never make this review if it was a lie. I am reporting this business to BBB and I have reported chance to AZ department of Human Resources. I am filed with an attorney to seek damages. UPDATE: narcissism is loud. He now claims I am harassing him because I hired his company to do work for me and since he cannot hit deadlines he is taking it personal. It's not harassment asking for the work you paid for. This man is scary.

That being said, right off the bat I told them to not be worried about rushing the work since my trailer would not be done for 2 weeks. I just think they got really busy or put me off since it was such a simple design. The printing was wicked fast and my signs were done in 2 days after the design process. The signs turned out great and EXACTLY to the dimensions we agreed on and the logo is HIGH QUALITY. I am super happy with my new signs and with the quality of their work. THANK YOU A&M GRAPHICS!!! Through my trusty app, I found Decal Monkey. I stopped in one day after work to see if they could make my bolt and hashing. They definitely did the job, and it was done right. I spent a few minutes explaining what I wanted, what size, etc. The nice lady with the glasses (I forgot her name! =( ) helped me and said tbey would be ready in a day or two. I wasn't able to make it in until 3 business days later, but when I went to pick up, they were exactly how I imagined they would be! The bolt was the perfect size and the hashing had the perfect font! I asked if they could put them on for me, but unfortunately, they can only install in the morning when it's cooler. I ended up doing it myself after I followed the instruction sheet I was given. They look GREAT!! And trust me, when you see them, you'll know it's me, haha!! Zero chill. I half expected someone to gently suggest I scale things down. Instead? They said, "We've got this." Not only were they totally willing to take on such a small order, but their press handles oversized prints like it was built for exactly this kind of creative chaos. The quality? Chef's kiss. And then there's Robin. Listen -- I have interacted with a lot of people in the service industry over the years. Robin is easily one of the best. Like, restore-your-faith-in-humanity good. She answered my endless back-and-forth emails as I tried to wrap my head around DTF printing, welcomed me in to see samples, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. She meticulously adjusted my designs so they were proportionally sized across every shirt. She obsessed (in the best way) over placement and detail. She made sure my oversized vision didn't turn into an oversized disaster. That level of care is rare. Robin is 100% the reason I'll be back at Arizona Ink. She helped turn my dream designs into actual, wearable reality -- and for a three-shirt run, the pricing was more than fair. I walked out feeling like I'd just collaborated with a creative partner, not just placed an order. I will absolutely be working with them again -- very soon. And Robin--thank YOU.
