I was originally told they would create a free sample shirt for me within two days. Instead, it took over a week. Even with the delay, the sample shirt turned out nice, so I decided to place a bulk order worth over $400. I was told I would receive my shirts within one to three business days, but I ended up waiting eighteen days while dealing with repeated mistakes and miscommunication. During this time, I made multiple trips to the store because the promised timeframe had already passed, and I assumed my order would be ready. Each time, it was not. After all the inconvenience, I expected some form of compensation, whether a refund, a discount, or at least acknowledgment of the delays and the unnecessary back and forth. Instead, I found myself having to repeatedly hound them just to get them to address the issues and attempt to make things right. One of my designs was printed on the wrong shirts, and instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me even though my designs were clearly planned and communicated ahead of time. The kids shirt I ordered also had a logo that was not fully pressed, with the edges visibly lifting off the fabric. This entire process has been a headache. If you want your shirts done correctly and within the timeframe you are promised, I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I would never recommend this company. Our company was having an issue with…read morePage-Per-Page technology and when asked for a quick phone call the response was we are too busy to call anyone. We had to ask several times to get someone on the phone and when they finally called, they finally acknowledged something was not right and told us to work around it for their was no quick fix to their system. When asked for a manager to get on the phone, the CEO wrote back and stated that working with each was 'not a good fit', and that they don't have time to work with our company, then had the audacity to state that " we will not deal with people who are not capable of treating others with respect," after two weeks of going back in forth with a no customer support. We only were using this company because it came highly recommended by another vendor. But this experience was a waste of time, services we paid for (which will be refunded, so good news there) were never completed and also done unprofessionally and treated my team with lack of respect. Moving forward, we let the vendor know to not recommend this company as well for the absolute lack of customer service. Needless to say, this was a horrible experience, Phil the CEO has no pride in his company's work and if you don't see eye to eye with him, he will cast you out without hesitation. If you have another option that this company, TAKE IT!
