It is CLEARLY off centered which totally ruins the business card. I asked for a replacement cause I need consistent production. And they say, NO it's ok we will refund. So a business walks away from revenue!? If I was the owner I would fire that employee. If I was the owner, I WOULD MAKE SURE it's done correctly and I would not stop until my CUSTOMER is 100% satisfied. I am here to save small business owners a headache and time lost. They are still manufacturing our plaques today. When covid hit in 2020, our banquet was cancelled and again in 2021. In 2020, we had a special request due to one of our inductees being 91 years old and in poor health. The ASF Board contacted Lane Award Manufacturing with a special request to make one plaque for our 91-year-old. They immediately stepped up and made her plaque. In just a couple of weeks, she was presented her Arizona Softball Hall of Fame plaque at home with her family. It was a wonderful celebration. That is going the extra mile. Lane Award Manufacturing have always met our expectations and many times exceeded our expectations. Lane Award Manufacturing is a 5-star company.

We just had polo shirts for…read moremen and women, and tee shirts for men, women, and children, in a variety of sizes and colors, screen printed and embroidered. Our job was done within a timely manner and the finished product looks terrific. I needed some specialty sizes (tall and plus) and, unlike other shops in the Valley, OpportuniTees did not assess a significant upcharge on those sizes. We needed a shirt in a rush and Jay finished the entire Screen Job in one afternoon! The embroidery took just a couple of days longer, in part because Jay rejected the first digitization of our logo, and waited until it was just right before completing our job. All in all, our turn-around time was less than 2 weeks, which is above industry standards here in the Valley. I priced my job out with 5 companies in Phoenix and the nearby East Valley.
