My desktop computer went down and I was unable to access my files…read more Rather than getting it repaired I decided to remove the hard drive and download the files to my laptop. I did not have the necessary equipment to do the job so I took my laptop and hard drive to Staples on McKellips to see what I needed to buy to transfer the files. I went to the technical station inside Staples and asked technician Trevor Ray what I needed. He identified a few different products that I could buy online. The easiest product was a simple plug and play device which was around $150. Then he asked me how many times I would be transferring data. I replied just this one time. He then said why don't we just do it now with equipment he had available. I said sure and expected to pay a fee for the service. He hooked up my hard drive connected it to my laptop and began transferring data. The process took around 40 minutes. He transferred the data and created a desktop icon so I could easily access the downloaded data. When we were done I asked how much. He waved me off and said no charge. I was shocked and extremely surprised at the superior customer service. I couldn't thank him enough. With every company raising prices and charging for every little thing it was a great experience for me. Highly recommend this Staples location and Trevor in particular.

I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Thankfully when I typed in kinkos.com into my browser, it defaulted here. It seems like most things are do-it-yourself, but if you need assistance, the guys working behind the counter will come out and help you. I was a little confused at first but figured things out pretty quickly. I just needed to print things off a flash drive, so I found a printer, put my flash drive and debit card in, and everything came up on a little screen. I was concerned that I was going to have to reformat everything so I was happy that it showed me the print preview before hand. If you have to print more than one document then you have to select "start over". When you are finished, hit "done" and your debit card comes right out. There is another machine where you can put money onto a FedEx prepaid card, but that must be if you are using cash. They have a decent selection of office supplies, envelopes, folders, paper, etc. and a stand of books on leadership and work related topics.

We were introduced to Andrew and OzBraz at a Tesla meet up. Right away we were impressed with the…read morestaff and the facility. The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.
