Once of the Etsy store patches did not reflect the provided logo correctly. Keep in mind when you are ordering online these are the kinds of issues you can run into. So off to yelp I go to find a replacement. I came across Show and Tell on a Monday. Lindsey and I had a couple of exchanges via email where I explained the vision. While they didn't have a jersey, they did have a shirt and so be it. She was able to print and have it ready for me by Thursday. I was in West Valley on Thursday, but she stuck around on a Friday afternoon until I was able to pick it up and the shirt was perfect. My best man caught the shirt and plans to toss it at his wedding.

They even referred me to an excellent vendor to help me with the custom PJ pants. I was in a bind because I had ordered custom pajamas for my work party contest off of Amazon. After paying a $100 additional fee to be guaranteed on time delivery from that vendor, they gaslit me for weeks before finally admitted they lost my order. It was just days before my work event and I was left with nothing that I had ordered or paid for. I contacted these guys through Yelp and they were fast to respond and gave a very fair quote for the work. I ended up with a much better outfit than I originally ordered from Amazon and I even won the pj contest. I used Yelp projects to reach out to different printers/embroiderers with no luck due to the short notice. But one reached out and we discussed it and they said they could complete it by the time I needed but with modifications and I wasn't going to get exactly what I wanted. I agreed anyway because I was in a time crunch. AnFx also reached out and said they could do it but I already had something going and told them I'd reach out if something happened. The day I was supposed to pick up my hat I could not reach the other company. I started to panic and feared I wouldn't have the hat in time. I reached out to AnFx, we talked and he said he could get the hat done the same day and the way I wanted with no modifications. It was super last minute but he was able to fulfill my request and I wasn't charged an arm and a leg. I appreciate it so much! The hat came out fantastic!

I received the 65 jackets we ordered for our Marching Band members last night! Imagine my delight…read morewhen I opened the boxes to find that Stowebridge had divided each box by musical instrument section, placed a fully removable sticker on each jacket with the name, section and size of the jacket, and within each section, stacked the jackets alphabetically by last name. They were consistently pleasant to work with, the whole staff kept me updated along the way, they helped me organize everything and delivered the product to me! The order was exactly what I ordered (number, size and style) and was put together in an extremely organized fashion. I am so very pleased and hope to use Stowebridge again in the future!
